As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.
What you'll do
As a Project Manager, you will work with your team lead to develop, launch, and manage your events, from A to Z. Together with the other departments, you will define the way to scale this event to new and existing markets.
You will be responsible for owning the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for our key strategic experiences.

The eCommerce Lead should have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of ecommerce product management. Through managing the overall web process, this individual will own and execute the product assortment strategy needed to maximize sales, customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities:
o Work closely with Regional and Global Marketing on social media channels utilization, paid advertising campaigns, on -platform as well as online campaigns development to increase digital sales
o Responsible for regular reporting on digital and app performance and customer experience metrics -optimizing site operations, identifying opportunities, and suggesting strategies to achieve sales growth
o Own daily reporting for app performance -tracking all major KPI to plan
o Responsible for optimizations to navigation, collections, search, and homepage
o Plan marketing calendar
o Support paid social team and eCommerce Lead with updates around product launches, collaborations, selling reports
o Oversee and execute strategic site AB tests to improve KPIs, revenue, and overall customer experience
o Monitor competitive landscape and site benchmarks
o Collaborate with and project manage FSA ’s
o Work with the creative team to ensure all correct creative required for campaigns is done
o Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Requirements and Qualifications of the role:
o Bachelor's degree required o 3+ years of related experience in Ecommerce or data/analytical field required
o Previous retail and/or ecommerce experience required
o Expert understanding of Excel (advanced reporting), PC Skills, including MS Office, and MS Outlook Understanding of Strategy
o Merchandising, accounting, and/or business experience a plus
o Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, dealing with ambiguity
o Must be able to think strategically and see the big picture while knowing how to execute it tactically
o Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
o Strong project management/time management skills
o Extremely detail oriented

About the team:
The Data community at Luno, comprising Data Engineers, Scientists and Analysts, uncovers valuable insights from the vast amounts of data we gather from our customers and platform. These insights are crucial for guiding our product development and business strategy.
As a Product Data Scientist joining Luno, you would be part of the Product Analytics team providing high quality insights into our product through experimentation and advanced analytics.
Our current technology stack includes Databricks, Thoughtspot, Amplitude and Segment.
As we accelerate on our mission to put crypto in everyone’s hands, your role is to use data and insights to drive better product decisions and influence the Luno product strategy. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to find, size, prioritise, evaluate and iterate on problems and opportunities to enhance our product.
This is a hands-on product analytics role focused on experimentation, customer behaviour and data-informed decision-making. While there may be opportunities to apply modelling or machine learning techniques for specific use cases, this is not a production ML-focused role.
