The Proactive Threat team is responsible for identifying vulnerabilities and security weaknesses across Stripe's systems, applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure — before adversaries do. We operate as a hybrid offensive function: conducting penetration testing, emulating real-world threat actors through red team operations, and partnering closely with our defensive security teams to validate detection capabilities and improve Stripe's overall security posture.
We are builders first. Our team develops custom tooling, automation frameworks, and internal platforms that scale our offensive capabilities and enable repeatable, high-fidelity assessments. We believe the best offensive security engineers are equal parts hacker and engineer.
The team is distributed across the United States, primarily operating in Eastern and Pacific time zones, and collaborates regularly with security, engineering, and product stakeholders across Stripe — including teams in Europe and Asia.
As an Offensive Security Engineer on the Proactive Threat team, you will simulate the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) of real-world adversaries to uncover security risks across Stripe's products and infrastructure. You'll conduct hands-on penetration testing, lead red team engagements, and collaborate with blue team counterparts to validate and improve detection and response capabilities. Your work will directly influence how Stripe builds, ships, and secures financial infrastructure used by millions of businesses worldwide.
Beyond assessments, you'll design and build offensive tooling and automation that amplifies the team's impact. You'll leverage threat intelligence to prioritize testing efforts, contribute to incident investigations when needed, and act as a subject-matter expert for security initiatives across the company.

We’re looking for a Director of Platform & Infrastructure to own and evolve our core engineering foundations. Reporting to our VP of Product Engineering, this role will lead SRE, MLOps, and Platform teams with a mandate to create leverage across the entire organization.
As a scaling startup, we’re evolving from early-stage infrastructure to a more mature, reliable platform that can support rapid product development and growing customer demand. This role is critical in helping us make that transition — building systems, standards, and teams that enable speed today while laying the foundation for long-term scale.
Partnering closely with product, data, and application engineering teams, you will set the technical vision, define best practices, and ensure our infrastructure enables teams to move fast with confidence.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role for someone who combines deep technical judgment with a systems mindset, strong people leadership, and a passion for building platforms that empower others.

We are seeking a Staff level Software Engineer with a passion for infrastructure and developer experience to join our AI Serving team. The AI Serving team is part of AI Infrastructure and its goal is to own and operate HubSpot's model inference and serving infrastructure end-to-end, ensuring AI models are reliably deployed, scaled, observed, and cost-efficient across all hublets and environments, while also serving as the home for modern Python at HubSpot.
The team owns the serving frameworks and libraries that power synchronous, asynchronous, and offline inference, along with model deployment pipelines, autoscaling, and GPU/CPU resource management. The team's roadmap focuses on improving the reliability and efficiency of batch inference, strengthening model observability, and scaling AI infrastructure cost-effectively. Tenable's cloud-based exposure management platform helps organizations see, understand, and reduce cyber risk across their entire attack surface. Our SRE teams keep that platform reliable, scalable, and secure — and we're building the next generation of tooling to do it smarter.
This role sits within our SRE Infrastructure Management organization on a focused team dedicated to reducing operational toil through AI-powered automation. You'll build intelligent systems that replace manual workflows — from incident diagnostics to infrastructure provisioning to upgrade automation — using LLMs, agentic architectures, and deep SRE domain knowledge.

The base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Product Engineers in the AI Group
Build the systems that power Intercom’s flagship AI products. This usually means working in our ML Python tech stack, but at times also means working across the product on our Rails app too.
Work alongside our ML Scientists bring proof-of-concept code to production; ensuring it’s robust and scalable for real-world use.
Partner with product teams outside of our group, to shape the best AI-powered product experience for our customers..
Contribute to all phases of software development including ideation, prototyping, and implementation and testing.
Play an active role in the hiring, mentoring, and career development of other engineers.
