For our Molding Team we are looking for an Molding&Casting Engineer with immediate effect to further expand our business. You will support or manage complex and critical projects and work with internal teams, customers and production. In addition to working with customers and production partners, you will actively shape your work environment and collaborate with all critical interfaces. Good ideas are implemented quickly at our company and do not have to go through various steering committees or management meetings to be reviewed several times, checked again and then perhaps decided upon. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads — potential restaurant and retail partners who have already expressed interest in working with Wolt. Your primary focus will be to quickly qualify opportunities, run an efficient sales process, and close deals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
You will own the full sales cycle from A to Z for inbound opportunities. We are looking for an RFQ Specialist to join our Operations team and support supplier sourcing and pricing processes.
The primary goal of this role is to manage supplier quotations and RFQ documentation, ensure pricing aligns with client needs, and collaborate across departments to deliver accurate, competitive proposals. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and confident working across multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities:

• Languages:
Has strong written and spoken English (B2/C1). Additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience:
Prior experience in RFQ, procurement, or order management is required.
Experience in the metalworking or on-demand manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
Proficiency with ERP systems and experience using transactional IT systems is preferred.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple RFQs at once.

As a Case Manager, you will join a fast-moving team of technical professionals solving supply chain challenges for customized parts.
Functional Responsibilities:
As part of Case Management, you will:
Take actions to improve on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Track and monitor the progress of multiple customer orders and partner jobs.
Provide excellent customer and partner service through relationship-building, partnership creation, and timely order updates.
Apply technical knowledge (or leverage subject matter experts) on manufacturing design and production to ensure timely job delivery.
Understand supplier capabilities and execute supplier oversight, including phone assessments, schedule creation, quality reviews, and corrective actions.
Assess the impact of manufactured part rejections and communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve issues.
Manage customer complaints resulting in product replacements.
Report status, risks, and recovery efforts for troubled orders and jobs.
Job Duties:
Document all case activity in the central database.
Utilize company technology platforms and comply with the Quality Management System.
Monitor the integrity of supplier quality metrics.
Interface with Engineering, Customer Care, Quality, Sales, and Shipping teams to ensure manufacturing processes meet customer expectations.
Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and leadership.

Requirements:
Prior project management, supply chain, and customer service experience.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and identify solutions to complex problems.
Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
Knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and mechanical/electrical inspection methods.

Self-starter capable of working independently and driving actions to completion.
Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
