1. Architecting the Growth Engine - You are driving the entire lifecycle of the user journey, moving far beyond simple awareness to own the product funnel optimization. By diving deep into conversion data and user behavior, you will identify friction points in the "magic" moment—when a teledriven car arrives at a user's door—and engineer seamless onboarding experiences. Your goal is to turn initial curiosity into high-retention habits, ensuring that as the fleet scales across global markets, the unit economics and user growth scale right along with it.

2. Strategic Product Co-Creation - You serve as the vital bridge between the market's pulse and the product and engineering roadmap, moving past traditional marketing to collaboratively build the future of mobility. By translating complex technical breakthroughs into high-impact consumer features, you work hand-in-hand with Product teams to ensure the roadmap solves real-world urban pain points. You aren't just selling what has been built; you are an active architect of the product itself, ensuring every new iteration is grounded in user needs and massive market potential.

3. Category Education and Trust - Since teledriving is a brand-new frontier, you are driving the narrative of a new mobility category. This involves a sophisticated educational strategy that demystifies remote-driving technology and builds deep, unwavering consumer trust in the "human-in-the-loop" safety model. You will be responsible for educating both new and existing users on the full breadth of the Vay ecosystem—turning early adopters into lifelong advocates who understand not just how the technology works, but why it is the most efficient way to navigate a modern city.

What are we looking for

• Proven experience in Product Marketing within a scaling, high-complexity tech environment (mobility, marketplaces, or high-growth SaaS preferred).

• Strategic GTM Lead with a track record of owning end-to-end product launches—from initial positioning and messaging to full-scale market adoption.

• Analytical Rigor: You are obsessed with the funnel. You can dissect conversion data to identify friction points and implement optimization strategies that drive growth.

OVERVIEW

The Operations Associate is critical in the store team and is responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team in initiating, completing work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.  

Key Job Responsibilities 

• Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps
• Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Work closely with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes

• Assists in processing shipment and ensuring product flow; including but not limited to visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence

Operations Associate Qualifications 

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment

• You handle weekly cash deposits with precision, making sure everything is counted, balanced, and deposited smoothly.
• You facilitate the weekly return of warranty items to the Warehouse, ensuring all shipments are prepared, documented, and sent on schedule. 
• You contact and utilize the appropriate business partners for resources and guidance as needed.

Job Summary:

The Assistant General Manager “AGM” is responsible for assisting the General Manager in leading all property team members in running an efficient and profitable operation, managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining high service quality standards and customer satisfaction levels, ensuring the highest standard of safety and sanitation, and fostering a positive work environment with high employee morale.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Hospitality:

• Promotes the core values and culture of COTE, including but not limited to excellence in food and beverage, service, and hospitality. 
• Leads service as a section manager. Actively engages in all steps of service including initial greet, menu spiels, order taking, beverage service, food presentation, grilling, check handling, and fond farewells. 
• Liaises between the FOH and culinary team during service. 
• Develops positive customer relationships and addresses customer service needs.
• Responds efficiently and accurately to customer complaints and reviews.

Finance:

• Develops and executes sales and profit plans in line with budgetary goals.
• Ensures, and is accountable for, profitability of the store by growing sales and controlling cost of goods.
• Directs and oversees ordering and inventory management for all departments of the restaurant. 
• Maintains and utilizes daily, weekly, quarterly and annual financial reporting tools as directed by the Director of Operations and Financial Controller. 
• Ensures proper team member coverage per the needs of business while maintaining target labor costs.
• Oversees all cash management functions; Maintains proper loss prevention standards, including reviewing cash handling procedures, deposits and safe procedures.
• Review daily time punches for accuracy; address time clock abuse (clocking in early or late) via coaching and/or documentation.

Operations:

• Oversees daily restaurant administration including payroll, opening/closing administration, service floor plans, daily walkthroughs, etc. 
• Manages hourly employees in their daily responsibilities at COTE, providing clear, effective direction. 
• Creates systems of accountability and provides consistent feedback, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed. 
• Performs all back office POS functions including employee profile and menu creation. 
• Plans, executes and communicates all promotions and company information effectively and efficiently.
• Conducts Department of Health (“DOH”) walk-throughs multiple times per day when on duty to ensure DOH compliance; Address all DOH violations immediately.
• Promotes and practices safe work habits, identifies and resolves potential safety hazards; Documents accidents, conducts initial investigation and determination of root cause of safety incidents in the interest of maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ensures that all team members are educated on our products and services. Oversees a regular schedule of service classes open to all employees. 
• Ensures that all COTE drink and food recipes and procedures are followed, maintaining the highest quality and consistent product standards.
• Approve any maintenance or repairs needed to keep the property in tip top condition within the budget. 
• Participate in community events and helps to ensure corporate social responsibility goals of the company are met. 
• Maintains knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications:
