As the Enterprise Sales Director for Indonesia, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution for Datadog’s exciting growth objectives for the region. 

You will be required to recruit, develop, manage and mentor a team of highly successful Enterprise Account Executives who are responsible for driving new business through the full sales cycle as well as expanding the existing installed base. 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage, hire, train and ramp a team of Enterprise Sales Executives responsible for new and expansion bookings
• Achieve annual Enterprise bookings quota with monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and manage Enterprise Sales Executives on productivity metrics such as deal size, win rate, and forecast accuracy as well as how to lead a customer through a proactive sales cycle
• Coach Sales Executives through building executive relationships with Named Enterprise accounts in their territories and through complex Enterprise deals and negotiations
• Shape the direction of the go-to market strategy and execution for your region
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product and Success to build targeted messaging and collateral, and mapping a customer journey for the specific business needs of your region
• Conduct weekly forecast meetings
• Support direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings. Engaging other corporate resources as required

Who You Are:

• Experienced in building and managing a high performing Enterprise Sales team for a B2B technology company in Indonesia 
• A strong relationship builder with 10 years of overall Enterprise sales experience + 3 years of Enterprise Leadership experience, working with Enterprise sized organisations (5000+ employees) in the Indonesia market 
• Strong knowledge of modern IT technologies, processes, and personas: e.g Cloud, microservices, devops, SaaS, containerisation, SRE
• Confident in managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and negotiations with pricing based on business value, legal and procurement
• Knowledgeable in selling to C-level executives within the technology sector
• Experienced in managing and coaching sales teams to meet and exceed their sales quotas
• Passionate about developing others with a successful track record as an individual contributor and can share relevant and complex closing experience with a growing team
• Role requires regular travel to client sites, within your area and other regions, using various modes of transportation (car, train, air), depending on business needs.

Title: Indonesia Office Manager, Full Time

The Indonesia Office Manager will partner with the APAC Office Manager and Executive Assistant in managing Jakarta office including Data Center offices’ day-to-day administration and operations, providing support, and managing all office systems and services. This position develops and streamlines systems and processes, ensuring office efficiency and managing office policies and communications. The candidate must be a self-starter, strive for results, exercise good judgment, and have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and manage time, which is essential as you support this team. In addition, the ability to handle numerous projects, a heavy workflow with a high accuracy level, and the professionalism to interface with high-profile customers are necessary. This position reports to the Office Manager and Executive Assistant, APAC.

Candidate must be energetic, friendly, dependable, and professional with a polite demeanor and positive attitude. Previous experience working in an office setting is highly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage Jakarta office in Data Center & Kino Tower office, and any future offices in Indonesia.
  • Maintain office appearance and make improvements as needed

• Manage one existing Admin staff who station in the Data Center.

The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team architects, builds, and maintains the rock-solid infrastructure that applications rely on. We work closely with development teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency. This collaboration empowers us to deliver exceptional customer experiences while enabling developers to focus on building great features.

What You Will Do

• Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage various cloud-based and on-premises production systems.
• Understanding the high-level overview of our architecture, and possessing the ability to systematically document new and existing requirements to ensure a smooth project delivery without miscommunication.
• Work closely with the Information security and infrastructure team in ensuring that we are adopting security best practices.
• Ensuring the availability, performance, scalability, and security of productions systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across platform and application domains.
• Suggest architectural improvements and recommend process optimizations.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance the infrastructure stack.
• Ensuring system security policies are properly remediated.
• Drive and implement automated provisioning and scaling of servers, along with testing and compliance checks using automation tools.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Computer Science) or a proven track record in DevOps.
• A strong willingness to continuously upgrade skills and stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends.
• Experience with cloud-native tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Nginx, OpenTelemetry) is a plus.
• Experience managing cloud servers (AWS, GCP).
• A desire to transition into engineering management is a valued addition.
• Experience with on-premises physical servers, databases, and storage solutions (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis) is a plus, as well as familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Pulumi).
