Your future role within QRT
- Core objective is to develop and support real-time production monitoring tools applied to the electronic market-making of financial instruments
- Design and implement algorithms to add new functionalities for risk management and representation, pre/post-production strategy data analysis, inter-strategy communication
- Create test cases to validate the implementation and integrate them in an automated test environment
- Support production for developed components
Your present skillset
- Strong oriented object programming skills in C# (dotnet10)

We're looking for a technical lead to build, own, and continuously evolve our company-level frontend infrastructure platform. We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for our decentralized RWA management platform. You will play a key role in delivering seamless experiences across web and mobile applications, with deep integration into Web3 ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces for our core products, including the Decentralized RWA Data System (DRDS), tokenization dashboard, and DeFi asset management platform.
- Implement both web (React/Vue/Next.js) and cross-platform mobile (React Native/Flutter) applications, ensuring consistent UX across devices.

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects in Web3. As a Web3 Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain-based systems. You will work across the full stack, from smart contract development to front-end interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly Web3 solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Smart Contract Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy secure smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos).
- Backend Development: Build and maintain backend infrastructure for dApps using languages like Golang, Java, Node.js, or Rust, ensuring scalability and performance.

Qualifications

- Proven experience building dApps or working on Web3 protocols (e.g., DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, or layer-2 solutions).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Golang, Java, Node.js, or Rust for backend development.
- Experience with smart contract languages like Solidity, Vyper, or Rust (for Solana/Polkadot).
