About the role
Roku is looking for a Senior UX Product Designer to join the Product Catalog team and support the growth of Roku’s subscription business. In this role, you will define and design self-service tools and features that help Roku developers, content partners, and internal operations teams grow their subscription revenue on the Roku platform.

About the team

About the role

You will be part of the engineering team responsible for The Roku Channel streaming service and will contribute to building apps and features on multiple platforms like for the FireTV, GoogleTV, web, Samsung, FireTV etc. The projects that you will work on will impact millions of Roku users around the world. All along, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key product engineering stakeholders across Roku engineering teams, and contribute towards building world class media applications.

About the role:
We are hiring a Sr. Systems Engineer with a focus on supporting company’s ERP, NetSuite. This role will be focused on developing customizations (Suitelets, Suitescript, Workflows, etc) within NetSuite in support of our critical business processes. These processes range from Record to Report & Order to Cash processes we run on NetSuite. The individual must be competent to work with NetSuite and related modules/third-party applications and possess a well-rounded background in both business and ERP.
Alongside a team of Engineers, you will be encouraged to grow functionality holistically across the application. Engineers within the Finance Technology team are in a unique position to collaborate with other platform and integration developers working with other “Best of Breed” applications.

A reliable, privacy-safe, and scalable data foundation is critical to Roku’s rapidly growing advertising business. The Ad Data Activation organization builds the identity systems, device graph pipelines, audience platforms, insights tooling, and data collaboration capabilities that power targeting, measurement, and reporting across Roku Ads.
We are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help drive intelligence across these systems. You will work at the intersection of large-scale data platforms, applied machine learning, and generative AI — building capabilities that make Roku's advertising data more actionable for internal teams and advertisers. This includes building core generative AI platform features for Roku Advertising, while also applying traditional ML techniques to improve accuracy, automation, and decisioning across the ecosystem. If you enjoy working across data, ML, and new Gen-AI patterns — and want to shape how intelligence shows up inside Roku Ads — this role is for you.
In this role, you will design, build, and productionize intelligent capabilities that combine agentic Gen-AI systems with conventional ML pipelines across identity resolution, audience modeling, attribution, and optimization workflows. Roku runs one of the largest data lakes in the world. We store over 70 PB of data, run 10+M queries per month, scan over 100 PB of data per month.
Big Data team is the one responsible for building, running, and supporting the platform that makes this possible. We provide all the tools needed to acquire, generate, process, monitor, validate and access the data in the lake for both streaming data and batch. We are also responsible for generating the foundational data. The systems we provide include Scribe, Kafka, Hive, Presto, Spark, Flink, Pinot, and others. The team is actively involved in the Open Source, and we are planning to increase our engagement over time.

In this role, you will work on key video services projects around video ingestion, encoding, VoD/live-linear, Server Side Ads Insertion, and Video QoS, with the goal of delivering a best-in-class streaming TV experience across all Roku devices. The projects that you will work on will impact millions of Roku users around the world. All along, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key product engineering stakeholders across Roku engineering teams, and lead the design of our video services platform.

About the Team & Role
The Roku Pay, Core Payments team has played a pivotal role in driving Roku’s rapid growth in online subscriptions, powered by a seamless in-streaming, on-TV purchase experience. Supporting a wide range of Roku teams, Core Payments enables transactions across multiple consumer touchpoints — including TV, web, mobile, and advertising. These teams employ diverse strategies to sell digital content, from Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD) and Transactional Video on Demand (TVOD) to Roku-branded devices and shoppable ads directly on the device.
Core Payments is now seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the creation of our Payment Machine Learning Platform — a high-impact initiative designed to optimize payment retries, routing, and authorization success rates for our subscription business.

We are seeking a talented and experienced SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. What you’ll be doing:
Design & Infrastructure
Contribute to postmortem culture by facilitating comprehensive, blameless post-incident reviews that identify root causes, contributing factors, and actionable remediation items. Track incident trends to identify systemic issues and prioritize reliability improvements.
Implement chaos engineering practices to proactively identify failure modes, validate system resilience, and build confidence in recovery procedures. Conduct game days and disaster recovery exercises.
SRE Process & Principles Implementation
Deploy and evolve SRE practices across the organization by establishing core SRE principles, frameworks, and methodologies. Define and implement service reliability practices, including Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Error Budgets, to balance innovation velocity with system reliability.
Manage Error Budgets as a mechanism for making data-driven decisions about feature velocity vs. reliability. Track, report, and enforce error budget policies, facilitating conversations between engineering and product teams about risk tolerance and release decisions.
Reliability Engineering & Infrastructure
Reduce toil through automation by identifying repetitive operational work and systematically eliminating it through infrastructure-as-code, automation frameworks, and intelligent tooling. Measure and track toil reduction efforts, aiming to keep toil below 50% of team time.
Implement capacity planning processes that ensure systems have adequate headroom to meet SLOs during peak traffic, unexpected load spikes, and degraded states. Develop predictive models and automated scaling mechanisms.
Observability, Monitoring & Reporting
Build comprehensive observability systems that provide deep visibility into service health, performance, and user experience. Implement monitoring strategies based on the Four Golden Signals (latency, traffic, errors, saturation) and USE/RED methodologies.
Create SRE dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide real-time visibility into SLO compliance, error budget consumption, and system reliability metrics. Develop executive-level reporting on reliability trends, incident impact, and improvement initiatives.
Establish alerting strategies that are actionable, symptom-based, and aligned with SLOs. Reduce alert fatigue by tuning thresholds and eliminating noise while ensuring critical issues trigger appropriate responses.
Collaboration and Leadership
Partner with development teams to implement reliability from the design phase using SRE principles. Conduct design reviews focused on failure modes, scalability, observability, and operational concerns. Guide teams in building services that meet SLO requirements.
Collaborate through code reviews and design reviews, ensuring infrastructure-as-code, automation scripts, and reliability improvements follow best practices, are well-documented, and maintain high-quality standards.
Manage project priorities using error budgets as a decision-making framework. Leverage agile methodologies while ensuring reliability work gets appropriate prioritization alongside feature development.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks through detailed analysis of metrics, traces, and profiles. Optimize system resources, tune configurations, and implement auto-scaling to ensure SLO compliance during varying load conditions.
Drive continuous improvement through SRE feedback loops by analyzing SLO violations, incident trends, and toil metrics to identify systemic improvements. Champion the reliability roadmap and advocate for technical debt reduction.
Maintain a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing by creating comprehensive runbooks, operational guides, system architecture documentation, and disaster recovery procedures. Ensure operational knowledge is distributed across the team.
Track and report on SRE metrics, including SLO compliance rates, error budget consumption, mean time to detection (MTTD), mean time to resolution (MTTR), toil percentage, and reliability improvement velocity.
On-call & reliability
Participate in a 12x7 on-call rotation and be available to work with global teams in the event of critical outages
We’re excited if you have:
Preferably 8+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles, with demonstrated expertise in implementing SRE principles, SLO/SLI frameworks, and error budget policies in production environments.
Deep experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, or equivalent, including experience building custom dashboards, alerts, and SLO-based monitoring.
Strong background in incident management, including experience as an Incident Commander, conducting blameless postmortems, and implementing systematic reliability improvements based on incident learnings.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and reliability engineering, including failure modes, fault tolerance patterns, circuit breakers, bulkheads, rate limiting, and graceful degradation strategies.
Experience with a number of the following: Kubernetes, Docker, Service Mesh such as Istio, Envoy, Linkerd, Solo & ECS
Experience in cloud-focused software development, preferably in Go, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
Experience with CI/CD automation, including GitLab pipelines and other related tools.
Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure
Proven track record of implementing scalable, high-performance infrastructure solutions in fast-paced, dynamic environments

The FP&A Systems team at Roku is responsible for building and continually improving financial forecasting models, with a strategic focus on automation and simplification of manual processes. Job Description
The Senior Account Manager (SAM) oversees projects within a vertical account team to ensure quality and provide continuity and tactical alignment while also leading high-profile projects from the client through to the project manager and cross-functional team. The SAM will partner with the Account Director to assist brand partners with the development and management of the tactical plan. This role requires a strong awareness of the account’s strategic direction, as well as knowledge of clients’ products and processes. The success of this position relies on the success of the team, meeting clients’ expectations, partnering with Avant colleagues, and individual performance.
What you’ll do:
Ensure quality and consistency across multiple tactics that are led by both Avant and external partners
Provide oversight and consultation to Account Managers as it relates to project execution
Act as the in-house client at all times by communicating client expectations to the crossfunctional team
Act as the Customer Management Office (CMO) liaison within the respective account (vertical)
Provide invoicing information and budget status updates to clients as requested
Provide direction and review job scope changes and closeouts as necessary
Provide peer-to-peer channel insights and recommendations
Drive strategic partnerships with clients by having and applying knowledge of their products and objectives
Lead and actively participate in strategic brainstorming sessions and annual strategic planning
Assist the business owner as needed with the following tasks
Create proposals for projects within assigned accounts
Partner with finance team and project managers in budget development
Perform other strategic work as delegated by the Account Director
Ensure strategic objectives are met with each client project
Support organic growth opportunities for the account through a strong understanding of Avant capabilities, client needs, and attention to buying signals
Partner successfully with Project Management Team to execute projects from the initiating and planning phases through the closing phase
Develop and manage project creative briefs and client scope statements
Supervise projects to ensure tactical and strategic goals are met
Follow all policies, procedures, industry standards, and compliance guidelines and ensure team members’ adherence
Execute client status meetings and prepare all meeting materials and follow-up items (agendas, notes, etc.)
Partner successfully with Project Management Team to execute projects from the initiating and planning phases through the closing phase (cont.)
Monitor the overall project scope from a client and account perspective and communicate scope changes when necessary
Provide final approval on all deliverables to ensure strategic objectives are met
Develop and communicate status reports with management and the client, monitor project and team results against client expectations
Monitor and manage project-related risks and issues in partnership with the project manager; resolve and escalate risks and issues to the client when needed

The Project Manager independently manages the day-to-day delivery of multichannel projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand objectives and agency standards.
What you’ll do:
Own the lifecycle of assigned projects from kickoff through launch and closeout.
Develop and manage scopes, timelines, staffing plans, and detailed workback schedules.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring clear handoffs and quality control.
Drive MLR and PRC routing, calendars, and submission packages with meticulous documentation.
Track progress, surface risks with proposed solutions, and manage change control.

About the Skuad Acquisition
Back in August 2024, Payoneer acquired Skuad. Skuad's expertise helps businesses in over 160 countries navigate complex challenges such as international payroll, remote onboarding, and regulatory compliance. This acquisition reinforces Payoneer's mission and solidifies Skuad's role as a trusted partner for global workforce management (WFM).

We are looking for an experienced Global Procurement Manager – Employee Benefits to lead the setup and implementation of employee benefits across the globe. This role will focus on enabling new benefits, ensuring compliance, managing governance frameworks, and acting as an escalation point for complex benefits matters.
Key benefit areas include insurance, company-issued devices, co-working spaces, meal and other vouchers, car lease, background verification, and medical checks/health & safety programs.
This position will play a critical role in building scalable frameworks for global benefits delivery, ensuring consistent execution and alignment across countries
