POSITION SUMMARY

As a Field Process Engineer you will be responsible to understand our customers’ needs, and provide process support and subsequent implementation with alignment with BUs to ensure we deliver service and value to meet even exceed customers’ expectation.

As a key driver of business success, you will play a vital role in strengthening and enabling business success through developing and improving processes run on our tool sets at customer sites.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Evaluate, understand and identify current customer needs, while also anticipating future needs and building long-term sustainable relationship and solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through team, process and support tool development.
• Drive and manage new product installs and subsequent process development.
• Leading new site start up and planning/risk assessment for readiness/execution successfully to get customer recognition and satisfaction.
• Define project scope and resource planning together with BU, escalate to Manager for resource gap.
• Support CS EE /Sales/BU as one team to success site base operation/service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master Degree or above.
• Solid technical knowledge and deep business perspective in the Semiconductor industry, preferably in CVD/ALD/Furnace/EPI related.
• Strong industry experience that support complex instrumentation, applications and informatics.
• Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with others to find the best solutions
• Good command of English

We are seeking a KOL Growth Marketing Manager to lead creator and influencer engagement, drive brand awareness, and scale user acquisition through strategic partnership and campaign execution. This role is crafted for a growth-oriented marketer who knows how to leverage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content partners to amplify the network’s visibility and community reach. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of KOL/influencer marketing initiatives that align with broader ecosystem growth and brand positioning goals. 
• Source, vet, negotiate, and manage relationships with top-tier KOLs, content creators, and industry thought leaders in the blockchain/Web3 space to drive measurable campaign outcomes. 
• Build and own creator partnership frameworks, including content calendars, engagement briefs, deliverables, budgets, and performance tracking. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Social, Product, BD, and Events) to integrate KOL efforts with key product launches, ecosystem milestones, and marketing campaigns. 
• Define and report on key performance indicators for KOL programs — including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI — and use data to optimize strategies and tactics. 
• Support community engagement through co-created content, AMAs, livestreams, and events that strengthen trust and advocacy among target audiences. 
• Maintain a dynamic and forward-looking radar on industry trends, platform dynamics (Telegram, X, YouTube, Discord, TikTok), and emerging creator ecosystems relevant to Web3 audiences. 

Professional Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, growth marketing, or ecosystem engagement — ideally within Web3, blockchain, or high-growth technology environments. 
• Demonstrated success running and scaling KOL campaigns with measurable impact on brand awareness and user adoption. 
• Deep understanding of social platforms, digital content formats, and creator ecosystems, especially in Web3 audiences. 
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. 
• Data-driven mindset with competency in performance analytics, campaign measurement, and optimization. 
• Ability to work collaboratively across product, marketing, and business functions to align campaigns with strategic milestones.

We are seeking an Ecosystem Marketing Manager & Event Lead to define and execute our ecosystem growth strategy. This role is designed for a strategic operator who understands how to position a Layer 1 network within the broader Web3 landscape, build meaningful partnerships, and use high-impact events as a catalyst for ecosystem expansion, developer adoption, and institutional engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the ecosystem marketing strategy, positioning the network as a core infrastructure layer for RWA, stablecoins, and institutional use cases.
• Design and lead global ecosystem events, including developer conferences, hackathons, roadshows, demo days, and institutional forums, from strategy to execution.

• Proven experience leading large-scale Web3 events, hackathons, or ecosystem programs with measurable impact.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
