As a Product Design Director at Shift4, you will be the cornerstone of design innovation and collaboration, reporting directly to the VP, Product Design. Responsibilities

• Lead the design of intuitive, high‑impact user experiences across the Shift4 product portfolio, with primary ownership of Shift4 Dine and key initiatives on Web and Android.
• Define and evolve an AI‑native experience strategy for Shift4 Dine: identify where AI (copilots, recommendations, automation, generative flows) meaningfully improves merchant and staff workflows—and where it should not.

A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $177,000 to $230,000.
