To support this, we are seeking a Financial Controller to join our manufacturing team in Nhlangano, Eswatini, reporting into the Finance Manager. In this role, you will support the financial execution of the manufacturing operation, ensuring accurate costing, reporting and controls that reflect what is happening on the shop floor and across the production process.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role, suited to someone who enjoys working close to the detail within a fast‑moving manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in translating operational activity into reliable financial information that supports day‑to‑day decision‑making and operational discipline.

As the Financial Controller based in our manufacturing operations, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing accurate and timely financial reports for review by the Finance Manager
• Supporting product costing, with a clear understanding of materials, labour and production overheads
• Monitoring manufacturing costs and margins, identifying variances and escalating risks to the Finance Manager and operational leadership
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure plans reflect production volumes and operating assumptions
• Translating factory activity into clear, accurate financial information that supports operational planning and control
• Working closely with production, procurement and planning teams to ensure financial data aligns with operational activity
• Assisting with investigations into cost drivers and inefficiencies, supporting actions to improve operational execution
• Maintaining and applying financial controls across the operation in line with group standards
• Ensuring data integrity, consistency and compliance across manufacturing financial processes

 Skills and qualifications required:

• Relevant financial qualification (e.g. CA(SA), CIMA, or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Proven experience in a financial controlling, cost accounting or similar execution‑focused finance role
• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment is highly advantageous

We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Engineer to take ownership of end-to-end testing across our systems. This is a collaborative, execution-focused role where you’ll work closely with developers, solution architects, and delivery partners, validating business-critical systems across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and finance, while supporting the transition from predominantly manual testing toward a more automation-led approach.

Your key responsibilities will include:

•  Owning end-to-end testing across custom applications, integrations, ERP-linked processes, and reporting platforms
•  Executing functional, system, integration, and regression testing across web, eCommerce, SYSPRO-integrated, and BI environments
•  Validating business-critical workflows spanning manufacturing, distribution, retail, and finance systems
•  Participating in solution design and delivery discussions to identify quality risks early
•  Writing, maintaining, and evolving automated test scripts across applications, integrations, and data layers
•  Supporting release readiness by validating changes ahead of production deployment
•  Contributing to the development of QA standards, testing approaches, and ways of working as the capability matures

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in a Quality Assurance or Software Testing role
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end, system, integration, and regression testing
•  Practical experience contributing to or building automated test scripts
•  Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy
•  Experience validating both application behaviour and underlying data integrity
•  Exposure to custom-built systems rather than only off-the-shelf software
• Comfortable working across technical and business teams in operationally complex environments
•  Clear communicator who can translate defects and risks into business-relevant insight
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus

As we strengthen these systems and bring more of our web platforms in-house, we’re looking for an Intermediate Web Developer to join our Technology team at our manufacturing facility in Eswatini.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for key internally developed web applications and the integrations that support both our online presence and day-to-day operations. You’ll keep these systems stable, secure and ready to grow with the business.

Leveraging your collaborative approach and strong sense of ownership, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance and support the systems that power our business. By keeping these platforms reliable, secure and efficient, you’ll equip our teams, and ultimately empower hard workers everywhere, to perform at their peak.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Owning and enhancing internal web applications, keeping them stable, secure and maintainable.
• Managing application-level integrations between internal systems, eCommerce platforms and supporting services.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues across development, test and production environments.
• Maintaining code quality, documentation and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborating effectively with external vendors and managed service providers.
• Participating in planning, handovers and technical discussions to support smooth operations.
• Identifying opportunities to improve system security, performance, stability and maintainability.

Skills and qualifications required:

• 3–5 years’ professional experience in web development within a production environment
• Strong experience with C# and .NET across modern and legacy frameworks
• Solid front-end development skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with modern web frameworks such as Next.js, Blazor or Angular
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful and SOAP APIs
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including writing queries and troubleshooting data
• Experience with custom-built platforms rather than off-the-shelf solutions
• Understanding of application environments (development, test and production) and release processes
• Working with Docker in a development or support context
