Giga Energy is seeking a Director, M&A and Corp Dev to lead the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of powered land and energy infrastructure transactions that fuel our data center and Bitcoin platform.

This is a senior, client-facing deal leadership role for someone who has already led meaningful transactions and is ready to own a strategy. You will originate opportunities, lead cross-functional diligence, structure transactions, and present directly to our investment committee. We are looking for someone commercially sharp, highly analytical, and relentless in getting deals closed.

Responsibilities

Origination & Strategy

• Lead powered land and energy infrastructure acquisition efforts across priority markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with utilities, landowners, brokers, developers, and capital partners.

Deal Execution

• Own transactions from LOI through closing.
• Lead internal deal teams across development, engineering, finance, and legal.

Underwriting & Investment Analysis

• Build and maintain detailed financial models evaluating land basis, power pricing, infrastructure capex, and return profiles.
• Conduct sensitivity and downside analyses.
• Prepare clear, compelling investment memoranda.

Due Diligence

• Oversee diligence across utility interconnection, zoning, environmental, title, and infrastructure feasibility.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.

Investment Committee

• Present opportunities to internal stakeholders.
• Defend assumptions and articulate risk-adjusted return profiles.
• Push transactions through approval and close.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, real estate private equity, development, or related transactional roles.

What You'll Do

Giga is building the commercial engine that will power the next generation of energy infrastructure — from AI data centers to utility-scale power. We have the product, the pipeline, and the ambition. What we need now is someone to build the outbound machine that fills the top of the funnel with the right conversations.

As our Enterprise Development Manager, you'll build Giga's SDR function from the ground up. This isn't a role where you inherit a team and optimize — it's a role where you design the playbook, hire the people, set the cadence, and create the pipeline generation engine that fuels multi-million-dollar enterprise deals across the Data Center Industry.

You'll own the strategy, the team, and the number. You'll work directly with our sales leadership to define the ICP, build outbound sequences, establish qualification frameworks, and create a repeatable motion that scales. The buyers you're going after are hyperscalers, data center developers, utilities, and C-suite decision makers at some of the largest companies in the world — so the bar for quality, messaging, and business acumen is high.

This role is for someone who has built outbound teams before and is currently a frontline leader, knows what good looks like, and is ready to do it again at a company where the market opportunity is massive and the pace is fast. Responsibilities

• Build and lead the SDR team — recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of enterprise SDRs focused on outbound pipeline generation across Giga's three business units: AI data centers, energy infrastructure, and power markets
• Own the pipeline number — set and deliver against monthly and quarterly qualified pipeline targets that directly feed the enterprise sales team's revenue goals
• Owns all inbound pipeline management — including phone and email inquiries — triaging, qualifying, and routing leads to the appropriate Account Executives as needed.
• Develops and owns the inbound SLA framework — establishing response time standards and quality benchmarks for phone and email inquiries, and ensuring consistent delivery and accountability across the team.
• Coach and develop SDRs — run daily standups, weekly 1:1s, call reviews, and pipeline sessions that build skills, drive accountability, and elevate the quality of every prospect interaction. Set a high bar and hold it
• Partner with sales leadership — work closely with enterprise Account Executives and sales leadership to ensure alignment on ICP, qualification standards, handoff process, and feedback loops between SDR activity and deal outcomes
• Build and manage the tech stack and reporting infrastructure — implement and optimize the tools, workflows, and dashboards needed to run a data-driven SDR operation (CRM hygiene, activity tracking, conversion metrics, pipeline attribution)
• Develop messaging and positioning for outbound — collaborate with marketing and sales to craft compelling, market-specific outreach that resonates with C-suite and VP-level buyers at hyperscalers, data center developers, utilities, and energy companies
• Iterate and scale — continuously test, measure, and refine the outbound motion based on data and results. What works at 3 SDRs should be ready to scale to 10+
• Represent the voice of the market internally — surface insights from thousands of prospect conversations to inform product positioning, competitive strategy, and go-to-market decisions

Requirements

• 3 - 5 + years of experience in B2B sales development or inside sales, with at least 2 years in a frontline people management role. 
• Track record of building an outbound function or SDR team from early stage — you've designed playbooks, hired and ramped reps, and built the processes that drive predictable pipeline
• Experience selling into enterprise accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and deal sizes of $1M+
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing SDRs — you know how to identify raw talent, coach it, and create an environment where people grow fast
• Strong command of sales development tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or equivalent)
• Data-driven approach to managing performance — you set clear KPIs, inspect what you expect, and make decisions based on conversion data, not gut feel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can craft outbound messaging that earns a reply from a VP at a Fortune 500 company, and you can coach your team to do the same
• Leads from the front — in the early days, you'll roll up your sleeves to shape the playbook, validate the process, and set the standard — not as an IC, but as a leader who knows what great looks like and builds the team and systems to get there.
• Comfort with ambiguity and speed — Giga operates in a fast-moving market with multiple business units. You thrive in environments where the playbook doesn't exist yet and you have to write it

What You'll Do

As Procurement Manager, you own the full procurement lifecycle across Giga's Project portfolio. You'll work directly with project owners to understand what needs to be sourced at every stage, identify and qualify vendors, negotiate competitive terms, and ensure materials and equipment arrive on time. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and project execution — and the person in it will have a direct impact on whether our projects hit their timelines and budgets.

• 5+ years of experience in a technical sales, sales engineering, or solutions engineering role within data center, utility-scale power, or industrial infrastructure.
• Deep technical knowledge in at least two of the following disciplines: electrical systems (medium/high voltage distribution, utility interconnection, backup power), mechanical systems (cooling infrastructure, HVAC, fluid systems), or civil/site work (grading, site utilities, permitting).
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, site plans, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Experience developing technical proposals, responding to RFPs, and presenting complex infrastructure solutions to both technical and executive audiences.
• Proven track record of closing or directly supporting the close of large, technically complex deals in a B2B environment.

As a Senior Document Controls Specialist at Giga, you'll be the backbone of how we capture, manage, and protect the critical technical information powering our infrastructure buildout. You're not filing paperwork — you're ensuring that every drawing, specification, RFI, and submittal gets to the right person at the right time, with full version integrity. In a business where physical infrastructure moves fast and mistakes are expensive, your systems will directly determine how effectively our Engineering and Construction teams execute. You'll own this function end to end, build structure where there isn't any, and raise the bar on how a modern energy infrastructure company manages its technical documentation.

•   Manage the full lifecycle of engineering drawings and technical documents, including issuance, revision tracking, and as-built documentation.

•   5+ years of document controls experience on large-scale capital projects in energy, construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
•   Deep expertise with at least one enterprise DMS platform (e.g., Procore, Aconex, ProjectWise, ACC, SharePoint, or equivalent).
•   Demonstrated experience managing controlled documents across multi-disciplinary engineering and construction teams.
•   Strong working knowledge of engineering document types: drawings, P&IDs, SLDs, specifications, submittals, RFIs, transmittals, and as-builts.
• Extensive experience managing document workflows, technical drawing reviews, and revision/version control using enterprise DMS platforms.
•  Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail — you catch errors before they become problems.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain assigned general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of journal entries on a monthly basis.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process including preparation of accruals, prepaid amortization, and recurring journal entries.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve variances in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of internal financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules including additions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliation to the general ledger.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close processes including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency with an ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Fast, clean, right the first time, assumption-driven, and explainable to anyone in the room; a CFO, CEO, Board member, investor, banker, or a first-year analyst.

• Construct fully integrated three-statement models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows) that link dynamically and hold up under interrogation
• Build institutional-quality DCF and project finance models with explicit, defensible assumptions; IRR, NPV, payback, and sensitivity tables included as a matter of course
• Develop project finance and CapEx models that capture draw schedules, depreciation waterfalls, debt service, and returns at both project and company levels
• Design scenario and sensitivity frameworks that move beyond simple toggles and uses multi-variable sensitivity tables, Monte Carlo-ready structures, and decision trees that actually inform and steer capital allocation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with a track record of building and owning complex models, not just maintaining them
• Expert-level financial modeling
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations for executive audiences
• Experience owning budgeting and forecasting cycles end-to-end
• Experience in project finance and CapEx modeling

The Technical Quotation Engineer is responsible for the development of detailed commercial and technical proposals for Giga Energy’s core product lines: UL891 Switchboards, Padmount Transformers, and Substations.
