Additionally, you will lead discharge planning for individuals returning to their homes, perform moving and handling assessments, including risk assessments, and identify solutions to reduce risk. You will provide professional supervision and line management under a Disability Team Manager, shape and develop the service, support student education, supervise new graduate Occupational Therapists, maintain up-to-date case notes and records, and participate in training and development activities to ensure continuous professional development (CPD).
