What You’ll Do:
- Collaborating with the client and production team members to understand needs, review scripts, design storyboards, and create and edit animations
- Using software and other techniques to produce animations
- Listening to feedback and altering animations to better suit client needs
- Ensuring that the final product aligns with the needs of the client and is delivered on time without exceeding the budget
- Presenting the final animated piece to clients for their approval
- Using creativity and artistic techniques to tell a story or provide information in visual form
- Researching industry trends and developments and learning new applications
- Effectively manages multiple project requests
- Able to understand the strategic thinking that has gone into a brief, debate and contribute to it
- Ability to sell creative concepts and executions internally
- Builds strong relationships with Account Management, Planning & Traffic

Responsibilities:
- You will be an expert animator with a passion for design, aesthetic and craft.
- You are disciplined and artistic with a firm grasp on animation techniques, fundamentals, and software.
- You will read through scripts and speak with clients to understand project needs, create storyboards and animations, and assist in the editing process.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in computer animation, fine arts, graphic design, or related field
- More education, experience, or proficiency with specific animation software platforms may be preferred

Role Summary and Impact
The Finance Manager will be responsible for various aspects of financial business operations and accounting. You will be a critical partner in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making. You will be a key contributor to the overall financial health of the company and the team's success.
- Manage the month-end close process, including review, journal entry submission and reporting package preparation of the financial statements and related schedules.
- Manage the annual budget and quarterly forecast process.
- Preparation of payments, bank reconciliation and ensure proper cash flow management.
- Understand results and respond to questions from management.
- Manage payroll and staffing requests.
- Prepare quarterly NSSF and MoF submissions and review tax returns (VAT).
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audits.
- Implement and maintain the necessary internal controls.
- Responsible for maintaining a relationship with banks, maintain and update authorized signatories.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects as needed.
- Ensure the completion of weekly and monthly reports in coordination with the regional team in line with the agreed deadlines.
- Ensure risk and control management is conducted in full compliance with WPP policies and processes

Role Summary and Impact
The Senior Social Manager will lead the development, execution, and optimization of advanced social media strategies designed to strengthen clients’ brand presence, drive meaningful engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strategic, performance-oriented thinker with strong hands-on expertise across paid and organic social ecosystems.
Operating across high-profile accounts, you will balance strategic leadership with operational excellence; guiding campaign direction, driving innovation, overseeing performance, and mentoring junior team members. Your work will directly contribute to brand growth, media effectiveness, and business impact within an integrated communications framework.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business objectives, marketing priorities, and performance goals.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid and organic social initiatives across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Oversee full-funnel social planning, including audience strategy, channel roles, creative input, media allocation, and performance optimization.
- Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, including briefing, setup, QA, pacing, optimization, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
- Own budget management, forecasting, and financial tracking to ensure efficient and effective media investment.
- Analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Confidently present strategies, performance results, and growth opportunities to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, platform testing, and continuous account growth.
- Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring high-quality execution and capability development.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, analytics, creative, and client leadership teams to deliver integrated, performance-driven solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience in social media strategy, planning, and activation, preferably within a media agency or integrated marketing environment.
- Strong expertise across major social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns, budgets, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of social analytics, measurement frameworks, attribution models, and reporting tools.
- Strong client management, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage multiple workstreams, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Experience mentoring, guiding, or overseeing junior team members.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
