You’ll be the face of Lighthouse’s Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.
In hotel commercial operations, Business Intelligence software plays a critical role by offering real-time data, forecasts, and reporting that help hoteliers measure performance, optimize pricing, allocate inventory, predict demand, and identify growth opportunities. You will sell the solution that empowers hoteliers to make data-driven decisions regarding their commercial strategy, with the ultimate aim of maximizing revenue. Overall, this technology enhances decision-making, reduces reliance on guesswork, and helps hotels stay competitive in a rapidly changing market.
What makes this different: You won’t do it alone. Lighthouse is deploying an agent AI infrastructure — Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents — alongside a modern revenue stack. Own your territory and your number. Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a net-new pipeline. Maintain 3x pipeline coverage, forecast honestly, and take full accountability for your results. Your quota is your commitment.
Hunt and build a pipeline. Source a meaningful share of your own pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, Lighthouse Connect events, and industry conferences. This is not an SDR-reliant role.
Run a disciplined sales process. Using MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities. Use the AI Pre-Sales Agent to identify gaps before every major call. Advance deals through stage gates with evidence, not optimism. Leverage AI to make your days easier and focus on more selling time.
Use AI as a force multiplier. Leverage the Enablement Agent for call prep, discovery frameworks, and positioning. Use the Coaching Agent to surface patterns in your pipeline and win rate. Push back on the tools when they’re wrong — help make the system smarter.
Become a hospitality expert. We will help you understand revenue management workflows well enough to run ROI conversations without a pre-sales overlay on every deal. Position an integrated platform versus point solutions. Know the competitive landscape inside out.
Drive results beyond net-new. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through new business and by identifying expansion and upgrade opportunities within your accounts. Partner with Product to share market feedback and influence the roadmap. Represent Lighthouse at industry events to build the brand and your network.

Job Summary:
The Wealth Advisor focuses on deepening relationships with an established base of clients and organically growing their practice through referrals, while leveraging our unified in-house team of experts to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Unlike other firms, Mercer has a dedicated Sales team so that our advisors can focus exclusively on their clients. Our advisors are client-focused fiduciaries who take pride in utilizing their advanced knowledge of financial planning and investments and their superior relationship skills to diagnose the needs of clients and propose solutions that fit each client's unique scenario. About the Role:
The Franchise Account Executive role is an opportunity to help build and scale one of Gusto's newest growth channels. Franchise represents a massive and largely untapped market, and this team is focused on activating franchise owners across established partner networks and high-potential industries. As a Franchise AE, you'll operate in a true outbound motion — prospecting into multi-unit operators, building relationships with influential owners, and closing new business that can scale across locations.

The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role range from $134,000/yr to $155,000/yr in Denver, Atlanta, Chicago & Las Vegas, and $126,000/yr to $144,000/yr in Phoenix. This OTE is structured with a target 60% base pay and 40% commission pay with an uncapped commission structure. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.

About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will lead a high-performing, North America-based team of Small Business Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. This first-line management role sits at the intersection of pipeline creation and direct revenue generation, responsible for coaching AEs who sell directly to small businesses and BDRs who drive top-of-funnel pipeline across the region.

About The Role:
Urban Sky is seeking a Payload Integration & Customer Success Engineer to serve as the primary interface between our customers and our stratospheric balloon platform. This is a highly cross-functional role centered on ensuring that third-party payloads are successfully integrated, qualified, and operated aboard our mHAB (micro High-Altitude Balloon) systems. You will be a trusted technical partner for our customers, many of whom have existing payloads not yet designed for the stratospheric environment, and will guide them from initial interface design through flight operations.

The Role:
As the first touchpoint in the sales cycle, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play a pivotal role in driving new business. At memoryBlue, you’ll be the one opening doors - researching, connecting, and sparking conversations that lead to high-value opportunities for our clients.

At memoryBlue, every new Sales Development Representative kicks off their journey with a paid entrance into our Prospecting Principles training, providing the essential tools, skills, and strategies that fuel long-term success.
Along the way, you'll work toward earning your Certified Sales Development Rep credential - a validation of your competence in cold outreach, list building, email and voicemail strategies, objection handling, and more.
Once certified, your development doesn’t stop there. Expect to continue evolving through ongoing training, including regular company-wide sessions and role-specific coaching - all designed to sharpen your skills for as long as you’re with us.

Job Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for inbound and outbound sales prospecting, initiating the follow-up and first outreach with potential customers. Inbound sales activities will take precedence over outbound in this specific role. They will conduct cold calls, follow up via email using Sales Enablement technology and using social selling to help book meetings. BDR’s will also take the first high-level exploratory call with prospects and pass qualified opportunities to the Enterprise Sales team using BANT methodology. They will be responsible for expanding our customer base by using prospecting strategies and technology to identify new opportunities. Business Development Representative’s will work closely with Account Executives and enjoy working with cross functional teams, especially Marketing, Sales Operations and Product. They will report to the Business Development Manager.

Compensation
Annual base salary gross: 55,000 plus variable USD Annual. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Company's contemplated salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location. The salary is one component of Company's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include variable compensation, short-term incentives, health insurance (several options to choose from), accident and life insurance, access to the best in class learning and development platforms, flexible work arrangement, to name just a few!
