About the Role:
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape how technology creates meaningful, dignified opportunities for low-income and historically excluded communities. THE ROLE
As a ServiceNow Developer at Everpure, you will architect and deliver the automated workflows that power our global operations. You will partner closely with business analysts and process owners to transform complex requirements into scalable technical solutions that enhance employee productivity and customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Architect and Implement Solutions: Lead the design and development of functional workflows, business rules, and integrations (REST/SOAP) within the ServiceNow ecosystem to automate manual processes and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
Drive Platform Excellence: Execute end-to-end delivery of enhancements across ITSM, CSM, or HR modules, ensuring all configurations—from Client Scripts to Flow Designer—align with global performance and security standards.
Optimize System Health: Identify trends through root cause analysis and prioritize preventive actions to ensure platform stability, participating in a shared on-call rotation to maintain our 24x7 Customer Service Management capabilities.
Collaborate for Impact: Consult with cross-functional delivery teams to finalize technical designs and conduct rigorous code reviews, fostering a culture of continuous service improvement and technical mentorship.
WHAT YOU BRING
Technical Mastery: 3+ years of proven track record as a ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in Flow Designer, Script Includes, ACLs, and UI Policies, alongside hands-on implementation experience in at least one core product (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM).
Integration & Migration Skills: Proficiency in managing complex data migrations and building robust integrations with 3rd party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Transform Maps.
Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to translate abstract business requirements into technical roadmaps, managing multiple high-priority deliverables while maintaining a focus on system maintainability and high-quality documentation.
Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively partner with global stakeholders and provide technical reviews that elevate the collective output of the development team.

Your Mission
The Senior UX Designer will work under the oversight of a Principal UX Designer and assist with all the UX responsibilities below:
Design: Create deliverables for the entire design process, including information architecture, interface design, interaction design, and low and high-fidelity prototypes.
Standards: Identify, define and promote UX best practices, including templates
UX Metrics: Identify, collect, and analyze data to inform user experience decisions, including web metrics, customer support data, and other sources

You Are
You are a strong collaborator and able to effectively communicate with other team members across the R&D organization. Additionally, you are a self-learner who enjoys researching and applying relevant UX trends and who thrives with rapid, iterative design and development processes.
Your experience includes:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design or related technical field
5 - 8 years of work, personal project, or internship experience with the full product design process, from research to rollout
Portfolio of UX projects to illustrate applied experience
Experience with design tools including, but not limited to; Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
High level of demonstrated proficiency in at least one UX area, such as research, information architecture, visual design or interaction design
Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate with other team members across the R&D organization, product managers and senior management
Enterprise product design experience and designing web-based applications
Experience leading a team
Familiarity with data privacy, third-party risk management, and/or security spaces
Scrum certification

About the role
We are seeking a Design Intern to work on a new mode variant of the app ot build out a design system.
Device mockup library
Our marketing materials and internal asset library currently have little to no device mockups, and certainly not ones that reflect our recent designs. This is a well-understood, self-contained project that you'll own end-to-end, choosing collateral and displaying it in the most aesthetically pleasing way possible.
The mockup library would serve both marketing and product immediately. Bonus points if you can make it evergreen enough to update easily as we design new features in the future.
Reports to: Senior UI/UX Designer
Location: Remote or Hybrid in India
Duration: 3- 6 months internship with an opportunity for PPO
What You'll Do:
You'll function as a UI/UX Designer, working within our existing design system and contributing production-ready (or near-production-ready) assets under light supervision and guidance from the Senior UI/UX Designer

The ability to have some overlap with EST hours, even for a little bit in the morning, would be good to be able to review work together, ideate, and provide guidance and mentorship. Their full days do not need to mirror ours.

In this hybrid role, you’ll spend the majority of your time (70%) driving high-impact creative work across key marketing channels, while dedicating part of your time (30%) to overseeing, mentoring, and supporting the India design team to ensure quality, alignment, and growth.
As an individual contributor, you’ll bring our brand to life across email, paid/organic social, affiliate, decks, landing pages, and animation—with a strong focus on supporting our Partnerships business. This means designing thoughtfully for the agents who sell life insurance, creating clear, compelling materials that help them understand our products, communicate value, and succeed in their role. You’ll balance this agent-first work with consumer-facing creative, adapting your design approach to different audiences and goals.
As a design manager, you’ll act as both a mentor and a quality gatekeeper. You’ll use your strong taste level to provide precise, actionable feedback, guiding designers toward sharper, more strategic work. You’ll help set priorities, manage daily workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, and product stakeholders. You’ll also be deeply detail-oriented—reviewing and QA’ing email proofs daily to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and design excellence. Above all, you’ll create an environment where designers can grow their craft while consistently delivering high-quality work.
This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes full ownership from concept to execution, and is energized by both hands-on design and supporting the success of others. Karya is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to join the Karya Learn Team. In this role, you will translate instructional blueprints into clear, engaging, and accessible learning materials designed for adult learners with varying literacy and digital skill levels.
You will work closely with the Instructional Designer and Head of Learning to bring learning modules to life—writing scripts, exercises, and assessments that make digital skilling intuitive and motivating. The ideal candidate has strong writing and editing skills, an eye for storytelling, and a passion for making learning simple, inclusive, and mobile-first.
This role reports to the Associate Head of Learning and works closely with the Instructional Designer and design team
