Role Overview
Salt is seeking a results driven Sales Representative to represent a leading tech client within a retail environment at Best Buy. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, confident in sales, and comfortable in a customer facing setting.
This role is scheduled Thursday through Sunday each week for a total of 20 hours.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving product sales, maintaining strong retail relationships, and ensuring in store presence is executed to the highest standard. You will act as a brand expert, educating customers while supporting retail partners through strong communication, organization, and execution.
This position requires a self motivated professional who can work independently, build rapport quickly, and consistently deliver measurable results.
Core Responsibilities
Relationship Management
• Operate independently while professionally representing both Salt and the client
• Act as a brand ambassador within assigned retail locations
• Build and maintain positive relationships with retail managers and store associates
• Serve as the primary in store contact supporting program objectives
• Communicate feedback, insights, and opportunities to management and client teams
• Ensure brand standards and program expectations are consistently upheld
Sales, Reporting and Compliance
• Execute program fundamentals including sales execution and retail compliance
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets
• Track daily performance metrics and customer engagement outcomes
• Maintain accountability for execution quality and reporting accuracy
• Complete daily reporting and administrative requirements on schedule
• Support promotional initiatives and in store product focus periods
• Ensure planogram compliance and accurate product placement
• Maintain displays to ensure visibility, cleanliness, and brand accuracy
Adaptability and Availability
• Operate with a high degree of independence and accountability as the regional program lead
• Stay informed on new product launches, updates, and training materials
• Demonstrate strong decision making judgment while maintaining structured communication and reporting
• Maintain flexibility including evenings, weekends, and travel as required
• Comfortable working remotely while managing field responsibilities
Experience and Skills
• Previous sales experience required, retail sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Confident presentation, selling, and objection handling abilities
• Passion for technology, computers, or PC gaming is an asset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask independently
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned retail locations
• Daily access to internet and email for reporting and communication
• Smartphone required for reporting and program communication

The anticipated rate for this position is $22-$26/hour. Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs.

About the role:
Clutch is looking for a Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our team! A $3,000 signing bonus will be paid after the 3-month probationary period. We’re looking for all-star licensed automotive mechanic talent to help ensure that all of our vehicles are up to our high mechanical standards. Working alongside our reconditioning team, you will perform vehicle inspections, maintenance work, and repairs across a range of systems.
What you’ll do:
Perform Clutch standardized vehicle inspections (stationary and road tests)
Diagnose and assess vehicle issues and damage
Conduct Nova Scotia Motor Vehicle Safety Inspections (MVI)
Make recommendations about vehicle repairs and the best course of action
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance such as oil changes, suspension and brake jobs
Create and maintain documentation of repairs, inspections, and estimates
Ensure vehicles meet Clutch’s mechanical and safety standards
Communicate vehicle status, repair needs, and completion timelines
Use diagnostic tools and shop systems (e.g., Google Drive, Slack)
Contribute to continuous improvement of mechanical procedures
Metrics/measurement of success include inspection thoroughness, repair quality, safety compliance, turnaround time, and documentation accuracy
What we’re looking for:
Red Seal Endorsement (RSE) or equivalent certification or training
Experience working with a variety of car brands (domestic, import & European)
Team player above all else
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
Desire to learn new skills
Comfortable using technology (Google Drive, Slack, etc.)
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
Other items to note:

Shuttler Driver – Production (Enfield)
As part of Clutch’s Production team, the Shuttler Driver plays a key role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through our onboarding and reconditioning process. This role supports inventory readiness by transporting vehicles safely and on time between vendors, storage locations, and Clutch facilities.
Shuttle vehicles between vendors, storage yards, and Clutch facilities
Support vehicle onboarding and detailing teams as required
Assist with organizing vehicles in the warehouse and outdoor lots
Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any issues or damage
Ensure vehicles are handled safely and in line with company policies
Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements
Meet daily shuttle and turnaround targets
Work closely with the Production team to support inventory readiness
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
Previous driving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-service mindset when interacting with vendors and partners
Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
Physically able to enter and exit vehicles frequently and stand or walk for extended periods

About the Role
We are seeking a Vehicle Inspector to join our vehicle operations team. In this role, you will inspect and process incoming vehicles, ensuring each car meets Clutch’s high standards before it enters reconditioning or sales. You will document vehicle condition, identify issues, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain a smooth workflow.
What You’ll Do:
Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues.
Identify and report problems that fall outside Clutch’s quality standards.
Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently.
Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools.
Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow.
Perform basic troubleshooting for minor vehicle issues.
Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
Basic knowledge of cars or willingness to learn.
Minimum Valid Class 5 License with a clean abstract.
Able to drive automatic vehicles; manual is a plus.
Comfortable using tablets or basic computer software.
Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to pitch in where needed.

About the role:

As we scale rapidly, we are introducing the Vehicle Detailer role to ensure that vehicles meet Clutch’s high presentation standards before delivery. This role focuses on cleaning and preparing vehicles in our reconditioning facility so they are presented to customers in excellent condition. You’ll work closely with production teams, contributing directly to quality and delivery targets.
What you’ll do:
Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing (measured by vehicle cleanliness scores and production completion targets)
Follow standardized detailing methods to meet both quality and time targets
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any defects or areas requiring additional attention
Use appropriate tools, cleaning agents, and detailing techniques to achieve company standards
Ensure all detailing tasks are completed before vehicles proceed to the next production milestone or customer delivery
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed
Operate and maintain detailing equipment safely and efficiently
Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and proper handling of chemicals
Keep detailing bays and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to support daily workflow goals
What we’re looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Class 5 license (valid in Nova Scotia)
Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
Detail-oriented with high attention to quality and consistency
Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks, including bending and standing
