What you'll do

• Contribute to our application security program. Work with our SAST, DAST, and SCA tooling, triage and prioritize vulnerabilities, and partner with engineering teams to drive remediation. Participate in threat modeling and secure design reviews on new products and services.
• Share incident response on-call. Investigate, contain, and resolve security incidents alongside the rest of the team. Help refine our runbooks, detection coverage, and post-incident process.
• Help harden our cloud and Kubernetes environment. Contribute to security posture across GCP and GKE: IAM and least-privilege, secrets management, container and supply chain security, and IaC guardrails (Terraform).
• Build detections and security automation. Engineer high-signal detections from cloud, identity, and application telemetry. Automate the toil of vuln triage, access reviews, SaaS posture, questionnaire workflows so the team scales.
• Streamline customer security work. Help respond to customer security questionnaires and audits, and build internal tooling and a knowledge base so this scales as deal volume grows.
• Strengthen business continuity and DR. Help assess threats to continuity, contribute to DR plans, and run real exercises against them.
• Help drive a security culture across engineering. Pair on developer training, secure-coding guidance, and standards work to make the secure path the easy path.

Who We Hope You Have: 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure and automation.
• Experience in achieving SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001, or similar certifications
• Experience with Node.js or Python for backend services in a microservices architecture.

Overview

The Associate Director, Regulatory CMC works collaboratively within the CMC regulatory and technical operation teams on writing projects for early, late-stage development, and commercial programs. They contribute to the drafting, reviewing and finalization of CMC content and/ or regulatory related documents. The individual also apply writing/editorial expertise to the development of CMC/Quality (Module 3) sections for filing and maintenance of initial INDs, initial CTAs (IMPDs), FDA BLA, EMA MAA, ROW submissions as well as CMC source documents. This position works closely with stakeholders to support corporate and departmental objectives. An important aspect of this role is the planning and management of writing projects. Attention to detail in their work and ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders are both important factors for success in this role.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Works closely with functional leaders to 1) create the optimal development path for Iovance product candidates, 2) negotiate optimal development paths within internal cross-functional teams and with health authorities, 3) execute clinical-regulatory development plans on-time and while managing all identified risks.
• Collaborates with RA CMC Product Lead to execute CMC Submission and Authoring strategy for assigned project. 
• Ensures that submission documents and correspondence are of the highest quality in terms of content, organization, clarity of writing, and accuracy.
• Ensures that evolving global regulations, guidelines and health authority expectations, especially those related to cell therapies, are incorporated into program decision making.

DV Trading is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, buildout, and operation of firm-wide cloud infrastructure supporting all trading desks and research platforms. This role owns core shared cloud capabilities across the firm while also providing specialized infrastructure support to the crypto desk. It requires deep expertise in cloud networking, distributed systems, and infrastructure placement, with strong engineering judgment in environments where latency, operational risk, and security posture directly impact PnL. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Firm-Wide Cloud Platform
  • Own the architecture and operation of cloud infrastructure supporting latency-sensitive trading systems across all desks.
  • Design VPC and network topologies with explicit routing, isolation, and traffic control; partner with the network team to build a robust, highly available, and latency-optimized global network, including Direct Connect to DV office locations and hybrid connectivity across cloud providers (Cloud Interconnect, VPN, Transit Gateway). 
  • Define compute placement strategies, including cluster placement groups and locality-aware scheduling.
  • Build and maintain shared platform capabilities that enable engineering teams across the firm to self-serve reliably and safely.
  • Own FinOps visibility and cost optimization frameworks across all trading and research workloads. 
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for cloud infrastructure incidents firm-wide, owning issues from detection through resolution.

  • Architect GCP VPC topology, IAM, and Organization Policy to mirror the security posture enforced on AWS.

  • Extend Terraform IaC standards to GCP; establish cross-cloud observability using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Trace.
• Crypto Desk – Specialized Support
  • Design secure, low-latency connectivity to cryptocurrency exchanges via private peering or dedicated API gateways. 
  • Build DDoS-resilient perimeter for crypto-facing infrastructure and enforce strict network segmentation from other trading desks.

Establish security standards, audit strategy, and release gating for production deployments. Own how code moves from development to mainnet.

Lead ecosystem-wide response across both traditional infrastructure and on-chain events — preparation, detection, containment, and recovery. When incidents happen, you are the point of coordination and decision-making.

Key management and asset security

The Control Plane Team is responsible for developing the orchestration and horizontal autoscaling of the Lucenia core search platform. This system layer is designed and developed to run in cloud-native, self-hosted, or a hybrid of both environments.

What we're looking for

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Executive Director, Statistical Programming, the Associate Director, Statistical Programming will be responsible for supporting Clinical Development programs by performing Statistical Programming tasks as well as building and computing the analytical programming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and work directly with CROs to provide guidance, effectively monitor and QC their deliveries for quality, time and budget adherence.
• Follow CDISC SDTM and ADaM standards and guidelines; validate SDTM, ADaM datasets and TFLs generated by the CRO.
• Work with the internal teams and CRO to prepare submission-readiness datasets (e.g. SDTMs, ADaMs) and metadata to support the BLA filing.
• Hands-on statistical programming to support CSR, publications, presentations, DSUR, IB update, safety data review, RTQ, and ad hoc analyses.

The TMF Manager will report to the Executive Director, Clinical Quality Assurance and will support the quality and integrity of the Trial Master File (TMF) and electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) across clinical programs. This role helps ensure clinical trial documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.

The Clinical Quality Assurance organization partners with Clinical Development and cross-functional stakeholders to promote and maintain high-quality clinical research practices across the drug development lifecycle. The function provides independent oversight to ensure clinical trials are conducted in compliance with global regulatory requirements and that the organization maintains continuous inspection readiness.

This role provides oversight of Trial Master File management to ensure clinical trial documentation is organized, complete, and maintained in a state of continuous inspection readiness for our Vera studies. Overview

The Senior Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) in the Research Alliances team will independently lead and is accountable for the planning, execution, management, and reporting of clinical projects supporting Iovance commercial activities, including Expanded Access Programs (intermediate EAP, single-patient and Ex-US Access Programs) and Phase 4 post marketing studies.  In addition, the Sr. CTM/CTM will provide operational leadership for studies within a growing portfolio of Investigator Sponsored collaborations and other non-clinical collaborative research initiatives involving lifileucel and Proleukin. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely activation, execution, and management of Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) that support commercial launch activities at authorized treatment centers

• Oversee the timely activation, execution, and management of ISTs/non-clinical research projects
• Ensure Sunshine Act reporting data for lifileucel and Proleukin products across Research Alliances programs are collected

• Oversee drug supplies, co-therapies, and lab supplies for clinical and non-clinical collaboration studies and EAPs.
• Reports to Iovance teams on study status, activity and site/vendor performance. Develops and maintains dashboards and trackers to communicate progress and risks.
• Ensure that Investigative sites submit monthly enrollment logs, safety listings, database transfers and quarterly reports or as required in the study agreements.
• Responsible for the writing and updating workflows, manuals, consent forms, and technical documents to support EAPs, Phase 4, ISTs/collaborations and non-clinical studies.
• Organizes and documents decisions of routine meetings with internal teams, CROs and Investigator/research teams.
• Collect and maintain essential regulatory documents.
• Contribute and lead process improvements by updating or developing SOPs and Work Instructions.

Required Education, Skills, and Knowledge

Compensation & Rewards:

In the United States, the Base compensation range for this role is $88,000 - $106,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We are hiring an MLOps Field Engineer to help global companies embrace AI/ML in their business, using the latest open source capabilities on public and private cloud infrastructure, Linux and Kubernetes. Our team applies expert insights to real-world customer problems, enabling the enterprise adoption of Ubuntu, Kubeflow, MLFlow, Feast, DVC and related analytics, machine learning and data technologies. We are working to create the world's best open source data platform, covering traditional SQL databases and today's NoSQL data stores, as well as the machinery which turns data into insights and executable models. 

The people who love this role are MLOps engineers who enjoy customer conversations and solving customer problems during the presales cycle. They are solutions architects who like to solve customer problems through architecture, presentations and training. This role is highly focused on designing ML architectures for external customers. It is not a software development role. 

This role is particularly suited to candidates with a technical background who are business minded and driven by commercial success. This role is on our global Field Engineering team and will work closely with enterprise sales leads. We are specifically looking for people interested in solving the most difficult problems in modern data architectures. Training LLMs on multiple Kubernetes clusters deployed on a hybrid cloud infrastructure with GPU sharing across multiple teams? Processing 10M events in real time for financial transactions? Object detection on 10k parallel 4K video streams? These are the problems we solve day to day.

Location: Most of our colleagues work from home. We are growing teams in EMEA, Americas and APAC time zones, so can accommodate candidates from almost any country.

What your day will look like

The global Field Engineering team members are Linux and cloud solutions architects for our customers, designing private and public cloud solutions fitting their workload needs. They are the cloud consultants who work hands-on with the technologies by deploying, testing and handing over the solution to our support or managed services team at the end of a project. They are also software engineers who use Python to develop Kubernetes operators and Linux open source infrastructure-as-code.

• Work across the entire Linux stack, from kernel, networking, storage, to applications,
• Architect cloud infrastructure solutions like Kubernetes, Kubeflow, OpenStack and Spark,
• Deliver solutions either on-premise or in public cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud),
• Collect customer business requirements and advise them on Ubuntu and relevant open source applications,
• Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with the company values,
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations of Ubuntu Pro and AI/ML capabilities to prospective and current clients,
• Liaise with product teams to give them feedback on requirements to influence roadmap,
• Work collaboratively with your sales team to reach our common targets,
• Global travel up to 30% of time for internal, external events and customer meetings.

What we are looking for in you

• Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university,
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path,
• Experience in data engineering, MLOps, or big data solutions deployment,
• Experience with a relevant programming language, like Python, R, or Rust,
• Confidence to respectfully speak up, exchange feedback, and share ideas without hesitation,
• Track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results,
