About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with an engineering background, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in CRM management, sales processes, data analysis, and automation. You will work closely with the RevOps leaders to analyze business processes, optimize sales and CRM workflows, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess current business and CRM processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Automate workflows and integrate tools using APIs and automation platforms like Zapier
- Own end to end CRM and Techstack management making sure GTM teams run smoothly and Techstack is cost optimized

About the Role
We are looking for a Lead – Data, RevOps to drive data-backed decision-making across our GTM and Revenue Operations teams.
This role sits at the intersection of data and business and requires someone who comes with a builder mindset to any problem statement thrown at them and scales, maintains and improves these new and existing systems
You will work closely with the growth team leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that data is insightful, accurate, accessible, and actionable.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and manage business-critical data across Revenue, Operations, and GTM functions
- Design and build dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to enable real-time visibility into key metrics
- Analyze business performance across pipeline, revenue, and operational metrics to generate actionable insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) to support data-driven decision making
- Translate business problems into structured data analysis and scalable reporting solutions
- Automate recurring reporting and workflows using tools like Excel, SQL, and Python to improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain data models and ensure consistency across reporting systems
- Identify gaps in processes and recommend data-backed improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Support planning and forecasting through data analysis and performance tracking
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and governance across systems and dashboards
- Contribute to building scalable data infrastructure and improving accessibility of insights across teams

What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 4 - 8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Revenue Operations
- Prior experience working with Sales / GTM / Revenue teams is preferred
- Experience is leading a team of analysts is preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) – Advanced level
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with Python for automation and data processing (preferred)
- Familiarity with data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)

Role Summary
As a Senior Analyst in the FP&A team, you will serve as a key financial advisor for our platform division. In this position, you will work directly with our FP&A Manager, leading the R&D organization Opex budget, driving the full lifecycle of strategic planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis. You will be instrumental in developing and tracking the KPIs that measure our innovation’s financial health.
The person in this role will succeed by synthesizing large datasets into precise financial models. They will thrive by providing proactive variance analysis and "what-if" modeling, serving as a strategic advisor who ensures R&D leadership makes data-driven decisions.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and consolidate Opex planning process for the R&D organization - including annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts.
- Support HC planning and allocation between activities.
- Analyze actual Opex results vs. plan/forecast, explain key variances, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
- Analyze large financial datasets, discover underlying business drivers and provide high-level summaries for executive decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and global Finance teams to ensure total alignment on spending, investment priorities, and resource utilization
- Monitor and approve PO and PR requests, followed by monthly review of expenses and expense accruals.
- Provide financial modeling and analyses to support decision making.
- Support global business teams with ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment
Who you are?
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance roles, ideally supporting R&D functions in a global tech environment. Experience in public companies, fintech, or payments is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling and forecasting skills.
- Detail driven and hands on, while still maintaining a broad, strategic, and global perspective.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Comfortable working across time zones and in a global, matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant degree, MBA strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

· Proficient in BI and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau) and building stakeholder-facing dashboards.
· Proven ability to define/track KPIs, translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis, and communicate insights clearly.
· Interest or experience in building data foundations for AI-driven and self-service analytics; Python is a plus.

Role Summary:
The Total Rewards Analyst supports the development, analysis, and administration of Payoneer’s global compensation and benefits programs. The role is heavily focused on global compensation benchmarking, salary range management, annual cycles, and support for global wellbeing and benefits programs. This position works across regions and partners closely with TR region partners, HRBPs, and People Services to ensure accurate data, strong governance, and a consistent employee experience in line with Payoneer’s Total Rewards philosophy.
What You’ll Do:
1. Compensation & Benchmarking
· Support global market data collection and job matching; analyze survey results to produce insights and recommendations.
· Assist in building and maintaining global salary ranges and supporting tools.
· Contribute to the annual compensation cycle, including data validation, planning templates, quality checks, and reporting.
2. Benefits & Wellbeing Programs
· Support global and local benefits administration, including renewals, vendor coordination, and employee inquiries.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience & Skills
· 2–4+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or broader Total Rewards; global company experience preferred.
· Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities; experience with PowerBI, Python, or similar tools is a plus (not required).
· Foundational understanding of compensation fundamentals (e.g., benchmarking, job matching, salary structures, annual cycles).
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
· Clear and concise communication skills; ability to explain TR concepts to non-experts.

About the opportunity
Senior Account Receivable & Collections Analyst who plays a pivotal, strategic lead role in the financial operations of the company by managing and optimizing the accounts receivable process with a high-energy, "front-desk" approach. This role manages a continuous flow of customer queries, DIY billing emails, and complex collection challenges on a global portfolio while acting as a functional lead on AR systems (such as NetSuite, SAP, or Salesforce) to drive process enhancements and data integrity. To provide sharp, timely internal reports and analysis on debtor balances, cash collections, and bad debts while maintaining professional and energetic contact with customers.
A day in the life
- Arrive with a live view of global portfolio aging to identify exactly where pressure points are before the first call of the day.
- Contact customers (agencies, Enterprise, and brand clients) by telephone and email to move collections forward on high-risk accounts.
- Maintain positive relationships with our customers by providing excellent, responsive service.
- Maintain meticulous notes on follow-up and contact within ERP and CRM systems so nothing falls through overnight.
- Handle a non-stop flow of cases, DIY billing queries, and financial requests via a shared inbox and Salesforce with high operational resilience.
- Send monthly statements to customers and resolve discrepancies immediately upon receipt.
- Reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), improve CEI (Collection Effectiveness Index), and minimize bad debt expense of the assigned global portfolio.
- Identify systemic billing or operational issues impacting cash flow and proactively lead cross-functional resolution efforts.
- Act as a key contributor in cash forecasting by providing accurate short- and long-term collection projections based on portfolio trends.
- Communicate real-time account status, risks, and next actions proactively to Sales and Account Managers.
- Oversee daily cash applications in ERP systems and lead investigations into complex unallocated/unapplied cash receipts.
- Issue reminder and legal notices to customers based on the Credit Control policy.
- Collaborate with Internal Sales, AMs, Finance, Legal, and billing teams with an "on-your-toes" urgency to resolve discrepancies and unblock revenue.
- Monitor and report on potential bad debts and portfolio health with a sharp, numerical eye.
- Strengthen internal controls and compliance around AR processes, ensuring audit readiness and policy adherence.
- Determine when accounts should be sent to outside collection agencies when all internal strategic efforts have been exhausted.

- Lead the setting of credit limits for new and existing customers.
- Manage credit card workflows end-to-end, including charges, refunds, and formally challenging invalid chargebacks with supporting evidence.
