The Staff Manufacturing Engineer, Powertrain Battery & Electronics will be responsible for taking the lead role in designing new Powertrain equipment at Lucid. This candidate will work closely with Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, Facilities, Product Engineering, New Product Introduction and other cross-functional teams to ensure Powertrain equipment is properly designed and installed. 

You will:

• Demonstrate the ability to lead technical efforts of teams engaged in complex equipment engineering development

Job Summary

We are seeking a student intern to drive product quality improvements across both Astera Lab’s semiconductor and board-level products. Key Responsibilities

Redwood Materials is currently searching for a Service Engineer to join as an early member of a new engineering team working on our Battery Energy Storage System product line.  You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues across deployed Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role supports an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) organization that performs routine monitoring, preventive maintenance, and first-line troubleshooting. The Staff Electrical Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end electrical design of industrial, offices, and lab facilities across multiple locations. The role holds full ownership of electrical deliverables — from concept through construction — across a diverse range of project types including hazardous occupancy, recycling facilities, office and labs, warehouse environments, and 34.5 kV/24.9 kV site infrastructure. The engineer is expected to operate with a high degree of independence, serving as Electrical Engineer of Record on assigned projects while coordinating across multiple disciplines to deliver code-compliant, construction-ready packages on schedule and within budget. This position requires a licensed Professional Engineer who is not only highly skilled at performing complex engineering calculations but also motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of communicating effectively at all levels — from field teams to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

• Design and own a wide range of electrical systems — including medium voltage (up to 34.5 kV) feeds, low voltage power distribution, lighting, raceway, grounding, and communications. 
• Serve as Electrical Engineer of Record and responsible for producing permit and construction drawings. 
• Perform power system studies including short-circuit analysis, arc flash calculations, and protective device coordination using SKM or ETAP to ensure safe and code-compliant designs. 
• Perform cable ampacity calculations using AmpCalc or similar software to optimize cable size instead of using prescriptive tables from National Electrical Code (NEC).

• Review conceptual designs from manufacturing engineers and stakeholders to identify technical and financial risks. Prepare electrical specifications and conduct technical bid evaluations for designs produced by external design consultants. 
• Lead code analysis for NEC, IECC, and applicable NFPA standards across all project deliverables, and ensure designs meet all regulatory and compliance requirements. 
• Provide construction administration support including RFI responses, submittal reviews, change order management, and on-site inspections. Serve as the technical point of contact during construction and commissioning. 
• Prepare engineering cost estimates and project schedules, perform QA/QC reviews of electrical designs, and mentor junior engineers while contributing to internal design standards and best practices.

The Role 

As an Integration & Test Engineer, you’ll be the last line of defense for all operations when the satellite is powered. Acting as a satellite controller, you’ll be in the driver’s seat of the satellite; all satellite activities go through you. Using a first principles approach, you’ll be responsible for defining test plans that simulate all modes of flight, dictating what the vehicle needs to do, when, why, and how often. Your work will span most technical disciplines at the company and will require you to build consensus from multiple teams. Initial ground and on-orbit operations will be more manual but quickly grow into fully automated activities. The Role 

The materials that go into K2's solar arrays — from module interconnects and adhesive systems to cover glass coatings and substrate composites — directly determine how much power they produce, how long they last, and how fast we can build them. Collaborating across the engineering and production teams, you will own the success of the materials selections and their implementations that will be key to our successful satellite operation. 

You will define how K2 selects, qualifies, and scales materials and processes for its solar array systems and other subsystems. As our Staff Machine Learning Engineer for Coupang Media Group, Ads Quality, you will be responsible for developing, designing machine learning models, optimization algorithms and new product features for our advertising platform. 

The Coupang Media Group (CMG) is responsible for providing vendors that sell their products on Coupang a host of marketing products and services.  We launched Product Ads performance advertising marketplace late in 2018.  We have grown rapidly to over 10,000 active advertisers and 150M daily ad impressions in only 5 months’ time. Our group is responsible for advertising brands and products inside our e-commerce website. To get an idea of how valuable that is, both Alibaba and Amazon make more money on advertising than on selling products.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and testing multi-target tracking algorithms for aerospace, defense, or autonomous systems
• Strong theoretical and practical experience with state estimation techniques, including Kalman Filters (EKF, UKF), multi-target tracking concepts, and Interacting Multiple Model (IMM) filters
• Experience developing tracking algorithms that handle track initiation, maintenance, correlation, and termination in operational systems
• Proficiency in algorithm development using MATLAB and/or Python with demonstrated experience transitioning algorithms to C++ for production deployment
• Experience with modeling, simulation, and testing workflows including Monte Carlo analysis, sensor data playback, or hardware-in-the-loop environments
• Ability to work collaboratively with software engineers, systems engineers, and test teams to integrate tracking algorithms into operational systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical field
• Experience in one or more of the following domains: missile defense or space systems; EO/IR or RF sensors; kill vehicles, interceptors, or countermeasures
• Experience handling challenging tracking scenarios including track fragmentation, ghost tracks, sensor outages, and high-clutter environments
• Familiarity with real-time system constraints, embedded systems, or edge compute optimization
• Demonstrated experience working within the systems engineering design cycle, including requirements decomposition and traceability, algorithm design and trade studies, verification and validation (V&V;), and documentation and design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
• Experience with MBSE tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, DOORS)
