About the Role

The Technical Account Manager provides the customer’s business with proactive support and management during Veeam implementations and beyond. The TAM’s mission is to help the customers unlock the full value of Veeam’s products and services and serve as your trusted advisor.

The Technical Account Manager is a technical team member responsible for all aspects of the planning, architecture, coordination, and management of post-sales technical engagements.  

The focus is on architecting and project management of availability solutions, including data protection and monitoring. The Technical Account manager is an expert in the areas of Data Management, Data Analytics, Business Continuity, Data Center, Cloud, Operating Systems, Networking, Storage, and Virtualization.  

What You’ll Do

• Support delivery and consulting services to meet Veeam Software solution design and deliverables
• Provide overall project guidance (Project plans, Schedules, Communication Plans, Resource plans, Status updates, etc.) 
• Assist with assessment and design of solutions as well as post-installation issues
• Assist with Veeam Software solution implementation effort estimation 
• Create white papers, solutions guides, best practices, custom documentation, etc. 
• Deliver onsite knowledge transfer on Veeam Software solutions
• Document configuration and completed activities 
• Analyze installed environments and guide optimal Veeam Software configurations 
• Facilitate communication between client and Veeam support 
• Identify additional needs within the client’s environment that can be resolved with Veeam Software solutions 
• Provide input for improvement of process and documentation 
• Overnight business stays to meet company goals and objectives  

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry.
• VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE or equivalent experience 
• Prince 2, ITIL, PMP,  or equivalent experience 
• Bachelor’s Degree in technology required (A combination of education and experience will be considered) 
• Hands-on experience with Veeam’s Core products 
• Proven Consulting and Project Management experience 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills 
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Significant experience and understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V 
• Experience with disruptive storage systems and technologies (Nimble, Nexsan, Actifio, Veeam, etc.) 
• Hands-on experience with networking protocols and equipment (Fiber Channel, Ethernet, Cloud services
• Experience with traditional storage and backup architectures (EMC, NetApp, IBM, HP/3PAR, Hitachi, Dell, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise applications (Exchange, SQL, Oracle, etc.) 
• Experience with Data Management, Data Protection, Data Analytics 
• Experience with Kubernetes platforms. 
• Extensive experience with Data Center, Business Continuity and Operating Systems 
• Experience successfully managing multiple simultaneous projects and accounts 
• Working knowledge of Cloud technologies, capabilities, and protocols
• Working knowledge of security technologies and concepts.

YOUR ROLE:

RAPP MENA is seeking a Community Manager (Executive) to support day-to-day community management and social customer support across multiple social platforms for a large enterprise account. The role is responsible for managing high-volume brand interactions, supporting always-on and campaign activity, and delivering timely, on-brand responses aligned with agreed SLAs, governance, and client standards.

This role requires bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English) and the ability to operate within a structured, SLA-driven environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily community engagement and social customer support across assigned platforms
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer queries in line with agreed SLAs, tone of voice, and escalation protocols
• Moderate conversations, identify risks, complaints, or sensitive issues, and escalate where required
• Support always-on social activity and campaign launches with timely, real-time engagement
• Coordinate with internal social, content, and account teams to resolve customer issues
• Track recurring questions, sentiment, and emerging community trends, sharing insights with relevant teams
• Follow defined governance processes, approval workflows, and platform best practices
• Ensure consistent quality, accuracy, and responsiveness across all community interactions

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1–3 years’ experience in community management, social media, or social customer support roles
• Experience supporting enterprise or high-volume accounts
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and customer engagement best practices
• Written communication skills (Arabic required; English essential)
• Comfortable managing customer-facing interactions in a structured, process-driven environment
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently within defined SLAs and workflows
• Hands-on experience using community management, moderation, or social support tools
  (e.g. Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Emplify, or similar platforms)
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and reporting workflows used by the agency or client
