📍 Eindhoven HQ (Hybrid: 3 days in office)
At Sendcloud, we make global shipping easier. Our all-in-one SaaS platform helps e-commerce businesses automate and improve their shipping, so they can grow without the usual hassle. With 25,000+ customers across Europe and a fast-growing product, design plays a big role in shaping experiences that actually make a difference.
As a Senior Product Designer, you take ownership of complex product areas from start to finish. You turn unclear problems into simple, well thought out experiences that people can rely on every day. You’ll work on the Merchant Experience within our Intelligence domain, where data, automations and agents come together to help merchants work smarter with less effort. Together with Product, Engineering and other designers, you raise the bar for quality, influence decisions across teams, and make sure the work has real impact.
In this role, you design intelligence-driven product experiences that help merchants ship smarter and with less friction. You’ll work on features where complex data, automations and agents need to feel simple, predictable and clear. The work covers your domain end to end, from shaping the problem to delivering a polished solution, and connects to the wider Sendcloud platform through close collaboration with other teams.
Design sits close to the product. You’ll work day to day with product managers and engineers to explore problems, question assumptions and turn insights into solutions that scale. Research, prototyping and data are part of your process to test ideas early and avoid unnecessary rework later.
You take ownership of the full design process. That means defining problems clearly, handling dependencies across teams and making smart trade offs along the way. You connect what you design to real outcomes and adjust when results are not where they should be.
You also work on experiences that involve data, automations and intelligent behaviour. That means thinking about clarity, predictability and edge cases from the start. You use modern tools, including AI in your own workflow, to move faster without losing quality. Beyond your own work, you help raise the bar across the team. You contribute to the design system, share feedback and help others improve. You look beyond your own scope and help keep the overall experience consistent and easy to understand.

As we move toward a high-growth, data-driven future, we are evolving how we manage these critical relationships. We are looking for a Carrier Partnerships Manager for DACH (formerly Strategic Alliance Manager).
This isn't a traditional purchasing job. You will be the operational and commercial owner of our DACH carrier portfolio (in collaboration with our co-founder and our Head of Carrier Partnerships), managing some of our most significant partnerships in a market that accounts for a large share of our €150M annual spend. You will transition these relationships from simple rate-card discussions to sophisticated, long-term strategic alliances focused on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and margin sustainability.
As the Carrier Partnership Manager for DACH, you are the primary architect of our home market carrier strategy. Reporting to the Head of Carrier Partnerships, you sit at the heart of our Strategic Alliances team.
Your mission is to move away from the yearly negotiation grind and instead build a stable, scalable economic engine. You will act as the critical bridge between our DACH Sales/CS(M) teams and our carrier partners, ensuring that our product remains the most competitive in the region.

As a Customer Support Consultant at Sendcloud, you’re more than a problem-solver; you’re a guide, a coach, and sometimes even a tech magician 🪄 for our customers. Every day, you’ll help our B2B e-commerce customers navigate a variety of challenges, from software questions to shipping logistics and financial matters. Never a dull day!
You’ll interact with customers across multiple channels; calls, chats, and tickets, and ensure every interaction is professional, helpful, and human. You don’t like to just give answers; you empower customers to make confident decisions on their own, transforming them into true shipping experts. 👨💻
But your role isn’t just reactive. We love ideas, and you’ll be encouraged to spot patterns, suggest improvements, and help shape how we deliver world-class customer experiences. 💡Based on your interests, you’ll also get opportunities to grow, develop new skills and when you’re ready; explore areas like process optimization, product knowledge, or areas like training and quality assurance.
Joining Sendcloud means stepping into a place where learning and fun go hand in hand. We believe that when people feel good, they do great things. You’ll find an open, energetic culture where feedback flows freely, creativity is encouraged, and celebrating wins, big or small, is part of daily life.
We know life happens outside work, so we always chat openly about what works for you. Want to work remotely from time to time, from a sunny spot or your family in a different country? Let’s make it happen! We treat each other like we want to be treated: with trust, respect, and a little humour along the way. 🤝
We’ll challenge you, but we’ll also cheer you on. From day one, you’ll get opportunities to grow, through training, eventually projects, or simply stepping outside your comfort zone with the support of your teammates. We’re serious about making an impact for our customers, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. If that balance sounds like your vibe, you’ll feel right at home here.
