The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Controller who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, owns their numbers, and gets excited about building a modern, AI-native finance function from the inside out.
You'll get autonomy, real impact, and a team that moves fast and supports each other.
What You'll Do
🔹 Lead revenue recognition and calculations🔹 Own collections and billing operations🔹 Own the end-to-end monthly closing process🔹 Manage and mentor the bookkeeping team🔹 Build annual financial reports and lead the full audit cycle🔹 Identify and implement AI tools across finance workflows
Must Have
✅ Minimum 2 years as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a tech company✅ CPA from one of the Big 4 accounting firms✅ Proven experience in revenue calculation and recognition✅ Hands-on experience with collections and billing✅ Experience using and implementing AI tools in finance✅ Hardworking, curious, and eager to learn✅ Excellent English (written and verbal)
