Role Summary

As a Partnerships Manager, EMEA at Payoneer Workforce Management (WFM), you will play a critical role in building and scaling our partner ecosystem across the region. As the first partnerships hire for WFM in EMEA, you will lead the development of strategic relationships that drive revenue growth, partner success, and market expansion. You will work cross-functionally with Sales and global partnerships teams to turn partnerships into a key growth engine for the business.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with EOR resellers, corporate secretarial firms (ISP/CSP), recruiters, and the PE/VC ecosystem across EMEA.
• Drive partner activation by enabling partners to successfully refer clients or resell Payoneer WFM solutions.
• Manage and optimize partner referral processes to ensure seamless collaboration and conversion.
• Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, email campaigns, and content partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with EMEA Sales and Account Executives to convert partner referrals into revenue-generating deals.
• Build and refine scalable operational and commercial frameworks for partner success.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on partner strategy and execution.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sales and strategic business development.
• Proven ability to independently build and close partnership deals.
• Experience working with financial institutions and navigating risk and compliance considerations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design and optimize partner processes.
• Excellent relationship management skills, with experience engaging founders and senior executives.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Deep understanding of EMEA’s professional services, venture, and tech ecosystems.
• Background in fintech or HR tech (preferably EOR)
• Experience in high-growth startups or SME-focused businesses — an advantage.

What you’ll do:

This role operates in mix between 1-1 with top clients and a 1-to-many, outbound-led model, managing a large customer portfolio through a combination of automation, lifecycle triggers, and targeted commercial engagement.

•  Manage and grow large pool of existing client relationships, building long-term partnerships with top and mid-tail customers to identify emerging business needs and opportunities.
• Proactively strengthen and expand relationships to maximize retention, cross-sell, and upsell across the portfolio, increasing customer value and revenue through tailored engagement strategies
• Perform outbound outreach, including cold calls, identify opportunities, activate customers, and drive commercial outcomes
• Design and execute multi-channel strategies to reach large customer segments at the right moment in their lifecycle, creating and qualifying opportunities effectively.
• Drive retention, and cross-selling initiatives. Identify business opportunities and define go-to-market strategies, leveraging customer insights and market learnings.
• Build success stories, case studies, and business reports to showcase impact and support internal and external alignment.
• Lead educational initiatives, including webinars and workshops, to drive ongoing engagement within the portfolio.
• Own the end-to-end commercial process, including demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing long-term agreements.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or engineering
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian
• 2+ years of account management, sales, business development or other relevant experience
• Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling, analyzing and forecasting economic and financial impacts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present a business case to key stakeholders
• High level of organization, focus, and ability to work under pressure

· High-volume- outbound environment experience, comfortable handling large outreach volumes.

· Experience with CRM platforms like Sales Force and expertise in sales reporting.

· Familiarity with payment industry, ERP; invoicing, reconciliation tools and data-driven platforms.

· Proven track record in working with international clients across diverse industries.

· Experience selling B2B solutions in a highly consultative manner.
