The Challenge

The EMEA GL Accountant is a key pillar of the EMEA Finance organization, ensuring the financial integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency of T2 and it subsidiaries in the EMEA region. This role is primarily focused on accounting and reporting for 7 entities including monthly consolidation and analysis of financials, SOX/Blackline compliance, preparation of reporting and tax packs, audit support, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.

What You’ll Take On

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Prepare and post required monthly GL entries for respective EMEA entities in line with Local and US GAAP as well as Internal reporting
• Load Trial Balances for entities managed outside of JDE
• Review and validate reporting by BU and Title partnering with Financial controller
• Prepare and post any consolidation adjustments or reclasses in JDE as required
• Validate final TB by territory and integrity between systems
• Assist for ensuring that system integrity reports are reviewed and any issues highlighted to manager
• Prepare monthly consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and various reporting schedules for respective EMEA entities
• Prepare Reporting tasks and reconciliations in Blackline with Financial analyst:
  • Responsible to ensure that respective EMEA entities monthly reporting submissions are complete and accurate
  • Manage Blackline tasks and recs for relevant respective EMEA Entities
  • Optimize and Standardize respective EMEA entities blackline reporting

• Assist in Audit preparation for respective EMEA entities
• Assist in the preparation of the reporting timetables for respective EMEA Entities and communication to the relevant stakeholders
• Monitor the Interco process for respective EMEA Entities 
• Manage Fixed Asset for respective EMEA Entities
• Help find efficiencies to streamline reporting processes
• Help with reforecast when required
• Continuous development of ‘robust processes’ and reporting to ensure all possible data entry errors are kept to an absolute minimum
• Help develop the creation of appropriate working instructions for all core business functions from within the team
• Build relationships with the appropriate stakeholders at our EMEA and US Entities becoming a ‘go to’ point of contact for each.  Help support their information requirements

Systems:

• Gain understanding of T2 financial systems, JD Edwards, Blackline , Hyperion, Hyperion Planning, Oracle BI
• Integrities between Hyperion and JD Edwards
• Flag systems’ issues early and follow through to resolution
• Work within the team to push through system changes to enhance systems for reporting, planning and modelling requirements

Compliance, Guidance & Audit:

• Ensure compliance with all local and US GAAP regulations
• Knowledge of our EMEA structure and operations
• Ensure SOX procedures are adhered to
• Work with Manager to implement and maintain SOX controls and other corporate governance
• Ensure compliance with Take Two’s accounting policies and procedures
• Liaise with both Internal and External auditors – Participate to audits

Other:

• Assist Manager in successful coordination, training, implementation, testing and reconciliation of chosen projects
• Provide cover for team members
• Generate ad-hoc reporting and analysis

What You Bring 

• Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant with relevant experience and advanced knowledge of financial processes
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel functionalities and formula (e.g., pivot table, SUMIF/SUMIFS/VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas, etc.)
• Strong ERP and BI systems background
• Ability to deliver accurately, work under pressure within tight deadlines and flexibility with time zone differences
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Technically competent in Local and US GAAP reporting and general understand of SOX compliance for a public company
• Ambitious, proactive, self-starter with ability to grow in this role within the Accounting Group and add value to the business and the accounting organization
• Commercially aware, with an appreciation of key business risks
• Ability to pulling data from systems and be proficient at analysing numbers
• Attention to detail and efficient time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and is able to draw high-level business conclusions and trends from detailed financial and statistical data
• Confident preparing and presenting results to a senior management team, taking feedback and communicating complex analyses in an easy to understand format to sales and finance leads and the executive teams throughout the business
• Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders in Europe and the US
• Knowledge with one or more of the following systems preferred: JD Edwards, Hyperion, Essbase, Oracle Business Intelligence, Blackline
• Fluent in French and English

Le poste: 

Le Senior Client Relationship Manager est responsable de la gestion et du développement d’un portefeuille de clients corporate stratégiques à forte valeur, incluant des grandes entreprises et des comptes clés présentant des flux internationaux complexes et une exposition significative au risque de change (FX). 

Le Senior CRM agit comme conseiller stratégique de confiance auprès des dirigeants financiers (CFO, Treasurer, Finance Director) et apporte une expertise de haut niveau en matière de : 

• paiements internationaux 

• gestion du risque de change 

• optimisation des processus financiers 

• intégration de plateformes digitales 

 En parallèle, le Senior CRM joue un rôle de relais managérial, en accompagnant les CRM plus juniors, en contribuant au développement des compétences de l’équipe et en servant de référent interne sur les sujets complexes liés aux paiements transfrontaliers et au FX. 

Responsabilités principales:  

Gestion stratégique de la relation client :  

• Gérer et développer des relations de long terme avec des comptes clés et grandes entreprises. 

• Interagir directement avec des interlocuteurs de niveau exécutif : CFO, Treasurer, Financial Controller, VP Finance. 

• Conduire des revues stratégiques d’activité avec un focus sur :  

         les flux de trésorerie internationaux 

         la sécurisation et l’automatisation des paiements 

         l’exposition au risque de change et la mise en place de stratégies de couverture

         l'activité de l'entreprise et sa solidité financière  

• Positionner Convera comme partenaire stratégique, plutôt qu'un simple prestataire transactionnel. 

Développement commercial et croissance du chiffre d’affaires 

• Identifier et concrétiser les opportunités liées aux paiements internationaux, aux flux FX et aux besoins de couverture. 

• Promouvoir et développer l’adoption des plateformes digitales de Convera (GlobalPay, connectivité API, automatisation des fichiers, intégration avec les systèmes de trésorerie). 
• Connaitre et comprendre l'activité du client et identifier les opportunités d'élargir l'accompagnement ( acquisition, accès aux filiales, centralisation des flux.) 

• Accroître la pénétration multi-produits sur :  

• les paiements transfrontaliers 

• les paiements de masse 

• le FX spot et forward 

• les solutions de couverture simples et structurées (en collaboration avec l’équipe Hedging). 

• Élaborer des propositions commerciales sur mesure alignées avec les priorités stratégiques du client. 

 Expertise FX et gestion du risque 

• Démontrer une expertise avancée des marchés de change, des expositions clients et des cycles de trésorerie. 

• Fournir un premier niveau de conseil sur les stratégies FX (spot, forward, options simples). 

• Collaborer avec les équipes CHM / Hedging pour la structuration de solutions plus complexes. 

• Suivre les profils de risque des clients :  

• utilisation des lignes de crédit 

• limites de valorisation négative autorisée des positions de couverture 

• risques d'appel de marge 

• contraintes de liquidité 

• Accompagner les clients dans la mise en place de politiques FX robustes afin de limiter les risques d’exposition sur le long terme. 

 Excellence opérationnelle et technique 

• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes : Credit, Accréditation, Conformité, Operations, Hedging et integration IT  afin de garantir une expérience client fluide et efficace. 

• Gérer et suivre les chaines d'intervention internes concernant des comptes stratégiques ou à fort revenu. 

• Promouvoir l’adoption des plateformes et accompagner les clients dans le déploiement de configurations avancées :  

• APIs 

• SFTP 

• intégration ERP / TMS. 

 Relais managérial et contribution á la vie d'équipe

• Accompagner et mentorer les CRM plus juniors.
• Assurer la continuité opérationnelle et commerciale pour les clients de ses collaborateurs pendant les congés 
•  Participer activement aux actions commerciales collectives 

• Participer aux initiatives de formation interne sur :

• le marché des changes

• Expérience de travail confirmée avec des équipes de trésorerie et les poles financiers des grandes entreprises
