About the role
The Risk Management Analyst is responsible for analyzing credit and portfolio data, monitoring risk exposures, and supporting data-driven lending decisions across Moniepoint’s ecosystem. The role combines credit risk expertise and data analytics to ensure portfolio quality, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.

As we scale across Africa, ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable operations is critical to delivering high-quality service. We are looking for a Process Improvement Manager to drive end-to-end operational improvements across our network. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for identifying inefficiencies, leading structured root cause analysis, and implementing durable solutions in close partnership with in-country Operations teams. You will operate at the intersection of operations, data, and execution—turning insights into measurable improvements on the ground. You will also play a key role in standardizing workflows and designing scalable processes that enable consistent performance across geographies. Success in this role requires strong operational judgment, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to drive change in complex, real-world environments.

Zipline’s long-range autonomous drone system is already delivering millions of medical products across Africa, and as we scale, we’re establishing new distribution centers – the backbone of our operation. Each launch is a complex, multi-stakeholder effort requiring rigorous project management, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on leadership at the country level. We’re looking for a Deployments Project Manager to own local planning and execution of these rollouts. You’ll lead everything from site acquisition and permitting to construction, vendor management, and operational handover, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to deliver sites that meet Zipline’s technical, safety, and performance standards. This is a highly visible role for a resourceful, technically savvy project manager who is eager to shape Zipline’s growing footprint and deliver lasting impact.
This role will be based in-country with extensive on-site presence required throughout the deployment period. Must be eligible to work in-country and commit to travel and frequent field-based work.

As we enter a phase of accelerated growth, we are seeking a Technical Financial Crime Manager to own, design, and scale our fraud and AML detection capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of data, engineering, and financial crime operations, with end-to-end accountability for ensuring our monitoring systems are technically robust, domain-accurate, and scalable across multiple markets.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will define detection logic, guide system design, and directly influence how financial crime risk is identified and managed at Paystack, while also leading and developing high-performing fraud and AML teams.
As the Technical Financial Crime Manager, you will run the day-to-day fraud and AML detection stack; from data and rules to operational outcomes. You will combine deep technical expertise with financial crime domain knowledge to design effective monitoring systems, manage domain specialists, and ensure Paystack remains a safe, trusted payments platform.
You will be accountable for:
Translating risk, regulatory, and business requirements into scalable detection systems
Maintain structured, auditable documentation of rules, logic, assumptions, and changes.
Conduct trend analysis, root cause analysis, and deep dives on losses, typologies, and control gaps.
Support audits, partner reviews, and regulatory engagements as a subject matter expert.
Strong systems thinking: able to design scalable, maintainable monitoring frameworks rather than one-off rules.
High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
This role is foundational to Paystack’s ability to scale safely. You will define how financial crime detection works at Paystack, combining strong technical systems with sound domain judgment. Success in this role directly protects customers, merchants, partners, and the broader financial ecosystem while enabling Paystack’s continued growth across Africa and beyond.
