We are currently looking to hire a Community Manager with 3+ year's  experience to manage social networks for one of the known multinational FMCG/Health/Hygiene brand (Onsite role). This is a great opportunity for a level headed, strategic thinker, who has gravitas with a client. 

The success of the role will rely on your ability to spot opportunities to help clients achieve their business ambitions.  

  
What you will be doing: 

• A community manager will act as the liaison between an organization and its audience. They act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement (across digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YT, Zalo, Google) to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person. 
• The job requires engaging audiences on a variety of outlets including online forums, social media platforms, in-person groups, and more to reach all audiences where they are. Since different digital spaces have unique cultures and best practices, community managers must be the consistent tone and voice of the brand. 
• As a community manager, all your messaging, content, and crisis management across networks should be prompt, consistent with your brand, and empathetic to create a loyal and delighted community. 
• PR - managing and extending a brand's audience. As a community manager you will engage with all kinds of press -- both positive and negative -- generated. 
• Voice of consumer analysis 
• Prepare Analytical reports + make suggestions  
• Capture trending moments on the Internet and social channels 
• Adept with Influencer Marketing 
• Working closely with the team, you will be representing the voice of the consumer, monitoring conversations, posting content and managing the daily operations of various social challenges.  
• This is about engaging, building and proactively managing a positive social media community. You must bring a creative flair and excellent written skills within 140 characters. 

What you need to be great in this role: 

• Social Media Savvy – knows how to build online communities, engage with customers 
• Must be familiar with any Response Management tools for reports and analysis purpose 
• Should be strong in MS office skills (Excel, PPT, basic lookup, and advanced excel would be an added advantage) 
• Ability to create Content – from reels, to snaps, google pages, LinkedIn page etc 
• Someone who is passionate about FMCG/Health/Hygiene brands with a strong aesthetic sense 
• Role requires a courteous, positive and high-energy individual with great people skills. We value hard work, and we want to have fun doing it. 
• The successful candidate will have a strong background of working with digital and social agencies, and must excel in producing engaging and creative social media and digital work, across planning, strategy and media. An editorial background and creative skills such as Photoshop would be an advantage. 
• Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies 
• Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical

The Position:

At OPSWAT, we build user-centric products to safeguard global critical infrastructure from cyber threats. We're at the forefront of Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) solutions and are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our Product Marketing Creative Team.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced designer capable of leading and evolving our creative marketing efforts across a diverse product portfolio. You will embody the brand, build a consistent and cohesive visual identity tailored to specific personas, and apply rigorous attention to detail. A deep understanding of style guides, spatial relationships, visual hierarchy, motion design, color theory, typography, design systems, responsive layouts, visual frameworks, and component libraries is essential.

This role will report to a regional Creative Leader, and will work closely with brand design, product design, web design, and other corporate functions to execute projects from concept to completion. In this fast-paced environment, you must be capable of juggling multiple projects, maintaining various schedules, and working with a global team spread across the USA, Europe, and Asia. Your ultimate goal is to produce best-in-class, award-level design work that drives leads.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with a global B2B cybersecurity brand currently in the hyper-growth stage.
• Influence the market's perception of OPSWAT Products with exceptional design.
• Create product marketing campaign collateral such as diagrams, PDFs, illustrations, and imagery.
• Design digital advertising assets such as banners, social ads, and landing pages.
• Manage your portfolio tasks and set priorities.
• Comply with visual systems including typography, iconography, and illustration.
• Ensure new design work aligns with user-centered principles, adheres to brand guidelines, and maintains a high quality.
• Verify your design work for pixel-perfect output.

What We Need From You:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Passion for marketing design, campaign creative, color theory, and typography.
• Bachelor's Degree and a compelling portfolio showcasing your best work
• Solid illustration skills
• Expertise in Adobe products such as Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Familiarity with user-first UX principles and empathetic design thinking.
• Understanding of component-driven atomic design.
• Superior analytical abilities and exceptional project management skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills.
• Basic familiarity with project management platforms such as JIRA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional level of  English fluency.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner.
• Capability to maintain composure under pressure.

It Would Be Nice If You Have

• Flexibility to coordinate with colleagues in different time zones.
• Experience with video, animation, and motion design.
• Proficiency in 3D programs such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus.
