The Pulsar team builds platform and admin services that all Bloomreach SaaS products rely on. In your first year, you’ll develop features used by thousands of customers and deliver fast, consistent, and high-energy (but low-drama) product releases.
Examples of our services:
Your day begins with review of a teammate’s GitLab merge request. It has already been reviewed by Claude, but you’ll think deeply about the business problem, alternative solutions, and future needs. Then you spend a few undisturbed hours “in the flow,” working on changes to the user management APIs to support a UX improvement that a designer suggested yesterday. Soon, all your new unit tests are green. With a few keystrokes, you create a merge request, spin up a dev instance, and deploy your change. After some quick smoke tests, you send a link to a frontend engineer who is collaborating with our team.
After lunch, you join your team for a quick standup via Zoom to discuss current work and the plan for the next few days. A teammate offers to review your new code. It has some complex behavior, so you walk through it together and make a few improvements.
The frontend engineer confirms over Slack that your API changes provide what they need. You merge it, which automatically retests and deploys to a staging environment. The UI changes and a few more integration tests from the QA team will be merged in a day or two. Your improvement will be in production in a few weeks.
Next, you respond to a Slack request for advice on integrating with the authorization API. You draft a short tech design doc that links the API spec, code examples, and optimization tips. You discuss it on the team channel, and your manager forwards it to another team that’s also starting a new service.
Your day ends with a quick chat with a product manager about another idea….
(*Subject to employment type. Interns are exempt from marked benefits, usually for the first 6 months.)
Excited? Join us and transform the future of commerce experiences!
If this position doesn't suit you, but you know someone who might be a great fit, share it - we will be very grateful!

Senior Digital Designer, Digital + Brand
US-based, remote position
Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Designer, Digital & Brand who knows great design isn’t just about making things look good. It’s about creating work with clarity. This role is for a designer who obsesses over the details and keeps asking “what if?”
Your mission:
Help us create work that people remember.
We’re looking for a Senior Designer, Digital + Brand who knows great design isn’t just about making things look good. It’s
about creating work with clarity. This role is for a designer who obsesses over the details, keeps asking “what if?” and can
move fluidly between digital experiences and brand expression.
Your mission is to create standout digital work that connects with people — all in service of making the world a little
healthier.
Who you are:
You’re design-obsessed and deeply invested in craft. You live and breathe creativity and care about quality. You have a
strong foundation and know the essentials inside and out: hierarchy, pacing, scale, composition and typography. You
understand how to use grids and when to break them. And more than shaping how something looks, you think about how
people move through the experience, engage with it and respond to it.
You also know how to translate brand ideas across formats. You’re comfortable developing visual identities, extending
brand systems and designing polished print materials with the same level of rigor you bring to digital work. You
understand that the best designers don’t think in channels — they think in systems, stories and how a brand shows up
consistently everywhere.
You bring your own ideas to the table, but you also take direction well and use feedback to make the work better.
And yes, your biggest weakness might be that you won’t stop until it’s right.
What you’ll do:
• Bring ideas to life through strong visual thinking, storytelling and execution across digital and brand
touchpoints.
• Design campaign websites, microsites and landing pages that are visually compelling and designed to perform.
• Develop and extend brand identities across campaign and corporate expressions.
• Design with user behavior in mind by thinking through how people engage.
• Think beyond the static layout, you’ll design for responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Create page layouts and content systems that guide users through a clear story.

What’s up? We’re VaynerMedia! We are a contemporary global creative and media agency with an expertise in driving relevance for clients and delivering impactful business results. The independently-owned agency was founded in 2009 and has offices in New York, Los Angeles, London, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Japan and Mexico City. VaynerMedia has been recognized for its work at Cannes Lions, the Clio Awards and The Webby Awards. It is part of the VaynerX family of companies.
Culture is our key and Empathy is how we build it. VaynerMediaAPAC is strong with a world-class combination of diverse backgrounds collaborating to put forward innovative, creative and strategic solutions to the one advantage that stands the test of time --- PEOPLE. Day in and day out, we propel some of the biggest brands in the world to the intersection of attention and culture. In APAC, we are proudly +150, servicing a diverse client all around the region.
The PITCH
We are creators, creative industry rogues, and SuperBowl stars. We are not just on the internet; we are creating the stuff the internet wants to see. We’re insane for what we do and the people we do it with. We move so fast and make so much good shit that we can’t even keep up with ourselves. So, we need more folks just like us, the unconventional, less-obvious, unseasoned (or over seasoned) creative pros. But above all - passionate makers and culture shakers.
At VaynerMedia, we’re lucky that everyone within our walls thinks creatively – and shares a passion for building communities and understanding a world of micro-content. In that case, our designers serve a slightly different role than more traditional “digital creative types” but thankfully none of which involve the term “design ninja”
You have a passion for design and a hunger to learn how to create pieces that drive engagement and extend brand experiences. However, you also understand that good ideas can come from anywhere and are open-minded when working with teammates. You are a flexible multi-tasker who communicates naturally, passionately, and collaboratively. You'll be working exclusively within the digital realm (no print work) and the portfolio you submit should reflect this, but we also love seeing your overall solutions and ideas throughout your book.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to work independently while collaborating with our strong force of 50+ creative team members across APAC.
The task at hand:
The ideal candidate has:
What you should know about VaynerMedia
Think “lab” and not “agency”. We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun!
Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to. Hopefully that, and the opportunity to collaborate with the talented and enthusiastic crew, work with big brands excites you, as it does us. We can’t wait to meet you.
P.S Portfolio would be nice :)

Mission
OpenFX is building the infrastructure layer for institutional money movement at a global scale. We sit at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets, working with institutional users who move large volumes across currencies and care deeply about operational clarity in their money flows.
As a Lead Product Designer, you will help make complex financial infrastructure feel clear, trustworthy, and efficient. You'll work across client-facing trading experiences, internal operational tools, and the communications that connect both. The work goes beyond visual polish. It's about making intricate financial logic understandable to the people who rely on it every day.
Why Join
The problems are genuinely hard
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a mature design system and optimize funnels. You'll design for multi-currency payments product, compliance-gated workflows, and users who understand these systems better than most people building it. The work pushes well past what's traditionally considered the domain of a designer and you'll need to reason about state machines, data models, and operational risk, and turn that reasoning into interfaces that make complex things feel simple.
You get a front-row seat to shape how money moves around the world
Every year, migrants send over $656 billion home to their families, three times more than all foreign aid combined. But they lose more than $40 billion of that to transfer fees. The World Bank has shown that a 10% increase in per capita remittances leads to a 3.5% decline in the share of people living in poverty. When the cost and time of moving money goes down, the effects are measurable and material, more children in school, more small businesses funded, more families above the poverty line. This is the infrastructure you'd be helping to shape.
The playbook is being written right now
The way design works inside organizations is changing fast. AI is collapsing the distance between idea and artifact. Cross-functional boundaries are blurring. The traditional sequence of brief → wireframe → spec → handoff is giving way to something faster, more fluid, and less clearly defined. At OpenFX, you won't inherit someone else's process, you'll author it. You'll help shape how design, product, and engineering collaborate, how decisions get made, and what the culture of a design-aware company actually looks like when it's built from the ground up.

Financial & B2B Product Sensibility
Craft & Execution
