Role Summary 

We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Senior Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of industry experience to join our innovative engineering team. This is a pivotal role for an individual who thrives on technical evolution and wants to make a significant impact on our clients' success.

You will be instrumental in developing and evolving our core technology stack, encompassing our existing PHP/Laravel backend and building out modern Node.js-based architectures (e.g., NestJS), alongside our cutting-edge React/Next.js frontend. Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable applications across the full stack, utilizing both current and future technologies.
• Backend Evolution & Development: Lead and actively contribute to the development of our backend services, maintaining existing PHP (Laravel) systems while building out new services with Node.js (e.g., NestJS).
• Frontend Development: Develop and optimize responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React and Next.js.
• AI Integration: Research, evaluate, and integrate AI/ML models/APIs (e.g., LLMs) to create intelligent features.
• DevOps Enhancement: Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud infrastructure management (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Architectural Contribution: Collaborate on architectural decisions and technical designs for our evolving platform.
• Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, testable code and participate in rigorous code reviews.
• Collaboration: Work effectively as one team with product managers, designers, and other developers, providing technical guidance as needed.
• Continuous Learning: Actively stay abreast of emerging technologies in Node.js, AI, and DevOps.

Role Requirements

Experience:

• 6+ years of proven experience in full-stack development.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Frontend Expertise: Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Backend Development:
• Proven experience with or strong desire to master Node.js (NestJS, Express.js experience highly valued) to drive our future backend development.
• Experience with PHP (Laravel) for maintaining existing systems.
• AI/ML Integration: Practical experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs and understanding of core AI/ML concepts (e.g., LLMs).
• DevOps Practices:
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with containerization (Docker).
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Database Management: Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases.

JOB PURPOSE – SUMMARY

We are seeking a Junior Client Performance & Analytics to own end-to-end client performance management, analytics oversight, dashboard governance, and insight delivery across our CRM performance and Marketing Intelligence platforms. This role consolidates client success management, performance reporting, dashboard customization, and advanced marketing analytics into a single accountable position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Client Success & Account Stewardship (CRM Platform)

• Lead enterprise client engagement: Act as primary contact, lead reporting/governance sessions, and manage stakeholder communications to ensure smooth delivery across markets.
• Oversee performance & analytics: Direct campaign and CRM reporting, ensuring data quality and consistency in multi-market environments.
• Manage operations & SLAs: Coordinate technical escalations with Engineering/DevOps, monitor SLA adherence (incidents, MTTR, ticket resolution), and mitigate operational risks.

Digital Media Reporting & Dashboard Customization (Marketing Intelligence Platform)

• Design audience-specific dashboards: Translate stakeholder requirements into KPI frameworks and tailored dashboards for C-suite, marketing leaders, specialists, and agencies.
• Ensure reporting depth & consistency: Deliver granular, cross-channel reporting (campaign to audience level) while maintaining standardized, reusable templates across clients.

Performance Analytics & Insight Generation

• Analyze performance & ROI: Conduct cross-channel ROI and attribution analysis, diagnose performance drivers, and investigate anomalies across spend, CTR, CPA, conversions, engagement, and sentiment.
• Deliver actionable insights: Provide structured weekly “Insights & Actions” summaries with clear optimization recommendations aligned to Marketing Intelligence pillars.
• Report impact & value: Prepare executive-ready Proof of Value reports to demonstrate results and support trial-to-enterprise conversion.

Data Governance & Integrity

• Ensure data accuracy & validation: Regularly verify agency and client data across ATL, digital, social, web, and mobile sources.
• Maintain governance documentation: Document assumptions, definitions, and data dependencies to ensure transparency and consistency.

Commercial & Strategic Contribution

• Partner with Product and Engineering to enhance platform functionality based on client needs.

• SLA adherence and incident resolution performance (including MTTR)

PROFESSION, TECHNICAL SKILL AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Experience

• 2+ years in a combination of:
• Digital marketing analytics
• CRM performance reporting
• Dashboard configuration and data visualization
• Experience supporting enterprise clients (banking/telecom/insurance strongly preferred).

Technical Competencies

• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms
• Strong understanding of CRM campaign reporting and measurement
• Experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
• Dashboarding/BI experience (marketing intelligence platforms preferred)
• Strong understanding of attribution models and performance measurement

About the Role

We believe that new technology is critical to building the most effective rural distribution network on the African continent. Today, we reach over 1.6 million farm families and we aspire to serve more than 10 million households in the coming decade. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will lead the development of our technology, focusing on a mobile tech transformation: providing our field staff with the mobile-based tools to reach more farmers; developing scalable, direct communication channels with farmers to improve customer service; and digitizing and decentralizing data collection tools to speed up data flows and improve efficiency.

We are looking for someone with the technical experience to bring this vision to life; the Director of Engineering will transform our technology into a core organizational strength, working through several development teams that cross our tech stack

Responsibilities

• Own the tech stack and overall architecture and strategic direction: You will guide our team to work toward a common vision of our tech stack, ensuring a robust solution across all of our technical needs whether back-office, client-facing, or business intelligence needs.
• Lead efficient delivery of impactful software products: Provide detailed, hands-on guidance for tech projects based on an intimate understanding of our clients and internal users. Maintain a robust and well-documented architecture, balancing elegant design with practical requirements across our functional needs.
• Leverage Talent into an Agile Center of Excellence: Support a talented team to work at their best - support Agile processes that go beyond scrum ceremonies to drive efficiency and excellence in all areas. Use new technologies to support the velocity and quality of deployments.
