Job Responsibilities

• Lead DRAM, NAND, and advanced packaging technology engagement for key customer new products/applications penetration

About This Role

Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Account Manager (SAM) to execute commercial activities for an assigned geography, establish relationships with customers, and ensure successful promotion of SYMBRAVO, an oral acute migraine medication. SAMs will be responsible for product performance at a territory level and expected to be a disease category expert and product champion. The SAM will provide account management support and exhibit business knowledge of the local landscape to assess key stakeholders plus future trends within the marketplace.

• Proficient in both virtual and live customer engagements  
• Assume full ownership of assigned territory’s performance as a specialty account manager, building awareness for SYMBRAVO amongst key customers in a competitive therapeutic environment

Essential Job Duties

As a Sr. Strategic Partner Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth and partner success across BambooHR’s Marketplace and Platform partner ecosystem. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-impact partners, lead business development conversations, set strategic revenue growth goals to execution, and partner with our Marketing team to co-manage sponsorships and strategic marketing initiatives that align with BambooHR’s go-to-market strategy. Your work will directly contribute to growing partner-attributed revenue, increasing deal flow, and strengthening high-value partnerships.

You Will:

• Own and drive revenue growth across your category-specific partner portfolio, with a primary focus on increasing rev share, pipeline, and co-sell performance
• Develop and execute strategic revenue plans for each key partner, including clear targets for lead generation, deal influence, and closed-won revenue
• Drive partner accountability to revenue outcomes, ensuring partners are actively contributing pipeline and aligning to mutual growth goals
• Lead Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (QBRs/ABRs) with a strong focus on performance, ROI, and forward-looking revenue strategy
• Own and expand monetization levers within your portfolio, including co-selling, listing optimization, expansion plays, sponsorships, and pay-to-play opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand generation, including co-marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorship initiatives that generate measurable pipeline
• Create and drive innovative exposure and enablement strategies to increase partner visibility with BambooHR sellers and improve partner attach rates in deals
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on your partners’ solutions—clearly articulating their value, use cases, and differentiators to internal teams to support deal success
• Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance, including revenue contribution, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and ROI across all monetization streams
• Maintain a deep understanding of your category landscape, including key players, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends to inform partner strategy and prioritization

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done:

• You have 4–5+ years of experience in partner account management, channel sales, or strategic alliances within SaaS or HR tech, with a strong track record of driving revenue through partnerships
• You have experience owning and growing rev share relationships, partner-sourced pipeline, and co-selling motions
• You are highly metrics-driven and comfortable owning a revenue number, with experience reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and partner-driven revenue impact
• You’re a proactive and creative thinker, constantly identifying new ways to drive partner engagement, exposure, and monetization
• You’re confident leading strategic, revenue-focused conversations with partners and influencing outcomes
• You excel at cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to unlock growth
• You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and takes ownership of results

What Will Make Us REALLY Love You:

Job Responsibilities 

• Lead advanced packaging technology engagement for key customer new products/applications penetration. 
• To maintain sustain application position with customer R&D and HVM teams (Ensure HVM feedback is accounted for in future defense of process wins). 
• Drive module process and equipment fundamental improvements to ensure we meet customer needs and win applications. 
• Define overall NPI program schedules, align on, and drive required execution plans and program deliverables to completion while meeting critical milestones (customer’s roadmap) 
• Proactively identify talent and continuously develop team members with a deliberate roadmap. 
• Develop metrics to measure NPI program performance and to drive improvement through successive product introduction. 
• Build strong cross-functional and matrixed relationships and collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Development, Service Engineering, and others to ensure a positive customer experience. 

Education & Experience: 

• Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field. 
• 15+ years(bachelor) or 12+years(M.S./Dr.) of experience in the semiconductor field, especially in Thin Film/PECVD/LPCVD/ALD module process development. Tool vendor experience is plus. 
• Strong project management and analytical skills. 
• Proven success in building collaborative partnerships with customers and internal organizations. 
• Effective English oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities to exercise influence both throughout the organization and with BU/Service Team. 
• Goal and customer oriented.
• Positive and energetic attitude with strong work ethic and initiative.
