Your Responsibilities

• Own and drive key components of the Sisense Platform, focusing on foundational technical capabilities, infrastructure, APIs, data services, and developer-facing tools that power Sisense Intelligence and embedded experiences.
• Define clear product requirements for platform services, Compose SDK, MCP connectivity, AI integration layers, internal infrastructure, and extensibility features; drive them from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Design teams to make smart, balanced product and technical decisions that balance speed, scalability, reliability, and innovation.

About the Position

Dexis Professional Services seeks a Senior Technical Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)  to support an upcoming program with the Department of State in the Bureau of European and Eurasia and Central Asia . 

The position which is a CONTRACTOR position will be based in Kyiv, Ukraine and is contingent upon award. 

This upcoming project will strengthen oversight and enable evidence-based decision making for foreign assistance programs primarily by supporting project designs, developing and supporting outcome indicators, establishing performance monitoring systems, including robust Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) for assistance projects, planning and implementing independent external evaluations, and reporting on the use of evaluation findings, conclusions, and recommendations   

 EUR/ACE, housed within the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs (EUR), oversees foreign assistance across Europe, Eurasia, and Central Asia.
