About the role
Roku is looking for a Senior UX Product Designer to join the Product Catalog team and support the growth of Roku’s subscription business. In this role, you will define and design self-service tools and features that help Roku developers, content partners, and internal operations teams grow their subscription revenue on the Roku platform.

Manifest Global is building the infrastructure for global human capital mobility - connecting students, schools, universities, and employers across 50+ countries. Most frontend roles ask you to ship features. This one asks you to ship features and build the system that lets QEs, PMs, and designers ship them too - safely, independently, with AI as the connective tissue. The Manifest engineering team already runs on AI-assisted workflows. The infrastructure exists in pieces. You'll complete it, maintain it, and raise the ceiling on what each function can do without engineering in the loop. AI is not the tool you use on the side. It is the medium you work in, and the capability you extend to everyone around you.
If you're early in your career and the most interesting question you have right now is "how do I build leverage for a team, not just output for myself?" - keep reading.
You own the frontend - not just the code you write, but the system that lets everyone around you contribute to it. That means building features, and it means building the workflows, conventions, and guardrails that let QEs test independently, PMs contribute safely, and designers move from design to something real without waiting in a queue.
The measure of success here is not your personal output. It is how much the team around you can do because of what you built.
Concretely, that looks like:
30 days. You've mapped the frontend architecture and the current cross-functional AI workflows. You know where the codebase is strong, where debt sits, and where QEs, PMs, and designers are getting stuck or falling back on engineering. You have a point of view on what to fix first.
90 days. The skills library has grown. QEs are generating test scaffolds from specs without filing requests to engineering. PMs are making frontend contributions inside defined safe zones with confidence. Designers have a clearer path from Figma to something testable. AI tooling output across the team is more consistent because of conventions you put in place.
6 months. Cross-functional AI workflows are a genuine productivity multiplier - not a set of experiments. Feature cycles are shorter because more of the team can move through more of the process independently. The frontend itself is faster, more reliable, and better structured. Saige and Explore's AI surfaces feel like first-class product experiences, not features the frontend barely holds together. The engineers, QEs, PMs, and designers working in this system are glad you built it the way you did.

The Role:
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll join a small, generalist design team where each designer is co-responsible for the strategy and success of their product area, in close partnership with their PM and engineering manager. Your specific area will be scoped after you join, based on portfolio priorities and where your strengths add the most leverage.

Examples of our services:
Your day begins with review of a teammate’s GitLab merge request. It has already been reviewed by Claude, but you’ll think deeply about the business problem, alternative solutions, and future needs. Then you spend a few undisturbed hours “in the flow,” working on changes to the user management APIs to support a UX improvement that a designer suggested yesterday. Soon, all your new unit tests are green. With a few keystrokes, you create a merge request, spin up a dev instance, and deploy your change. After some quick smoke tests, you send a link to a frontend engineer who is collaborating with our team.
After lunch, you join your team for a quick standup via Zoom to discuss current work and the plan for the next few days. A teammate offers to review your new code. It has some complex behavior, so you walk through it together and make a few improvements.
The frontend engineer confirms over Slack that your API changes provide what they need. You merge it, which automatically retests and deploys to a staging environment. The UI changes and a few more integration tests from the QA team will be merged in a day or two. Your improvement will be in production in a few weeks.
Next, you respond to a Slack request for advice on integrating with the authorization API. You draft a short tech design doc that links the API spec, code examples, and optimization tips. You discuss it on the team channel, and your manager forwards it to another team that’s also starting a new service.

Experience with design tools including, but not limited to; Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
High level of demonstrated proficiency in at least one UX area, such as research, information architecture, visual design or interaction design

Our marketing materials and internal asset library currently have little to no device mockups, and certainly not ones that reflect our recent designs. The Role
As a Staff Product Designer at AiDASH, you will define the standard for AI-augmented design practice across the organization. You are not just a designer who occasionally uses AI—you are someone who has fundamentally rewired your design workflow around AI tools, using them daily for research synthesis, rapid prototyping, visual exploration, and production-ready output.
You bring extensive experience in user experience design with deep specialization in at least three areas: user research, service design, digital product design, interface design, visual design, or related disciplines.
