The Lead IT Engineer provides strategic oversight and technical leadership across all facets of the organization’s infrastructure—servers, cloud, networking, storage, telephony, and endpoint management—ensuring security and reliability. They will work with both non-validated and validated systems to ensure compliance under GMP/21 CFR Part 11. Acting as the highest-level escalation point, you will architect solutions, define roadmaps, and guide large-scale projects that shape the future of IT operations. About the Role

As an Automation Maintenance Technician (Equipment Service Technician), you will serve as the on-site expert responsible for maintaining and supporting the automated conveyance and sortation systems that power our fulfillment operations. You’ll ensure systems run safely, efficiently, and at peak performance through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and high-level diagnostics.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between mechanical equipment and system controls, diagnosing issues and maintaining system health while partnering with third-party vendors for advanced PLC support. You’ll work closely with operations to coordinate maintenance, support equipment readiness, and minimize downtime in a fast-paced environment that requires strong ownership and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct start-of-shift walk-throughs while systems are running to identify abnormal noise, vibration, or heat in motors, sorters, and scanners, ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Execute scheduled floor rounds to check air pressure (pneumatics), belt tension, and the cleanliness of photo-eyes and scanners, proactively identifying issues before they impact operations.
• Verify that Print-and-Apply (SLAP) and Weighing systems are calibrated and communicating with the WES, ensuring accurate and uninterrupted system performance.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) on conveyors, sortation equipment, and high-speed rollers to extend equipment lifecycle and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Maintain automated systems according to OEM specifications, including lubrication, adjustments, and component replacement, to ensure consistent performance.
• Log all maintenance activities, findings, and corrective actions in CMMS to support tracking of equipment performance and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
• Act as the primary responder for complex automation faults, using PLC ladder logic to determine whether issues stem from mechanical failure, sensor blockage, or control system errors.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, including sensors, scanners, and communication failures, to restore functionality quickly.
• Partner with third-party controls vendors by providing real-time diagnostics and serving as the on-site technical lead during troubleshooting and system updates.
• Document troubleshooting steps, root causes, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing packaging or material handling equipment, along with a 2-year technical degree

Application Database Administrator (SQL Server DBA)

Clinical Architecture is seeking an experienced Application Database Administrator (SQL Server DBA) to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This role blends hands-on SQL development and developer support (approximately 80%) with core DBA responsibilities (approximately 20%). The DBA will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, reliable healthcare data solutions by partnering closely with Application Developers, Cloud Engineers, Implementation Architecture, and DevOps teams.

The ideal candidate is an experienced SQL Server professional who thrives in a collaborative development environment. This individual will write, review, and optimize SQL, assist with schema design, improve query performance, and promote best-practice coding standards across multiple systems. • Oversee cold chain logistics, shipping, and distribution, ensuring product integrity and compliance
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance, risk, and continuity of supply
• Drive S&OE processes to align demand, supply, and execution across the site
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including shortages, delays, and capacity constraints
• Partner with Manufacturing, QA, and Engineering to support production and capacity scaling
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase service level, reduce cost, and improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GTP, internal procedures, and regulatory expectations
• Support audits and represent Supply Chain during regulatory inspections
• Develop long-term supply chain strategy aligned with commercial growth and new product launches
• Lead the site’s cross-functional Downstream Core Team, overseeing Release and Distribution processes to ensure reliable, compliant product availability
• Travel (domestic and international) when required (<10%) to support supply chain and logistics planning or projects

What You Bring to the Team:

• Design and implement robust backend features and improvements using PHP, with a strong focus on performance optimization and scalability for our distribution platform
• Build intuitive frontend experiences using React and Vue, ensuring seamless user interactions across the Cloudbeds ecosystem
• Architect secure solutions for handling financial transactions and sensitive personal data, applying security best practices throughout the development lifecycle
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code with comprehensive test coverage (unit, integration, end-to-end) to maintain high quality standards

What Sets You Up for Success:

• 5+ years of PHP web application software engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience with JS frameworks, Vue.js and React are preferred
• Solid experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and containerized development workflows
• Demonstrated expertise in performance optimization and expert knowledge of relational databases, indexing, and searching technologies
• Strong understanding of security considerations, particularly for applications handling financial transactions and personal data
• Experience with test automation across all levels (unit, integration, end-to-end) and a passion for quality-driven development
• Proven track record of taking ownership of projects and delivering results independently
• Business-level English fluency (verbal and written) and excellent communication skills for collaborating across a globally distributed, remote-first team

Bonus Skills to Stand Out:

• Experience designing and building microservices and/or micro-frontends
• Hands-on experience with PHP frameworks (CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Laravel, Symfony)

Compensation: Depending on your skills and experience, you can expect your annual compensation to be between $145,000 - $165,000
