UP (Unified Platform) consolidates data and technologies into a comprehensive solution, accelerating time to market. Optimizing decision-making and research, our platform simplifies implementing new ideas, enhancing our competitive edge.
UP - PI (Platform Infrastructure) Writes and operates systems that accelerate other development teams. They provide managed services to technologists across all of DRW, helping domain experts focus on their business-critical goals. They create software to connect people, projects, and information, preventing silos and opacity.
For the appropriate candidate, we are open to remote employees for this role.
Expectations:
- Write, maintain, operate and improve managed infrastructure services for technologists firm-wide
- Design and communicate standards for how centrally managed services can be used
- Support internal technologists with triage, education, and consulting
- Write, maintain, operate, and improve bespoke applications for internal use, focused on visibility and integration across teams.
- Enable other teams to focus on business domains.

Desirable Experience:
- Three or more years of high impact contributions in Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering or adjacent roles
- Expertise in operating infrastructure at scale
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Apache Airflow, Kafka, Redis
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, Java, Ruby
- Comfort deploying software to the cloud and on-premises
- Proven success in elevating standards for non-functional requirements like security, observability, reliability, and speed of delivery
- Informed perspective about AI Agents as development tools
- Record of accomplishment of enhancing the capabilities of other engineers and teams
The annual base salary range for this position is $100k to $175k depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The Software Architect role is a key technical leadership position within Conga B2B Platform Engineering. This role is designed for experienced Conga engineers and technical leaders who want to expand their architectural influence, deepen platform-level impact, and help shape the future of Conga’s Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) products.
As a Software Architect, you will work across product and platform teams to guide application architecture, ensure alignment with Conga’s technical standards, and mentor senior engineers and tech leads. You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering Management, and Architecture peers to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient SaaS solutions. This role offers increased scope, strategic ownership, and visibility across Conga’s engineering organization.

- Proven experience leading technical design discussions and driving architectural decisions within a product team.
- Deep experience delivering enterprise Java based SaaS solutions using Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid background designing and building backend services, including REST APIs and data-intensive systems.
- Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience working with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Comfortable operating across teams and influencing without direct authority.
- Clear, pragmatic communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

- Advanced proficiency in Python, FastAPI, PyTest, Celery, and other Python frameworks
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and concurrency
- Strong experience with cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, version control systems such as GitHub, and work tracking tools such as JIRA
- Knowledge of generative AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, along with MLOps and AI lifecycle management

As we scale our operations, we need a hands-on engineer to secure the entire data lifecycle - from the industrial control systems (OT) at the edge, through the cloud telemetry pipeline, to the corporate dashboards.
This is a builder role. You will be responsible for deploying and managing our core security infrastructure - specifically Wazuh and Authentik - to secure our AWS environments and operational field assets. You will work directly with control systems engineers and DevOps teams to build security into our backbone.
Responsibilities will include:
Cloud & Infrastructure Security
- Cloud Architecture: Secure the AWS infrastructure that hosts our energy management platforms. Implement hardening baselines and manage security groups for cloud resources
- SIEM & Observability (Wazuh): Architect a centralized and on-prem SIEM deployment to ingest logs from CloudTrail, VPC Flow Logs, and Linux servers. Configure custom decoders to detect threats across both cloud and on-prem environments
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Review and secure Terraform/CloudFormation scripts. Manage security configurations (including Wazuh agents and Authentik outposts) via Ansible or similar automation tools
- IoT/Edge Security: Secure the telemetry pipeline from the edge device (site controller) to the cloud, ensuring encryption (TLS 1.2/1.3) and proper certificate management (PKI) for edge
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Unified IAM (Authentik): Architect Authentik as the central Identity Provider (IdP), enforcing MFA and SSO across cloud consoles, internal engineering tools, and Grafana dashboards
- Least Privilege: Engineer granular IAM roles for cloud resources and service accounts, ensuring that automated services have only the permissions necessary to function
Operational Technology (OT) Security

Requirements:

- Deep expertise in securing Linux-based cloud environments and managing infrastructure via code

Position Overview
Woolpert is hiring a Technical Dynamics 365 Data Migration Manager to join our dynamic Corporate Applications. This position reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Applications. This role is accountable for leading and executing ERP data migrations for companies acquired by Woolpert in support of the firm’s growth strategy. This role is a hands-on technical leadership position within the Corporate Applications team, responsible for defining migration strategy, leading the IT data migration team, and designing and executing enterprise-wide data migration and ETL processes.
This role is critical to the successful integration of acquired companies into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) by ensuring accurate, timely, and auditable conversion of legacy data into Woolpert’s ERP ecosystem. The position requires a balance of people leadership and deep hands‑on technical execution, with direct involvement in complex data extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and validation across global legal entities. Strong SQL expertise, data mapping, and validation experience are required to support complex financial, multicurrency, and operational datasets across diverse legal structures.

What You Will Do:
Leadership & Strategy
- Own and lead the ERP Data Migration workstream within Woolpert’s overall M&A integration program.
- Define and execute end‑to‑end data migration strategies for complex ERP integrations following acquisitions.
- Partner closely with the M&A Integration Director, Corporate Applications leadership, Business Process Owners, and acquisition stakeholders to define data requirements, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Lead and manage a blended team of approximately 10 employees and contractors, supporting multiple parallel ERP migrations globally.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency across migration and ETL processes.
Data Migration & ETL Execution
- Design, build, and oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE.
- Lead data mapping and conversion for master data and historical transactional data, including complex financial, operational, and multicurrency datasets.
- Ensure accurate integration with downstream and upstream systems (e.g., Dayforce and other enterprise platforms).
- Execute mock conversions, cutover planning, and final production migrations with a strong focus on accuracy and auditability.
- Own data reconciliation, validation, and issue resolution between source systems and target ERP.
Data Quality, Governance & Validation
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data through robust validation, testing, and reconciliation processes.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, gaps, and anomalies prior to migration.
- Design and implement error handling and rollback strategies to mitigate migration risk.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation covering mappings, transformation logic, validation results, and operational procedures.

- Own the architecture and design of ERP data migration solutions across all M&A activity.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience developing industry -leading business intelligence and analytic solutions

- 3+ years of consulting experience working on project-based delivery using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

What we're seeking
The Test Architect plays a key strategic role responsible for defining, designing, and implementing the overall test architecture, frameworks, and quality standards across the software development lifecycle. This role ensures that testing practices are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business and technical objectives. Previous work experience of Tricentis tools (Tosca and Qtest mandatory)
As a senior member of the quality engineering team, the Test Architect collaborates with cross-functional teams including development, DevOps, product, and business stakeholders. The test architect will provide technical leadership in test automation, CI/CD integration, performance testing, and test data management, while also mentoring QA teams and championing best practices.
This role is critical in building a culture of continuous quality, driving innovation in testing approaches, and ensuring high levels of software reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Working 4 days at onsite is mandatory (zero exceptions)
Requirements
- Designing enterprise-level test strategies and roadmaps
- Strong understanding of test lifecycle, SDLC, and DevOps/Agile methodologies
- Ability to align testing with business goals and technical constraints
- Knowledge of test environment management and service virtualization
- Define the overall test architecture for systems and applications.
- Create test strategies that align with development goals (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
- Select appropriate testing tools and frameworks based on the project requirements.

- Set up and manage test environments and infrastructure (test labs, cloud testing, device farms).
- Ensure test data management and mock services are in place for isolated testing.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, DevOps, and business analysts.
- Mentor QA and automation teams in Tosca scripting, best practices, and debugging.
- Act as a Tosca SME (Subject Matter Expert) to support multiple test teams across projects.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and reviews on Tosca and CI/CD tooling.
- Present test metrics, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture reviews and sprint planning meetings.
- Define and track test automation KPIs (coverage, flakiness, stability).
- Use Tosca Reporting, dashboards, and integrations with Jira or test management tools for visibility.
- Identify quality trends and escalate risks early.
- Define strategies for performance, load, scalability, and security testing.
- Guide teams in setting up performance benchmarks and tools (e.g., NeoLoad).
- Research emerging technologies and trends in testing and automation.
- Continuously evolve the test process based on feedback and retrospectives.
- Implement AI/ML in testing, shift-left strategies, and self-healing tests where applicable.
