Resumen del puesto
Como Asistente de People & Culture (20143), serás parte de un equipo comprometido con el bienestar de nuestros colaboradores. Tu rol será esencial en la administración de personal, data analytics y bienestar. Requerimos nivel de inglés intermedio a avanzado.

Objetivo del Puesto: Apoyar en la ejecución y coordinación de los distintos procesos del área de People & Culture, tales como: acciones de administración de personal, gestión del talento, onboarding y las actividades de analítica para garantizar la disponibilidad de información en la toma de decisiones.

Requisitos:

• Egresado o Bachiller/a en Administración, Psicología Organizacional, Ingeniería Industrial, Recursos Humanos o afines.
• 2-3 años de experiencia profesional operativa en Recursos Humanos.
• Experiencia previa a nivel operativo en Administración de personal (Altas, Bajas y cambios en T-Registro, Apertura de cuentas, AFP) y Data Analytics RRHH (Reflejado en CV)
• Mandatorio: Excel Intermedio/Avanzado.
• Mandatorio: Power BI Intermedio.
• Inglés Intermedio o avanzado conversacional.
• Deseable (no mandatorio): experiencia en Power Adds.
• Buscamos profesionales con actitud y energía, para soportar estrategias de engagement.

Funciones principales:

• Soporte en la ejecución de los distintos procesos de People & Culture para la sede de Perú.
• Procesar información de indicadores de la sede, con la creación y mantenimiento de dashboards de indicadores (Excel y PowerBI)
• Apoyar en la gestión administrativa de inclusión de nuevos colaboradores en la sede y el proceso de onboarding (TRegistro, aperturas de cuentas e Inducciones).
• Gestionar el envio de los documentos legales relacionados a P&C, a través de la plataforma Concord y documentación relevante según corresponda.
• Participar en la implementación de mejora en los diferentes procesos de P&C.
• Apoyar en actividades de engagement para fortalecimiento de identidad con la empresa y seguimientos a necesidades especiales.
• Atención a clientes interno.

Resumen del Rol

Buscamos un Data Analyst Mid (20597) enfocado en visualización y análisis de datos para negocios digitales. Serás responsable de transformar datos en insights accionables, diseñar dashboards y apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas mediante análisis avanzado.

Responsabilidades y Funciones

• Analizar datos de negocio y generar insights relevantes.
• Diseñar y desarrollar dashboards e indicadores (KPIs).
• Construir y mantener procesos ETL (Databricks u otras herramientas).
• Realizar limpieza, transformación y validación de datos.
• Aplicar modelos estadísticos y análisis predictivo.
• Comunicar hallazgos a stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos.
• Colaborar con equipos de negocio y tecnología.

Requisitos y Habilidades

• +3 años de experiencia en análisis de datos o BI.
• Formación en Estadística, Economía, Computación o afines.
• Dominio de SQL y conocimiento en Python, R o Scala.
• Experiencia en herramientas de visualización (Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Conocimiento en modelado estadístico y análisis predictivo.
• Experiencia en desarrollo de procesos ETL (Databricks).
• Experiencia en diseño de dashboards y definición de KPIs.
• Experiencia trabajando en entornos ágiles.

We’re looking for an Amper Project Lead to take full engineering ownership of Amper. You’ll connect the dots and create an experience from the IDE to the build configuration language to shape how JVM applications are built. Along with a stream of algorithmic puzzles, architectural design, integration with the underlying OSes, and toolchains. Whether you are an expert with an in-depth understanding of specific areas or a specialist with a broad knowledge of technical areas, you’ll find a good fit!
