The Position

The Tech Platforms team stewards and evolves shared technology platforms that power Mozilla Foundation programs and enable effective, secure, and scalable ways of working. Within the Tech Platforms team, Mozilla Common Voice is the flagship intervention to mitigate bias within AI - in particular by making it possible for speakers of the world’s 7000+ languages, and traditionally marginalized demographic communities, to be represented in AI training sets, and meaningfully engaged in building AI.
Mozilla Common Voice is a data crowdsourcing platform that supports 300+ communities around the world, and to which more than half a million people have contributed. The dataset is used by these communities, and also in technology and research organizations all over the world.
The Common Voice work spans product development, platform engineering, data stewardship, privacy and compliance, and community engagement. The team collaborates closely with contributors, researchers, and partners across regions and languages to ensure the platform remains trustworthy, inclusive, and sustainable while supporting long-term impact and future growth.

To fuel this next chapter, we're establishing a major new R&D hub in Berlin — our first significant R&D presence in continental Europe. Berlin will become a core pillar of Intercom's R&D organization, and we're hiring a Senior Director of Engineering to be its founding R&D leader.

You will be the senior engineering leader in Berlin, responsible for standing up and scaling a world-class R&D organization. Team
The Marketing Team is taking care of customer acquisition and customer retention for Raisin’s international savings and investments platforms. It is focussing on understanding the journey of (potential) customers and on communicating the value of Raisin's services across different marketing channels.
The Director Brand Marketing is responsible for building out the Brand Marketing discipline at Raisin. It is a great opportunity for somebody who is eager to shape the perception of Raisin’s B2C platforms in multiple countries. This is a new role and while we already started to invest significantly into brand building there is a lot more we want to achieve in this area.

The Managing Director, Kings Road Merch – International is a senior general management and P&L leader responsible for building and scaling Kings Road Merch outside of the United States. The Solutions Sales Director will be seen as a technical expert with a strong knowledge of Diligent's products. This position will play an instrumental role in driving revenue growth for Diligent for existing and new accounts and is responsible for understanding customer needs, tailoring solutions, and influencing the customers decision to commit by addressing specific and complex challenges.
This individual contributor position is responsible for inbound and outbound sales, initial prospect/customer meetings, pipeline management and accurate forecasting through to deal completion. As a trusted advisor, the Solutions Sales Director plays a highly collaborative role providing technical expertise during co-selling opportunities with the Accounts team. The Communications team is responsible for telling the Airbnb story around the world. The Difference You will Make:
The Senior Communications Lead, DACH & CEE will lead communications strategy in Germany while providing strategic oversight across the broader DACH region and select Central and Eastern European markets.
Reporting into the EMEA Communications Director, the role will strategically lead the DACH communications team, which is made up of a team of four people, including consumer, corporate comms, and an influencer manager focused on the region. We also have agency partners in Germany, Switzerland and Central & Eastern Europe, and successful management of these agency partners will be key to the role. This role will also be required to collaborate closely with the Country Manager for DACH and CEE
The core focus of the role is to create industry-leading strategies and campaigns that can deliver against the local business goals and the global comms priorities. This role is for a communicator who has solid experience in delivering campaigns and strategies that will inspire the team and the wider organization, and create a vision for the way that we seek to promote the Airbnb brand and products to a range of audiences.
The role spans our corporate and policy work, where we face some regulatory challenges, as well as our consumer campaigns where we need to deliver strategies that will drive both brand awareness and positive sentiment. The role demands high level expertise in both consumer and corporate communications, with the adaptability to switch between each area regularly and apply best in class thinking to challenges and opportunities.
The right candidate will already be recognised as a leader in their field at this level, with a proven track record of using a range of comms strategies and disciplines to solve complex and ambiguous problems. They will also have a history of delivering projects across cross-functional teams, taking a strategic leadership role and anticipating challenges. The right candidate will also be expected to demonstrate a working knowledge of how to translate a global brand proposition to a local audience across the DACH markets.
You must be comfortable working in a global company, delivering counsel and guidance to senior leadership in both Europe and within our HQ teams in the US. The successful candidate will have solid experience of creating internal advocacy among multiple senior audiences, as well as directing and inspiring a team of high performing communications professionals.
