Our MWs play a fundamental role in our business by contributing to day-to-day project delivery within an account to create outstanding medical content across a variety of therapy areas. This position is ideal for a proactive communicator with a passion for science, a keen interest in AI, and a keen eye for detail who is looking to develop their medical writing career further.
This role is based in the UK and employed under a UK contract of employment, with contractual working hours of 40 hours per week, but works as part of teams supporting US business and clients. The role works closely with US-based colleagues and may have day-to-day line management from leaders supporting US business. As for any role in Real Chemistry, reasonable flexibility to work across US and other time zones will be required depending on business need.

Overview
The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to, payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text to speech, and external APIs.
This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.
We are a flat organization that allows anyone to become a leader by showing excellent technical skills and delivering results consistently and fast. Work ethic, solid communication skills, and obsession with winning are paramount.
Our interview process involves several technical interviews and we aim to complete them within 1 week.

The Role
Portfolio Data Integration is part of the broader Addepar Platform team. The overall Addepar Platform provides a single source of truth “data fabric” used by the Addepar product set, including a centralized and self-describing repository (a.k.a Data Lake), a set of API-driven data services, an integration pipeline, analytics infrastructure, warehousing solutions, and operating tools. The team has responsibility for all data acquisition, conversion, cleansing, disambiguation, modeling, tooling and infrastructure related to the integration of client portfolio data.
Addepar’s core business relies on the ability to quickly and accurately ingest data from a variety of sources, including 3rd party data providers, custodial banks, data APIs, and even direct user input. Portfolio Data integrations and feeds are a highly critical cross-section of this set, allowing our users to get automatically updated and reconciled information on their latest holdings onto the platform.
As a data engineer for this team, you will execute the development of new data integrations and maintenance of existing processes in order to expand and improve our data platform. You’ll be adding automation and functionality to our distributed data pipelines by writing PySpark code and integrating it within our Databricks Data Lake. The team operates with an AI-augmented engineering workflow — LLM tools are integrated into code review, testing, and documentation as standard practice, not an experiment. As you gain more experience, you’ll contribute to increasingly challenging engineering projects within our platform with the ultimate goal of dramatically increasing the throughput of data ingestion for Addepar. This is a crucial, highly visible role within the company. Your team is a big component of growing and serving Addepar’s client base with minimal manual effort required from our clients or from our internal data operations team.

Real Chemistry is looking for a Account Manager to join our growing team!
As an Account Manager, you will act as the key day-to-day client contact, managing relationships and taking responsibility for the delivery of several medium-sized projects. As a captain, you will be responsible for managing the execution of parallel ongoing projects and take an active role in coaching your junior team and ensuring projects are delivered effectively alongside the account lead.
What you’ll do:
Client delivery
Act as day-to-day client contact: provide regular status updates to your client; respond to client queries and share recommendations (following discussion with your account lead); manage client expectations on timelines, scope of project, etc.; take client briefs and clearly communicate to team members, implementing realistic project plans
Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of your account, including managing the processes of the account (including running regular internal team meetings), flow of work (review content developed by more junior team members), delegation of tasks (oversee status reports to ensure all team actions are complete) and the status of jobs across the account (not just your own)
Ownership of and accountability for medium-sized client projects, ensuring that projects are delivered to highest possible standards within budget and agreed timeframes
Actively demonstrate an understanding of your clients’ needs (building an awareness of their strategy and brand) and preferences in your interactions and the delivery of work

We’re growing our Market Making Engineering team that works on some of the coolest software in the industry - the systems that quote, price, and manage risk in real time for high-volume, high-velocity sports markets. As a Senior Software Engineer within FanDuel’s Market Making Technology team, you will be an essential part of a cross functional agile team that directly impacts our business. You will work collaboratively with a team to implement creative, high-quality solutions, scope effort and timelines, and balance priorities of our stakeholders and engineering needs. This team will work closely to deliver exceptionally high-quality software, while taking pride and ownership in testing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining that software. Our engineers own every part of the software delivery lifecycle.
You will work directly with quantitative analysts at FanDuel to improve our market making capabilities. We are currently seeking a Client Solutions Analyst to join our Services Team! Client Solutions Analysts are responsible for designing and implementing Addepar for new clients. They are passionate about identifying how Addepar can unlock significant value for clients’ businesses and regularly call upon their analytical and consulting skills in order to advise clients on how to model and examine their financial instruments and assets. Client Solutions Analysts have a deep understanding of both finance and technology and take ownership of clients’ success.
Our ideal candidate has a strong desire to provide an outstanding client experience directly in investment management or in software deployments of a related domain; they are expected to display a strong sense of self-reliance as well as the ability to collaborate with other Addepar resources within our Sales, Product, and Partnership organizations. They must have a deep understanding of our target markets (or a hunger and willingness to learn). Solutions Consultants/Architects are responsible for designing and implementing out-of-the-box solutions for new clients, ensuring that we are efficiently and effectively onboarding some of the world’s most sophisticated investors. They are focused on identifying how Addepar can unlock significant value for our clients’ businesses and regularly call upon their analytical skills in order to advise clients on how to model and examine their financial instruments and assets. They have a deep understanding of both finance and technology, take ownership of our clients’ happiness and excel at project governance.
Our ideal candidate has a history of providing a superior client experience directly in investment management or in software deployments of a related domain. They are given discretion over their projects and work schedule, and are expected to display a strong sense of self-reliance as well as the ability to collaborate with other Addepar resources within our Sales, Product and Partnership organisations. They must be a strong project manager and possess a deep understanding of our target markets (or a hunger and willingness to learn). They also possess the technical skills to take a hands-on approach to teaching, learning, and developing the functions of our organisation.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the R&D Operations (R&D Ops) team at Addepar. R&D Ops serves as an internal shared services team for coordinating, supporting, and optimizing how teams work within the R&D organization. The team’s mandate includes the following:
This Staff TPM will play a critical role in leading large-scale, high-impact, cross-functional R&D initiatives within our Product and Engineering teams. You will lead all aspects of programs and coordinate the work to be executed by the project team to ensure milestones are delivered and will surface and drive resolution to issues and blockers by clarifying assumptions. You will lead with a risk-based approach to initiative management by enabling R&D teams to manage their own risks. You will provide analytical insight and foresight to help shape long-term strategy, and drive planning and prioritization for R&D teams. You will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide transparency, manage escalations, and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality General X-Ray scans in accordance with clinical protocols.
Ensure accurate patient identification and preparation. Maintain detailed and accurate imaging records. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal diagnostic outcomes. Adhere to all relevant health and safety and radiation protection guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
HCPC registration as a Radiographer. Proven experience in General X-Ray scanning. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous professional development.
