Customer experience at Nebius AI Cloud involves tackling customers’ challenges and directly impacting their success by solving real-world AI and ML problems at massive GPU cloud scale. You’ll not only resolve issues, but play a key role in shaping clients’ business success by optimizing their AI solutions.

The role

We are looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to serve as the technical interface between Nebius and our strategic technology partners, ranging from data platforms and MLOps vendors to AI frameworks and ISVs that build on GPU infrastructure. 

This is a hands-on engineering and integration role. You will design and develop integrated solutions, build reference implementations, enable partner engineering teams, and ensure joint customers succeed with combined offerings. You will influence Nebius’ product roadmap and drive deep technical collaboration across partner ecosystems.

You’re welcome to work from our office in Amsterdam or remotely from any EU country.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Own the technical relationship with strategic partners as the primary interface to Nebius engineering and product
• Design and architect high-impact integration solutions, delivering clear joint customer value
• Build and maintain reference implementations and production-grade integrations
• Define enterprise-ready integration patterns (networking, security, compliance, observability)
• Translate partner and customer feedback into actionable product and roadmap requirements
• Enable partner teams through technical documentation, training, and demo environments
• Provide technical leadership in joint customer deployments, architecture reviews, and complex troubleshooting

We expect you to have: 

• 5+ years in solutions architecture, partner engineering, or technical pre-sales at cloud or data platform companies
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with GPU-accelerated AI/ML workflows (training, inference, MLOps)
• Proven background in integration architecture (API design, data pipelines, security, observability)
• Experience with Python and IaC tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

• Track record of building or scaling partner technical programs or ecosystems
• Experience working with or at Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Background in ML lifecycle (training pipelines, fine-tuning, inference optimization, RAG

Our Finance team has played a key role in our growth journey, and as we continue to scale, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Team Lead. Reporting to the AR Manager, you will lead a multinational team of 7–8 members. Your mission is to drive the transformation of the AR function from a highly operational setup to a more automated, insight-driven organization. You will have a high level of autonomy to "build and break"—leveraging resourceful data to simplify processes and reduce manual work.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead & Develop: Foster a high-performance culture for a team of 7 people, providing coaching, clear prioritization, and leading by example.
• Portfolio Ownership: Own the AR portfolio end-to-end with full accountability for aged receivables, collections performance, and cash flow, and proactive credit risk mitigation.
• Drive Transformation: Identify automation opportunities and partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Strategic Collections: Design and improve scalable collections frameworks to increase efficiency and reduce overdue balances.
• Leverage Technology: Leverage data and emerging technologies (including AI tools) to improve collections and decision-making.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key contact for Sales, Finance, and senior stakeholders, providing insights on risk and performance.
• Compliance & Excellence: Support audits and ensure strict compliance with internal controls while overseeing daily operations like cash application and dispute resolution.

Our humble expectations

• Experience: Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, specifically in collections and cash application processes.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading or mentoring teams, ideally in an international or multicultural environment.
• Impact: Demonstrated ability to build or scale collections frameworks and drive process improvements that reduce manual workload.
• Technical Savvy: Advanced Google Excel and workflow automation skills, Data integration flows; while not required to build them, you can translate business needs into technical requirements for Product/Data teams.
• Mindset: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Communication: Fluency in English is required as you will collaborate with diverse global teams.
• Systems (Plus): Experience with NetSuite, Tableau, or automation tools (e.g., Snowflake, Make) is a significant advantage.

We work closely with Marketing leadership, regional teams, and DoorDash counterparts to make sure every euro of marketing spend is tracked, forecasted, and evaluated.

This is a fixed term role for one year.

What you’ll be doing

We're looking for an Associate to own the technical backbone of our team. You'll be responsible for our data pipeline that powers our Weekly Business Review and our Forecasting Tools. Beyond keeping the engine running, your first major mission is to fix the data foundation: reconciling sources and standardizing metric definitions so that all our numbers tie across every document and system.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Build and maintain the data pipeline behind the Weekly Business Reviews and our forecasting tools (Snowflake pulls, OKR updates, data QA)
• Validate data accuracy across sources and proactively flag anomalies and patterns before stakeholders ask
• Fix data inconsistencies between different reports and create a single source of truth
• Propose and lead initiatives to simplify our data architecture (e.g., reducing manual steps, consolidating to Snowflake-native workflows)
• Work with AI tools (Cursor, Glean) from day one to automate and improve how the team operates

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Analyst to own the operational and technical backbone of our team. You'll be responsible for our central Marketing Forecasting Tool (MFT), the monthly closing process, weekly forecast uploads, and the data pipeline that powers our Global Marketing Weekly Business Review. Beyond keeping the engine running, your first major mission is to fix the data foundation: reconciling sources, aligning budget versions, and standardizing metric definitions so that all our numbers tie across every document and system.

This is a role with real end-to-end ownership. You won't just support the process - you'll run it.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the MFT end-to-end: a 30-country forecasting tool that is the central hub for all marketing budget data at Wolt
• Run the monthly closing process for both Discounts & Promos and Customer Acquisition Cost, including actuals validation with regional teams
• Execute weekly forecast uploads to our management reporting systems (Pulse/IBM)
• Build and maintain the data pipeline behind the Global Marketing WBR (Snowflake pulls, OKR updates, data QA)
• Be the first point of contact for budget questions from marketing teams across the organization
• Fix known data inconsistencies between our reporting tools and create a single source of truth
• Build new analytical frameworks (Payback/LTV, M2 Retention tracking) from scratch
• Work with AI tools (Cursor, Glean) from day one to automate and improve how the team operates

Our humble expectations 

• Have 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, or finance operations, ideally at a tech company or fast-scaling marketplace
• Are advanced in Excel / Google Sheets and can confidently work in complex, multi-tab models
• Have hands-on SQL / Snowflake experience and can write queries, build data pulls, and maintain pipelines
• Have owned a forecasting or budgeting tool end-to-end before - not just contributed, but ran it
• Are comfortable with month-end closing processes: actuals validation, accruals, variance analysis
• Spot when data sources don't tie - and can't let it go until you've found the root cause
• Are fluent in English

Nice to haves:

• Experience with Python or Google App Scripts for automation
• Familiarity with marketing finance (CAC, CPA, D&P, unit economics)
• Interest in AI-assisted workflows - we'll teach you the tools
• German language skills
• Experience in a multi-country or multi-entity finance environment

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join team Aqueduct, a team building our data platform for powering large-scale cross-platform advertising. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who has experience in designing, implementing and managing data platforms and pipelines that are scalable, reliable and efficient.

For our customers, ensuring their data is available and composable can:

• unlock the potential of creative automation with image and video templates
• power agentic workflows that utilise the data
• allow analysis of the relationship between product data and ad performance.

Being able to sync our customers’ product data across multiple advertising channels consistently and with minimal delays ensures that:

• the ads consumers see have the latest information
• products that are out of stock are not advertised
• regulatory requirements are met

The team currently has a backend written in Ruby on Rails, and we own small parts of the frontend written in TypeScript and React. We’re moving our data systems from Ruby to a language and architecture better suited for the workload and capable of scaling with our growth. We're looking for an expert to lead the build and design of this new platform using the right tools for the job.

Projects you get to work with

• Design and build a large scale data storage and processing system that needs to process billions of records per day
• Drive the long term architecture and engineering excellence inside the team by coaching and mentoring other engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization: engineering, product and business
• Define and monitor SLAs, and follow SRE best practices to ensure the stability and availability of the system
• Build APIs for internal and external consumers of the data

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of industry experience
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Scala and/or Java)
• Deep experience with data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Flink, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, ClickHouse)
• Familiarity with streaming systems (e.g Kafka, Kinesis)
• Expertise in SQL and some RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Citus, etc.)
• Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Argo)
• Experience with data governance tools (e.g., OpenMetadata, GreatExpectations, Apache Atlas, dbt)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Proven track record of designing large-scale data systems
• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring other engineers
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is considered a plus
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from our Helsinki office 3 days a week
