If you are a technical thinker who enjoys solving the "big picture" puzzles—from securing our ecosystem and analyzing data trends to defining product vision and documenting complex systems—Technology+ offers a pathway to a high-impact innovation at MongoDB. 

Selecting a track helps us understand your career interests and aspirations, but the core Summit experience will be consistent for all attendees. Regardless of track, you’ll participate in the same overall program, with sessions and conversations tailored to your personal career goals.

Developer Track

As a Customer Learning Consultant, you will serve as the primary strategic partner and subject matter expert on learning methodologies for our largest global Enterprise accounts. You will architect and execute comprehensive learning strategies that span the entire customer lifecycle, bridging the gap between high-stakes initial rollouts and long-term continuous education for multi-year partners.

Acting as the central pillar of the delivery team, you will translate custom SOWs into robust training plans, navigating complex stakeholder relationships, customizing strategies for diverse cultural needs, and ensuring every engagement drives deep adoption and creates lifelong #RavingFans of Gong.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• You will effectively translate Gong’s curriculum into interactive, multi-tier live training programs tailored to the specific business goals of our Enterprise customers.
• You will act as the "boots on the ground" for the Instructional Design team, leveraging insights from live sessions to identify gaps in education materials and proactively working to address them.

  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of multiple large Enterprise accounts concurrently. You can juggle varying implementation timelines and custom SOWs without compromising the customer experience.

THE JOB

As a Sonographer, your focus is on ultrasound support for VEG hospitals and training facilities. This means working closely with our emergency doctors to provide same-day ultrasound scans for pets when they need it most. You’ll deal with a variety of patient types and scans, so being comfortable adapting to new scenarios and willing to learn new techniques and think outside the box are all part of your day-to-day. You’ll also assist in coordinating education opportunities and overall ultrasound training for your home and regional hospitals, inspire and motivate your fellow VEGgies to grow their ultrasound skills, and be ready to pitch in at the hospital whenever and wherever needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform ultrasound studies and facilitate ultrasound training at your home hospital and regional hospitals
• Maintain good relationships with and accept feedback from teleconsultation radiologists reading your studies (e.g., Antech, SonoPath, IDEXX, VetsChoice, etc.)
• Ensure all training content and activities are in alignment with VEG culture, mission, and vision, and represent accurate, up-to-date sonographic techniques
• Track doctor and nursing team skills with a VEG Ultrasound Certificate checklist
• Engage in self-reflection and program evaluation practices to modify and enhance VEG’s ultrasound training programs
• Regularly meet with the medical directors, nursing trainer, and director of radiology education to discuss program development, training objectives, and additional needs
• Regularly meet with the hospital manager and medical director to discuss implementation of new training protocols, training schedules, hospital training needs, and team concerns
• Coordinate weekly schedule to work on the floor shifts with the hospital manager and medical director and devote time to training responsibilities
• May assist in developing ultrasound curriculum material, such as PowerPoints, videos, simulations, and assessments to be implemented across the doctor and nursing team training programs
• May provide educational demonstrations for doctors and nurses at other VEGs, including ultrasound topics, such as abdominal, thoracic, cardiac, cervical, and musculoskeletal studies 

WHAT YOU NEED

• Credentialed as a Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT/LVMT), diagnostic medical sonographer (RDMS), and/or equivalent experience (e.g., sonographer course certificates)
• 3+ years veterinary ultrasound experience
• Previous training experience and the patience to teach and develop doctors, nurses, and fellow sonographers
• Comfortable mentoring others and giving/receiving feedback from colleagues

What's the opportunity?

Intercom's Global Sales Organization is rapidly evolving, and the GTM Enablement team is expanding to support. In this critical new role, you will solve the "Last Mile" gap in technical readiness, serving as the bridge between R&D, Product, and our customer-facing Solutions teams.

As the Senior Product Enablement Manager (Solutions), you will act as the single-threaded owner of the technical education strategy for our Solutions organization (CSMs, SEs, and Professional Services). You will be responsible for translating our rapid product innovation and AI capabilities into clear, scalable enablement that accelerates adoption and strengthens customer outcomes.

This role is distinct from GTM Strategy; while they architect the commercial plan, you will own the early-stage positioning, solutions readiness, and technical fluency required to ensure our teams understand how our products work and how to deliver them effectively.

What will I be doing?

Reporting to the GTM Enablement leadership, you will partner directly with R&D and Product Management to build and deliver a comprehensive technical enablement program.

Technical Education Strategy & Curriculum

• Developing a scalable and repeatable strategy for the technical education of AEs, RMs, CSMs, SEs, and Professional Services.
• Creating and maintaining a full suite of technical training materials, including hands-on labs, documentation, and how-to guides.
• Leading and facilitating technical training sessions, both live and on-demand, including "Train the Trainer" programs and new product release training.

AI Fluency & Certification

• Owning the AI Fluency Program, creating a unified baseline of understanding regarding our AI capabilities (Fin) across the GTM organization.
• Building and operationalizing a scalable certification framework that integrates AI learning objectives and continuous upskilling into onboarding and ongoing enablement11.
• Ensuring every GTM role is fluent in AI and able to guide customers through AI-driven change management and adoption.

Cross-Functional Partnership (R&D Bridge)

• Serving as the primary liaison between R&D and the Solutions teams, translating product functionality and architecture into digestible, actionable training content.
• acting as the primary conduit for feedback from the Solutions teams back to R&D and Product, synthesizing field insights to help inform the product roadmap.

What skills do I need?

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Solutions Engineering, Technical Training, or a related role in a SaaS organization.
• A strong technical aptitude with the ability to bridge R&D and GTM, translating complex technical details into clear guidance for customer-facing teams.
• Experience designing and delivering technical curriculum, including hands-on labs, certifications, and self-paced learning interventions.
• Deep understanding of the "Solutions" function (CSMs, SEs, Professional Services) and the technical readiness required to drive customer adoption and retention.
