Deine Rolle auf unserer Mission:

• Kundensupport - Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen per Telefon, Live-Chat und E-Mail – hauptsächlich auf Deutsch, aber auch mithilfe von Übersetzungstools für Märkte wie Spanien, Italien, Frankreich, Polen und die Niederlande.
• Teamarbeit - Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen, um kundenorientierte Lösungen für verschiedene Märkte zu entwickeln.
• Organisation & Problemlösung - Du koordinierst Nachhilfesitzungen, kümmerst dich um Lehrersuchen, Buchungen und dringende Anfragen aus allen Regionen.
• Schnittstelle - Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Customer-Care-Team und unserem Tutor:innen-Netzwerk und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.

Das bringst du mit: 

• Erfahrung im Kundendienst (2–5 Jahre) – Du hast bereits in der Kundenbetreuung oder in eminem Inbound-Callcenter gearbeitet und bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Serviceprozesse mit.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2) – Du kommunizierst sicher mit deutschsprachigen Kund:innen. Weitere Sprachen wie Englisch, Italienisch, Spanisch, Französisch, Polnisch oder Griechisch (mind. B2) sind ein Plus.
• Tool-Kompetenz – Du arbeitest sicher mit CRM-Systemen und Übersetzungstools und findest dich schnell in neue Programme ein.

We are looking for a "Financial Controller" with the qualifications below:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field,
• SMMM certification preferred
• 7+ years of experience in a Finance leadership role and 5+ years of experience in the hospitality sector, preferably within an international firm

Main Duties:

• Oversee all local company accounts and investments, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
• Provide financial leadership to the organization
• Analyse and communicate monthly business results with GM to partners on regular meetings
• Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations and standards
• Motivate and lead the finance team
• Manage Billing, Accounts Receivables/Payables, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Create weekly, monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Overview cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
• Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, e.g. invoicing
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all local regulations
• Develop budgets and financial plans for the local company based on research and data reports
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
• Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Support the Europe FD to create consistent Finance processes across Europe
• Complete regular balance sheet reconciliations for the site

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute price negotiations to deliver competitive and sustainable pricing strategies,

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Act as the legally designated Responsible Manager for the travel agency’s head office (and support branch compliance if/when opened).
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable travel agency legislation, TÜRSAB requirements, and Ministry expectations (documentation, inspections, suitability standards).
• Own operational governance for OTA activities: supplier contracting controls, booking flows, customer communications, cancellations/refunds policy execution, complaint handling, and record-keeping.

· Denetime hazır, şeffaf, dokümante edilmiş süreçlerin yönetiminden sorumlu olmak.

· Riskleri proaktif olarak tespit etmek ve gerekli regülasyon süreçlerini yönetmek.

7. Üst Yönetim Raporlaması ve Stratejik İçgörü (Öncelikli Sorumluluk)

· Yatırım performansı, satın alma verimliliği, pazar dinamikleri ve partnerlik anlaşmalarının durumu hakkında üst yönetime düzenli raporlama yapmak.

· Yönetim kararlarını destekleyen nitelikli analizler ve stratejik içgörüler sunmak.

Gerekli Deneyim & Yetkinlikler:

· Medya ajansı veya yayıncı tarafında 7–10 yıl medya yatırım, satın alma veya ticari yönetim deneyimi,
