Role Overview
The Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager is responsible for designing and executing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs that deepen engagement, accelerate pipeline, and drive revenue within a defined set of strategic and high-potential accounts.
Partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Marketing, and cross-functional Marketing teams, this role builds tailored, insight-led programs that reach buying groups across target accounts—spanning developers, technical stakeholders, and executive decision makers.
You are a data-guided, customer-obsessed marketer who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution. You’re comfortable working directly with sales leaders, translating account insights into integrated plays, and measuring performance at both the account and program levels.
Key Responsibilities
ABM Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own the ABM strategy for a prioritized list of accounts, aligned to regional and global go-to-market goals
- Segment accounts into 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions based on potential, buying stage, and strategic importance
- Partner with Sales leadership and account teams to understand account plans, key initiatives, and decision makers and translate these into ABM plans
- Build annual and quarterly ABM roadmaps, including campaigns, experiences, and executive engagement moments
Campaign & Program Execution
- Plan and execute integrated ABM programs across channels (email, digital, direct mail, events, executive briefings, field experiences, partners, etc.) that are tailored to account needs and buying stages.
- Create or adapt messaging and content by persona and industry, leveraging global assets where possible and developing custom assets where needed.
- Orchestrate multi-touch plays (e.g., outbound sequences, event invitations, executive briefings, workshops) in partnership with Sales, BDRs, and Marketing Operations.
- Coordinate program logistics end-to-end, including audience lists, landing pages, invitations, reminders, follow-up, and handoff to Sales.
Sales Alignment & Collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales for target accounts, joining regular account reviews and QBRs to align on goals, coverage, and gaps
- Provide Sales with ABM playbooks, one-page program briefs, talk tracks, and follow-up templates to support consistent execution
- Help Sales prioritize next-best actions within accounts (meetings, workshops, briefings, executive programs) based on engagement and intent signals
- Capture and share win stories, best practices, and learnings from ABM programs across regions and sales teams
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Define and track ABM performance metrics, such as engagement across buying groups, opportunity creation, deal acceleration, influenced and sourced pipeline, and revenue
- Partner with Analytics, RevOps, and Marketing Operations to pull and analyze account-level reports from CRM, marketing automation, and BI tools
- Build closed-loop reporting to show impact of ABM programs at the account, segment, and program level; present insights in monthly/quarterly business reviews
- Use data and experimentation to test, learn, and optimize ABM tactics, audiences, and messaging
Technology, Data & Operations
- Leverage ABM and marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, intent platforms, personalization tools, sales engagement platforms) to orchestrate and scale programs
- Maintain clean account lists, segments, and tags in CRM/marketing tools to enable accurate targeting and measurement
- Partner with Operations to document and improve ABM processes, SLAs, and workflows across Marketing and Sales
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, field/regional marketing, demand generation, or a related role; experience in SaaS/technology preferred
- Hands-on experience building and executing ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, or 1:many) in partnership with Sales or Customer Success
- Strong project management and organization skills; able to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo/Eloqua/HubSpot, ABM/intent platforms, sales engagement tools) and pulling basic performance reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for Sales, executives, and cross-functional partners
- A data-guided mindset and curiosity to understand what’s driving results and where to iterate
Preferred Experience
- Direct experience running account-based plays for strategic, enterprise, or key growth accounts spanning multiple personas
- Familiarity with developer and technical audiences (e.g., developers, architects, IT decision makers) and how to engage them alongside business stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with Sales Development / BDR teams on outbound and follow-up motions tied to ABM campaigns
- Background working with industry or vertical-focused programs (e.g., financial services, retail, healthcare, public sector)

How This Role Makes a Difference
The Clinical Research Assistant is an entry level clinical position and is designed to fully integrate the individual in the Care Access Research process while learning the skills necessary to be a Clinical Research Coordinator. This position has potential growth and advancement within the Care Access Research organization.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Ability to understand and follow institutional SOPs
- Participate in recruitment and pre-screening events (may be at another location)
- Assist with preparation of outreach materials
- Identify potential participants by reviewing medical records, study charts and subject database
- Assist with recruitment of new participants by conducting phone screenings
- Request medical records of potential and current research participants
- Schedule visits with participants, contact with reminders
- Obtain informed consent per Care Access Research SOP, under the direction of the CRC
- Complete visit procedures as required by protocol, under the direction of the CRC
- Collect, process and ship specimens as directed by protocol, under the direction of the CRC
- Record data legibly and enter in real time on paper or e-source documents
- Request study participant payments
- Update all applicable internal trackers and online recruitment systems
- Assist with query resolution
- Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, mailing, emailing, etc.
- Assist with maintaining all site logs
- Assist with inventory and ordering equipment and supplies
- Maintain adherence to FDA regulations and ICH guidelines in all aspects of conducting clinical trials.
- Maintain effective relationships with study participants and other care Access Research personnel.
- Interact in a positive, professional manner with patients/participants, sponsor representatives, Investigators and Care Access Research personnel and management.
- Communicate clearly verbally and in writing.

- Louisiana based roles require National phlebotomy certification by an organization approved by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners
- Washington based roles require National phlebotomy certification by an organization approved by the Washington State Department of Health
- Nevada based roles require Laboratory Assistant certification by the Division of Public and Behavioral Health
How We Work Together
- Location: This is an on-site position with regional commute requirements. Regularly planned travel within the region will be required as part of the role. Overnight travel will be minimal (<10%).

The expected salary range for this role is $19.00 - $33.00 USD per hour for full time team members.

Application Database Administrator (SQL Server DBA)
Clinical Architecture is seeking an experienced Application Database Administrator (SQL Server DBA) to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This role blends hands-on SQL development and developer support (approximately 80%) with core DBA responsibilities (approximately 20%). The DBA will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, reliable healthcare data solutions by partnering closely with Application Developers, Cloud Engineers, Implementation Architecture, and DevOps teams.
The ideal candidate is an experienced SQL Server professional who thrives in a collaborative development environment. This individual will write, review, and optimize SQL, assist with schema design, improve query performance, and promote best-practice coding standards across multiple systems. The role also includes DBA responsibilities such as managing on-premises SQL Server environments and cloud-based SQL platforms (including Amazon RDS, Azure Managed SQL Instances, and Google Cloud SQL), with a focus on availability, security, and overall platform reliability. Experience must be rooted in 3-tier application development with real-time, high-volume transactional (OLTP) workloads — not ETL pipelines or data warehouse environments.

Responsibilities
Database Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain on-prem SQL Server instances (SQL Server 2016 and newer).
- Administer Cloud Service Provider SQL Server instances, including monitoring, snapshots, and instance configuration.
- Manage SQL Server Agent jobs, linked servers, Database Mail, and other database platform components.
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Performance and Reliability:
- Troubleshoot performance issues using execution plans, Query Store, and dynamic management views (DMVs).
- Identify and resolve blocking, deadlocks, and query performance bottlenecks.
- Design and maintain effective indexing and statistics strategies.
SQL Development:
- Write, review, and optimize stored procedures, functions, views, and inline SQL used by application teams.
- Collaborate with developers to improve schema design, query patterns, and performance optimization.
- Promote and enforce SQL coding standards and best practices.
Security and Compliance:
- Apply least‑privilege security models and manage database access and permissions.
- Support compliance initiatives such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST, as required.
- Ensure encryption, auditing, and secure connectivity are consistently implemented.
Monitoring and Automation:
- Configure monitoring and alerting for both on-prem SQL Server and Amazon RDS instances.
- Automate routine tasks using T‑SQL or PowerShell.
- Assist with capacity planning and system lifecycle management.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA in a production environment.
- Strong experience with SQL Server installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon RDS for SQL Server.
- Advanced T‑SQL skills, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
- In-depth knowledge of indexing strategies, execution plans, and performance tuning.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our CI/CD ecosystem, cloud infrastructure automation, and developer platform. This is a journey-level, fully qualified position where you will independently design and drive solutions across complex, diverse projects — bringing both technical depth and collaborative leadership to everything you do.
You will work at the intersection of infrastructure engineering, AI-driven tooling, and modern cloud operations, partnering closely with development and TechOps teams to accelerate delivery cycles and ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments, applying industry best practices to optimize delivery speed and system reliability.
- Automate the provisioning and lifecycle management of cloud resources (VMs, EC2, and more) using Infrastructure as Code — with Terraform as the primary tool — ensuring consistent, repeatable, and auditable deployments.
- Manage and optimize cloud networking configurations, supporting complex developer workflows and infrastructure scalability requirements.
- Integrate AI and large language model (LLM) capabilities into DevOps tooling and developer workflows, including leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) for intelligent automation and context-aware pipeline tooling.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify bottlenecks, reduce toil, and continuously improve the release process.
- Apply security best practices to deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure, proactively identifying and remediating vulnerabilities.
- Monitor, observe, and optimize infrastructure performance, taking initiative to resolve complex issues before they impact customers.
- Evaluate emerging tools and technologies — particularly in the AI/LLM space — and provide guidance on how to incorporate them effectively into organization workflows.
- Communicate technical strategies and recommendations clearly to senior internal and external stakeholders, adapting your approach to diverse audiences and often driving alignment on difficult decisions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related DevOps/infrastructure engineering experience (or 3 years with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience).
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Terraform for infrastructure as code — this is a must-have.
- Hands-on, production-level experience building and deploying AI/LLM-integrated systems — this is a must-have. You have worked directly with large language model APIs, designed AI-assisted workflows, and shipped real tooling powered by LLMs in an engineering or DevOps context.
- Hands-on, production-level experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) — this is a must-have. You have implemented MCP-based integrations to build intelligent, context-aware developer tools, automation pipelines, or agent workflows, not just read about it.
- Strong command of CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar).
- Experience provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure (EC2, VMs, VPCs, IAM, etc.).
- Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts (VPCs, subnets, security groups, load balancers, DNS).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, resolve ambiguous and complex problems, and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, or container orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).
- Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Knowledge of observability tooling (Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
- Experience building internal developer platforms (IDPs).
US Pay Range:
The US National annual base salary range for this full-time position is $131,500-$154,700 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. - Ensure that all training and study requirements are met prior to trial conduct.
- Discuss study medication, required procedures, eligibility criteria and impact on office flow with Investigator and site staff.
- Assist with planning and creation of appropriate recruitment materials
- Assist in development of recruitment plan and obtain listing of potential candidates to contact from subject database.
- Actively work with recruitment team in calling and recruiting subjects
- Attend Investigator meetings as required.
- Coordinate and attend pre-study site visits, site initiation visits, and monitor visits with clinical staff and Sponsor/CRO representatives.

- Prioritize activities with specific regard to protocol timelines
- Maintain adherence to FDA regulations and ICH guidelines in all aspects of conducting clinical trials
- Maintain effective relationships with study participants and other care Access Research personnel.
- Interact in a positive, professional manner with patients, sponsor representatives, investigators and Care Access Research personnel and management.

- Complete visit procedures in accordance with protocol.
- Train others and complete basic clinical procedures, such as blood draws, vital signs, ECGs, etc.
- Review laboratory results, ECGs, and other test results (e.g., MRIs) for completeness and alert values, ensuring investigator review in a timely fashion.
- Identify adverse events (AEs) and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) and promptly notify Principal Investigator and Sponsor (where appropriate)
- Documentation
- Record data legibly and enter in real time on paper or e-source documents
- Accurately record study medication inventory, medication dispensation, and patient compliance.
- Resolve data management queries and correct source data within sponsor provided timelines
- Assist regulatory personnel with completion and filing of regulatory documents.

How We Work Together
- Location: This is an on-site position with regional commute requirements. Position requires onsite work 5 days per week at the Indianapolis, IN clinic.
- Travel: Regularly planned travel within the region will be required as part of the role.

The expected salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 USD per year for full time team members.

About the role
You’ll own net-new and expansion business across enterprise accounts in Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Indiana. You’ll drive multi-threaded cycles with CIO/CISO, AppSec, Platform, and Cloud leaders; align partners; and land multi-solution wins across discovery, posture, and runtime protection.
What you’ll do
• Build and manage a territory plan for enterprise accounts across Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Indiana, with clear coverage of major hubs (Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Ann Arbor, Indianapolis).
• Create pipeline through targeted prospecting, partner co-sell (AWS, CrowdStrike, etc.), and executive networking.
• Run full-cycle sales: discovery, value mapping, business case, security validation, legal/procurement, and close.
• Position Salt’s portfolio (Cloud Connect, Surface, Posture Governance, Runtime Protection, and AI Agent/MCP Security) and integrations to displace incumbents and consolidate tools.
• Lead account strategies with SEs, product, and customer success to ensure fast time-to-value and expansion.
• Maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce and report on risks, next steps, and executive asks.
• Host on-site sessions and workshops; travel regularly throughout Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Indiana as required.
What you’ll need
• Proven success selling enterprise cybersecurity/SaaS into large accounts (Fortune/Global 2000 preferred).
• Track record closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders and security validation, including 6- and 7-figure TCV.
• Strong familiarity with cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), API security, and adjacent platforms (WAF, CNAPP, EDR/XDR, SIEM).
• Comfortable executing MEDDIC, SPICED, or similar methodology; crisp discovery and business case building.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level and board-level influencers; excellent written and verbal communication.
• High ownership mindset: territory planning, partner alignment, and disciplined deal execution.
• Salesforce proficiency.

What You'll Do
- Architect and lead the design of scalable, high-performance systems across our full stack using TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and React
- Drive technical strategy — evaluate tradeoffs, establish patterns, and make foundational decisions that will shape the platform for years to come
- Own complex, ambiguous problems end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, with minimal direction
- Design and build data infrastructure — data pipelines, warehousing solutions, and the data models that power product analytics and customer insights
- Develop and integrate ML-powered features where applicable, including model evaluation, feature engineering, and productionizing models at scale (strong plus)
- Mentor and grow engineers at all levels through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance
- Partner cross-functionally with Product and Design to refine roadmap items into well-scoped, high-impact work

What You'll Need
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of leading technical initiatives on high-performing teams
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, Vu, and/or Python; strong ability to ramp quickly on new technologies as the stack evolves
- Demonstrated experience architecting and operating distributed systems, microservices, and REST APIs at scale
- Strong hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud), including infrastructure design and cost-conscious scaling
- Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with relational database design, query optimization, and schema evolution
- Experience with data warehousing and data pipeline development (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow) — strong plus
- Exposure to machine learning workflows — feature engineering, model serving, or MLOps — in a production environment (strong plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote-first environment
- A strong testing discipline, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies
