What we are looking for: 

• Proven Experience: 7+ years in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role (E-commerce or FMCG experience is a major plus).
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable operational strategies.
• Logistics Expertise: Deep understanding of Sorting Hub operations, fleet management, and 3PL provider oversight.
•  Adaptability: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where agility is key

• Proficient in Google Office Suite – Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, etc.

• Developing strategies to strengthen driver’s value proposition, to continually grow our supply base, performance and retention

• Advising and closely collaborating with HQ teams such as Product, Legal or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.

• You have 6+ years of experience
• You have experience managing complex teams
• You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
• You have a strong sense of ownership, with a hands-on approach
• You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent numerical skills
• You are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisions
