About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Supply & Growth squad in Lithuania. In this role, you will be the engine behind our supply acquisition and engagement efforts.
You will have a direct, tangible impact on our daily operations, ensuring that our growth programs are executed with precision. We need someone who is as comfortable diving into a conversion funnel as they are speaking with independent partner drivers on the ground to understand their challenges and motivations.
Reporting to the Supply & Growth Operations Manager, you will execute the programs and processes that drive our supply-side growth. Your primary focus will be on the end-to-end acquisition funnel—onboarding new partners and keeping them engaged.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will be responsible for reading funnel indicators, identifying where partners are dropping off, and taking immediate action to fix it.
This position requires a rare mix of analytical thinking and interpersonal skill; you will spend your time both behind a screen analyzing performance and in the field gathering ground-level insights.
Please note that this is a full-time permanent employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role ranges from 3000€ to 3600€ and will depend on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
Funnel Ownership: Monitor and analyze the partner acquisition funnel in real-time. You will identify conversion drop-offs and take decisive action to address them without waiting for direction. Process & Tool Optimization: Build and improve the operational infrastructure that supports our programs—from lead tracking and conversion workflows to performance reporting. Field Engagement: Engage directly with independent partner drivers to gather feedback and understand friction points. You will act as a credible and persuasive ambassador for Bolt’s programs. Partner Management: Cultivate trust-based relationships with external partners, acting as their primary operational contact and ensuring that all parties deliver on their commitments. Team Oversight: Manage outsourced teams, setting clear productivity indicators and evaluating their effectiveness in hitting acquisition targets. Driver Value Proposition: Support the development of local initiatives that strengthen our offering to partners and improve long-term retention. Performance Tracking: Set up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). You will proactively surface opportunities and flag operational risks before they impact our growth. Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and collect benchmark data to ensure our offering remains the most compelling in the market.
Experience: 2+ years in an operations role, preferably in a fast-paced environment where you’ve had to balance ground-level execution with analytical review. Communication: Fluent in Lithuanian and English. You are a natural communicator who can adapt your style whether you are presenting a data report or speaking with a skeptical partner at one of our hubs. Analytical Skills: Strong numerical skills and high proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets/Docs). You are confident using data to inform your daily actions. Proactive Mindset: You are "street-smart" and resourceful. You don’t need a playbook for every situation—when a process isn't working, you find a way to fix it. Hands-on Ownership: You hold yourself accountable for results, not just tasks. No job is too small if it helps us hit our growth targets or improves the partner experience. Strategic Operations Manager, Supply & Growth
We are looking for an analytical Operations Manager to lead the supply side of our business in Lithuania, specifically overseeing Driver Growth, Driver Engagement, Fleets, and Vehicles. In a mature market, success depends on maintaining a reliable base of independent partner drivers and fleet partners. This role requires a disciplined approach to analytical forecasting, operational process management, and the financial oversight of large-scale supply programs.
Please note that this is a full-time permanent employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role ranges from 4800€ to 6200€ and will depend on your skills, knowledge, and experience.

You will ensure the health of our marketplace by identifying supply trends and market risks. This position is built on three pillars: rigorous program management, efficient operational workflows, and professional partnership management. You will lead a local team and work closely with Regional, Central Operations, Legal, and Public Policy teams to navigate regulatory shifts and implement strategies that protect and grow our supply base.
Forecasting & Analysis: Lead supply forecasting and review market trends daily to identify performance risks and suggest proactive growth and retention strategies. Budget Management: Own the planning and financial execution of supply initiatives, ensuring efficient ROI and disciplined budget allocation. Process & Compliance: Oversee core operational workflows—including partner registration, onboarding, and compliance—ensuring they are scalable and adhere to local and EU regulations. Partner Value Proposition: Develop and execute local programs that create tangible value for independent partner drivers to increase platform engagement and frequency. Fleet Partnership Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with fleet partners. Act as a point of contact to ensure their operational success and long-term loyalty to the Bolt platform. Supply Growth: Drive the strategy for attracting and activating new individual partner drivers and fleet partners. Regulatory Implementation: Translate legal and policy shifts into operational adjustments, ensuring the business remains ahead of compliance requirements. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, ensuring multiple workstreams are delivered on time and to a high standard.
You have 5+ years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Finance, Analytics, or a related analytical role. A background in Finance is a big plus given the scale of budget management required. You have at least 2 years of experience leading a team, coordinating complex, interconnected domains. You have expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. You are comfortable building forecasting models to justify significant financial decisions. You have a proven track record in managing complex projects and process-heavy environments with a detail-oriented approach to maintaining operational quality. You are a professional communicator able to build trust with external fleet partners and present financial data clearly to senior management. You possess a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial attitude, moving with urgency to solve problems without waiting for direction. You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical field.

Fleet Operations Assistant
We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Fleet Operations Assistant available for shift work to help us deploy our e-scooters in the city and ensure there’s always one ready to use.
Please note that this is a fixed-term contract position until the end of October, paying between 1400 and 1600 EUR gross monthly, depending on your experience.

Your responsibility is to keep cities clutter-free and organised by distributing our e-scooters across the city. You’ll ensure that e-scooters are sufficiently charged and safe to ride. You’ll also be in charge of rebalancing lost scooters and delivering broken scooters back to the warehouse for repair.
We aim to provide customers with a top-notch transport experience, and your dedication to maintaining high safety standards will help us achieve this.
Driving our vans to collect and deploy e-scooters or swap batteries. Ensuring e-scooters are parked neatly and keep streets or sidewalks free. Searching for lost e-scooters, checking their condition, and either returning them to the warehouse or making them available in the city. Performing minor repairs directly on the street to increase the availability of our fleet. Assisting the Operations team in the warehouse whenever it’s needed.
You hold an EU/Lithuanian B driving license and know how to operate cars with a manual transmission. You're a skilled and trustworthy driver who knows the local area well and always ensures a safe and secure journey whenever hitting the road. Having previous experience working as a professional driver can be advantageous. Your proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of challenges are reflected in your hands-on work. You have solid local language skills and experience using smartphones and mechanical tools. You speak fluent Lithuanian; English is a plus.

Crypto Exchange - Country Lead (Pan EU)
We are hiring for a global top-tier digital asset exchange, serving millions of users across multiple continents. The company operates in a highly competitive, fast-moving market and is known for strong product execution, deep liquidity, and rapid global expansion.
As part of their international expansion strategy, they are strengthening their footprint in Pan EU, one of the most strategically important and regulated crypto markets globally.
The Country Lead (Pan EU) will own end-to-end responsibility for the company’s market strategy, growth, and brand presence in Pan EU. This role acts as the primary driver for user growth, trading volume, ecosystem partnerships, and local market positioning, while working closely with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall country strategy for Pan EU, with clear ownership of trading volume growth, user acquisition, and market expansion
- Lead and participate in online and offline marketing initiatives, including meetups, seminars, Web3 conferences, sponsorships, and KOL / VIP engagement events
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with local ecosystem stakeholders, including KOLs, media, Web3 projects, communities, and institutional or VIP clients
- Drive localized marketing, branding, and user education initiatives to strengthen the company’s influence within the Pan EU crypto ecosystem
- Monitor and analyze Pan EU crypto market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape, translating insights into locally optimized growth strategies
- Act as the key local representative, collaborating with global marketing, product, BD, and compliance teams
- Track performance and provide regular reporting on market results and insights, with accountability for core KPIs such as trading volume, active users, and new user registrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Pan EU market leadership, business development, or market expansion roles
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or internet platforms is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of the Pan EU Web3 ecosystem and digital asset exchange business models
- Established local industry network in Pan EU (projects, media, KOLs, communities, institutions, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-border and multicultural teams
- Solid working proficiency in English or Chinese
- Highly results-oriented, with strong execution capability and market sensitivity
Nice to Have
- Previous experience as a Country Lead / Regional Head at an international crypto exchange or Web3 company
- Familiarity with Pan EU regulatory frameworks or access to relevant compliance resources
- Proven track record in community growth, strategic partnerships, or institutional client development
