Your responsibilities will include

Coordinating with vendors to drive timely diagnostics, RMAs, firmware fixes, and corrective actions

Support children with SLCN in mainstream and, where appropriate, special schools.

This position is all about owning ensuring revenue is delivered predictably for the business through retention marketing efforts —using data-backed insights to build forecasts, shape strategic direction, and ensure consistent performance delivery. At CTC, your expertise is invaluable, covering the elements of CTC's strategic forecasting methods and the foundational principles of retention marketing.
Your role isn't limited to email strategy—you're a key partner to our clients on Customer Retention.
