Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Reform UK is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and grow our digital presence across Scotland. You will own our social channels, shape online messaging, and turn engagement into political momentum for Britain’s biggest political party.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a clear, growth-focused social media strategy.
- Create daily content across X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Deliver rapid-response content reacting to Scottish political developments.
- Grow audiences, increase engagement, and support voter and supporter acquisition.
- Track performance analytics and optimise content for maximum reach and impact.
Requirements:
- Experience managing political or campaign-focused social media accounts.
- Basic knowledge of editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or similar). Graphic design or motion skills are a plus, but not essential.

Reform UK is looking for a Video Editor to lead the production of high-impact video content across Scotland. You will transform speeches, media appearances, campaign activity and rapid-response messaging into sharp, engaging video that drives reach, shapes narrative, and converts attention into political momentum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit daily short-form video content for X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Produce fast-turnaround reactive clips responding to Scottish political developments and media moments.
- Create campaign adverts, promotional videos, and fundraising content.
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, sound design and branding to optimise content for platform performance.
- Work closely with the social media and campaign teams to ensure message discipline and maximum impact.
Requirements:
- Proven video editing experience in political, campaign, media, or fast-paced commercial environments.
- Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
- Basic motion graphics capability (After Effects or equivalent) preferred.
