Who You Are 

While it’s helpful to know Financial Services, and more specifically Wealth Management, it isn’t required. You must be willing to learn all aspects of our business, financial products, product development, and business strategy. 

You’re a problem solver with an experimentation mindset. You’ve proven an ability to learn rapidly and you have a desire to teach others. The proof could be a Graduate Degree in a technical or research discipline, having worked as a Consultant, or having a couple of years of experience as a Data Analyst or Software Engineer, working with customers or internal stakeholders using data to understand what’s happening. The important thing isn't the job title, it’s your mindset.

This work spans the full RFQ/quote lifecycle (request → quote → accept → outcome) in low-latency, event-driven services. The team you will join works with quantitative analysts and trading/risk stakeholders to implement and run market making strategies, while proactively identifying opportunities for technical innovation within the Risk and Trading organization. We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer. 

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead an empowered, multidisciplinary team, autonomously tackling complex challenges that provide the very best experiences and products for a growing community of millions of players. The ideal candidate will have the confidence to propose pragmatic solutions to complex problems and be eager to learn from and educate others. You will help make technical decisions that will impact the broader organisation. As a Senior Software Engineer within FanDuel’s Market Making Technology team, you will be an essential part of a cross functional agile team that directly impacts our business. You will work collaboratively with a team to implement creative, high-quality solutions, scope effort and timelines, and balance priorities of our stakeholders and engineering needs. This team will work closely to deliver exceptionally high-quality software, while taking pride and ownership in testing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining that software. Our engineers own every part of the software delivery lifecycle.  

You will work directly with quantitative analysts at FanDuel to improve our market making capabilities. You will be a domain expert on strategy implementation (quoting/decision logic) and how that fits into the larger Risk and Trading landscape — including real-time risk controls, execution outcomes, and performance measurement. The Role

We are currently seeking a full stack Software Engineer to join our Feed & Workflow Intelligence team!

We are part of a new initiative that seeks to leverage machine learning & artificial intelligence in order to accelerate the velocity of onboarding data (think everything from unstructured PDFs to complex CSV and Excel data sets) to the Addepar Data Lakehouse - Addepar’s proprietary system for managing data across the entire company. In this full-stack role, you’ll be part of a critical need to work directly on client-facing front-end and backend features that interact with our AI & ML powered backend to improve the experience of onboarding data globally.

• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and key clients to define and deliver  solutions that support and streamline user workflows aligned to Feed Intelligence.
• Coordinate with our web platform and design system teams to ensure our product is a seamless part of the Addepar user experience.
• Implement engineering solutions to address sophisticated problems; write well-designed, testable code.
• Bridge the gap between running and creating sophisticated AI & ML workflows with a seamless user experience for real client problems at Addepar

Who You Are

Lead AI Engineer (Senior/Principal Consultant)

The Role
We’re looking for a Lead AI Engineer (Senior/Principal Consultant) to join our Technology Delivery Team. You’ll combine your expertise in AI/ML engineering and software development to build and deploy cutting-edge generative AI and agentic systems across the financial services sector. As a hands-on leader, you’ll architect AI solutions, embed them within enterprise environments, and drive impactful outcomes through advanced engineering, scalable pipelines, and deep cross-functional collaboration.

This role will sit in our Scotland office, with a need to potentially work in either Glasgow or Edinburgh depending on client expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and develop autonomous AI systems integrating multi-modal LLMs (text, image, audio, video)

• Design agentic workflows enabling AI agents to interact with data sources and APIs using prompt engineering and RAG

• Fine-tune, optimize, and deploy large language and multi-modal models with a focus on performance and latency

• Build scalable MLOps pipelines and full-stack applications to support robust, production-grade AI deployments

• Guide multidisciplinary teams and clients through strategic decisions in AI engineering and GenAI adoption

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or related STEM fields

• Hands-on experience deploying LLMs and multi-modal models at scale

• Strong engineering background in Python with proven backend and API development skills
