We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead our transition from on-demand, third-party LLM APIs to a fully self-hosted, scalable model ecosystem.

Our core product is an advanced, agentic support chatbot capable of complex reasoning, API tool calling, database lookups, and orchestrating specialized Small Language Models (SLMs) for targeted NLP tasks. As we scale, our current deployment infrastructure (AWS SageMaker) is becoming unsustainable. You will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and optimizing an infrastructure capable of supporting 50 to 100 distinct models ranging from 100M to 70B parameters.

What You’ll Do:

• Inference Optimization: Deploy and manage large-scale models using high-performance inference engines (like vLLM) to ensure low latency and high throughput for our agentic chatbot.
• Agentic Workflows: Develop and refine the chatbot's agentic capabilities, ensuring reliable tool-use, routing, and interactions between massive LLMs and specialized SLMs.
• Model Fine-Tuning: Design and execute fine-tuning strategies to improve model accuracy on specific domain tasks and tool-calling execution.
• Rigorous Evaluation: Build comprehensive offline and online evaluation frameworks to constantly measure model performance and business impact through structured A/B testing.

What We’re Looking For:

Core Engineering & AI Frameworks

• Strong proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Deep experience with PyTorch and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Experience using AI coding assistants natively in the terminal, specifically Claude Code, to accelerate development workflows.

LLMs, Inference & Agents

• Proven experience deploying models using vLLM, TGI, or similar high-performance inference servers.

The role

We are looking for a strategic, high-energy Senior Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the growth and adoption of Navan Edge. In this role, you sit at the cross-section of Product, Leadership, Marketing, and Legal, ensuring that our innovation is matched by bold, relevant messaging.

Your mission is to build a seamless product-to-market feedback loop that makes our roadmap feel as if it were written by our customers themselves. You will be the primary advocate for the business traveler, translating their needs into a visionary product story that feels human, not just technical.

What you’ll do

• Own the Navan Edge narrative: Develop the overarching product story, positioning, and value drivers. You will ensure we have a differentiated "customer promise" that cuts through the noise of the travel space.
• Strategic GTM ownership: Define further buyer segmentation (ICP) and launch frameworks for new features and geographic expansions.
• Cross-functional catalyst: Act as the connective tissue between Product, C-level stakeholders, Marketing, Legal, and external vendors/partners. You will align these departments to ensure our messaging is not only visionary but also compliant.

Your experience and skills

• 5+ years of PMM excellence: Proven experience in end-to-end product marketing for B2B/B2C products, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment.
• Native English speaker: Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to articulate a vision that feels personal and intuitive.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years managing bookings for corporate and leisure clients in a core Business Travel environment.
• 3+ years of demonstrated advanced Sabre or Amadeus GDS experience (ticketing, reissues, voids, cancellations, EMD and MCO issuance/reissuance, PNR management, etc.) is mandatory.
• Experience of local market supplier content and booking practices in both ARC and BSP markets.
• In-depth knowledge of complex itineraries, air fares and fare construction calculations including the use of nett fares, IT fares, route deals and corporate negotiated fares (Fares & Ticketing VAII, formally BA2).
• Experience of NDC , Low cost carriers and third party content aggregators and their booking management practices is a plus.
• Full understanding of travel industry regulations, along with worldwide compliance requirements.
• Skilled communicator, proficient in both verbal and written Hebrew & English language. Additional language skills (fluent speaker) is a bonus, but not a requirement.
