What you will do:
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse’s Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.
In hotel commercial operations, Business Intelligence software plays a critical role by offering real-time data, forecasts, and reporting that help hoteliers measure performance, optimize pricing, allocate inventory, predict demand, and identify growth opportunities. You will sell the solution that empowers hoteliers to make data-driven decisions regarding their commercial strategy, with the ultimate aim of maximizing revenue. Overall, this technology enhances decision-making, reduces reliance on guesswork, and helps hotels stay competitive in a rapidly changing market.
What makes this different: You won’t do it alone. Lighthouse is deploying an agent AI infrastructure — Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents — alongside a modern revenue stack. AI handles the prep, the sequencing, and the pattern recognition so you can focus on what matters: building relationships, running sharp discovery, and demonstrating the value of our BI platform.
Where you will have impact:
Own your territory and your number. Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a net-new pipeline. Maintain 3x pipeline coverage, forecast honestly, and take full accountability for your results. Your quota is your commitment.
Hunt and build a pipeline. Source a meaningful share of your own pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, Lighthouse Connect events, and industry conferences. This is not an SDR-reliant role.
Run a disciplined sales process. Using MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities. Use the AI Pre-Sales Agent to identify gaps before every major call. Advance deals through stage gates with evidence, not optimism. Leverage AI to make your days easier and focus on more selling time.
Use AI as a force multiplier. Leverage the Enablement Agent for call prep, discovery frameworks, and positioning. Use the Coaching Agent to surface patterns in your pipeline and win rate. Push back on the tools when they’re wrong — help make the system smarter.
Become a hospitality expert. We will help you understand revenue management workflows well enough to run ROI conversations without a pre-sales overlay on every deal. Position an integrated platform versus point solutions. Know the competitive landscape inside out.
Drive results beyond net-new. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through new business and by identifying expansion and upgrade opportunities within your accounts. Partner with Product to share market feedback and influence the roadmap. Represent Lighthouse at industry events to build the brand and your network.

What you will do:
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for past clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Your mission will be to research where these valuable properties have gone, re-engage them, and re-sign them to the Lighthouse platform. This is a sales-focused position where you'll work with a pipeline of very warm leads, turning potential churn into retained revenue and new growth. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success.
Where you will have impact:
Own your territory and your number. Prospect into a dedicated list of former customers who have recently changed their management or ownership structure.
Hunt and build a pipeline. Conduct in-depth research to identify where these properties have moved and uncover the new key decision-makers. Re-engage these warm leads to demonstrate the value of continuing their partnership with Lighthouse under their new organization.
Run a disciplined sales process. Manage the full sales cycle to re-sign these accounts, mitigating churn and retaining crucial revenue. Collaborate closely with Account Managers and other Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition and co-selling process. - 1-3 years of experience in a heavy outbound sales role. SaaS experience is a must but hunger and skill matters more than industry tenure.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding high-volume activity targets and KPIs.
- At least one year of closing experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

What you will do
Reporting to our Manager of Marketing Operations, you will join our team as a Marketing Operations Manager. In this role, you will be the managing, administering, and optimizing our entire MarTech stack. You will support your team and stakeholders by enabling smarter decisions through technology and data. Your work will involve managing daily marketing operations tasks, creating insightful reports, and collaborating across the business to boost marketing productivity and efficiency.

- Manage and optimize our marketing automation platforms to fit strategic needs and ensure operational excellence, data integrity, and seamless integration.
- Be part of the team that recommends, implements and integrates new MarTech tools to expand our capabilities and ensure a seamless connection with our existing systems.
- Continuously test and analyze marketing automation processes, lead management workflows, and campaigns to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales Operations, and Engineering to understand business requirements and align our technology stack to support their goals.
- Solve key marketing challenges by improving attribution models, lead assignment processes, data accuracy, and funnel analysis.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for all marketing processes, providing guidance and a reference for the entire team.

Who you are
- Extensive experience in a marketing operations role.
- Solid experience with marketing automation platforms like Hubspot or Marketo.
- Good level of CRM (Salesforce) or sales-process understanding (i.e. Lead > Opportunity conversion)
- Experience implementing and managing various MarTech tools, such as intent data platforms, spam prevention, or event management software.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze data to inform marketing decisions and measure ROI.
- Exceptional attention to detail, great time management, and clear communication skills.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

As an Enterprise Program Manager, you will be dedicated to the success of our largest global clients. You will act as the central point of coordination for all ongoing projects, managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts. In this autonomous role, you will steer complex programs, from Business Intelligence implementations to new product onboardings, driving regional alignment and strengthening key client relationships.

What you will do:
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.

Where you will have impact:
Own your territory and your number. Build and manage a focused pipeline of premium North American independent properties, targeting boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and influential single assets. Drive 7–10 new CSS agreements monthly by prioritizing properties without dedicated revenue management or those navigating ownership transitions. Execute proactive outreach and curated networking to turn high-value targets into a consistent net-new pipeline. Your growth is your commitment.
Hunt and build a pipeline. Lead discovery conversations that uncover commercial gaps and operational constraints, positioning CSS service tiers directly against a property’s revenue goals. Deliver sharp demos and ROI narratives that resonate with Owners and GMs, confidently navigating multi-stakeholder decisions to drive deals to close. Your value-based positioning is the key to conversion.
Run a disciplined sales process. Using MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities. Use the AI Pre-Sales Agent to identify gaps before every major call. Advance deals through stage gates with evidence, not optimism. Leverage AI to make your days easier and focus on more selling time.
Use AI as a force multiplier. Leverage the Enablement Agent for call prep, discovery frameworks, and positioning. Use the Coaching Agent to surface patterns in your pipeline and win rate. Push back on the tools when they’re wrong — help make the system smarter.
Become a hospitality expert. Build visibility at hospitality forums by leveraging deep expertise in independent hotel dynamics to drive demand. Lead with strategic revenue analysis to provide immediate diagnostic value, positioning CSS as a total commercial solution that aligns sales and revenue departments.
Drive results beyond net-new. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through new business and by identifying expansion and upgrade opportunities within your accounts. Partner with Product to share market feedback and influence the roadmap. Represent Lighthouse at industry events to build the brand and your network.

- 1-3 years of sales experience in hospitality technology, SaaS, or hotel operations — with a strong preference for candidates who have sold into or worked within independent hotels.

Title: Senior Business Development Manager
LOCATION: Denver, CO
Duties:
- Define and execute a multi-year sales strategy in key accounts that aligns with our business objectives and enhances brand equity
- Leverage unique industry relationships to develop strategic partnerships within key accounts
- Create a co-ordinated sales strategy for key accounts that aligns across sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Product Management
- Maintain detailed account plans across key accounts that are regularly updated and reviewed with the Commercial Director AMER, CRO and other stakeholders
- Work closely with Leadership and Account Management to leverage existing hotel level momentum to build enterprise opportunities
- Build pipeline that consistently delivers 400k-800k in revenue per year
- Effectively qualify opportunities to ensure maximization of revenue margin and LTV
- Working collaboratively with Sales Operations and the Commercial Director AMER, develop a set of KPI's to measure performance of Enterprise Sales function during a ramp period
- Work closely with, Account Management, Enterprise Services and PM's to ensure post deal implementation is well executed and customer satisfaction is high
- Provide SME support for Marketing and Client events as needed
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management or Marketing. 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, business development manager or related in hospitality technology sector. Experience must be progressive and include 5 years in new business development Including C-Level relationships with local and/or regional decision makers in the hospitality industry.
5+ years experience using SaaS and Daas delivery models, value propositions and pricing, and positioning.
4+ years experience applying enterprise deal management practices.
2+ Years experience using Salesforce, Excel, and NetSuite.

Enterprise Account Executive

About the Enterprise Account Executive role:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own above-property relationships at the brand and management company level, working directly with CCOs, CMOs, and regional VPs to unlock portfolio-wide opportunities for our suite of products. This is a true enterprise role: complex, multi-stakeholder deals, meaningful executive access, and a team-selling model that means you're not going it alone. You'll work with property-level Account Executives who handle ground-level adoption and leadership that's actively invested in your success. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role can be based anywhere in the United States.
What you’ll do at Visiting Media:
- Sell above-property at the CCO, CMO, VP, and regional VP levels of hotel brands and management companies, building executive relationships that unlock portfolio-wide opportunities.
- Partner closely with property-level account executives on joint account strategies - aligning on stakeholder mapping, coordinating outreach, and ensuring above-property commitments translate into property-level adoption and revenue.
- Build and maintain a robust enterprise sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation at the brand and management company level.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise account plan for strategic brand and management company accounts within your assigned book.
- Accurately forecast sales revenue and pipeline on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Manage the entire enterprise sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including multi-year and portfolio-wide agreements.
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with accurate and timely information.
- Leverage AI tools across the sales workflow - account research, account planning, call prep, message drafting, and customer insight - to increase productivity and elevate the quality of every customer interaction.
- Articulate the technical aspects of Visiting Media’s solutions to both technical and non-technical buyers, and stay fluent in the latest market trends.
- Engage clients and internal product and technical partners on system integrations, including, but not limited to APIs and MCPs (Model Context Protocol), to ensure Visiting Media’s solutions fit cleanly into each customer’s broader technology stack.
- Attend relevant trade shows and industry events to build relationships and represent Visiting Media.
- Travel as needed (up to 25%) to meet with prospects, clients, and attend industry events.
What experience sets you up for success:
- 4+ years of enterprise-specific sales experience, with a minimum of 10 years of overall sales experience.
- Experience in selling to the hospitality and travel industry.
- Demonstrated success selling above-property to senior executives (CCO, CMO, VP commercial, VP sales, regional VP) at hotel brands and/or hotel management companies.
- Experience operating in a team-selling environment, partnering with field or property-level reps to expand portfolio footprint and drive pull-through.
- AI literate and comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work, with an appetite for adopting new tools as the landscape evolves.
- Comfortable engaging in technical conversations about system integrations, APIs, and MCPs (Model Context Protocol) with both buyers and their technical teams.

As a Technical CSM for Hotel Effectiveness, you will play a pivotal role in making our hospitality customers successful leveraging our labor management solution. You will serve as the "voice of the customer" for Hotel Effectiveness at Actabl, focusing on driving product value through deep needs analysis, leading technical discussions, building optimization plans, and delivering specialized training. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing labor efficiency and fostering strong, long-term customer relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Understanding & Analyzing Customer Needs
- Voice of the Customer: Gather data-driven 'voice of the customer' and share it with cross-functional partners including Product, Onboarding, and Sales.
- Gap Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of prospective and existing customers' operational challenges to identify pain points and opportunities where our labor management solution can drive adoption, engagement, and ultimately reduce churn.
- Strategic Roadmap Feedback: Based on customer feedback and your expertise, provide input on our Hotel Effectiveness Product Roadmap owned by the Product team.
Driving Product Value & Engagement
- Value Narratives: Develop persuasive narratives and ROI models to demonstrate how Hotel Effectiveness addresses specific business needs and delivers tangible financial value.
- Technical Consultation: Facilitate deep-dive technical conversations with customers regarding use cases for new feature requests and enhancements.
- Engagement Strategy: Analyze Pendo product data (PES, NPS) to determine trends and power Customer Success campaign strategies.
Internal Enablement & Collaboration
- Cross-Functional Go-To-Market: Coordinate go-to-market planning to get new features to existing customers with Product, Learning & Development (L&D), and Revenue teams.
- Team Training: Partner with L&D to facilitate internal training on new product releases and oversee product-specific training for new hires.
- Customer Webinars: Partner with L&D to facilitate webinars to drive Hotel Effectiveness adoption and value with our existing customers.
- Resource Development: Partner with Marketing on product-specific, customer-facing materials and assist with Strategic Business Reviews to show customers demonstrable product ROI.
Strategic Oversight
- Retention Improvements: Facilitate product-specific retention strategies and develop benchmarks/plays for at-risk customers.
- Customer Advisory: Coordinate the Customer Advisory Board to gather feedback, foster strategic partnerships, and guide innovation.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field; or a commensurate combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 3 years minimum of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Hotel Operations.
Skills:
- Proven experience in strategic planning, solution development, or consulting, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in labor planning and standards, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for translating quantitative and qualitative data into actionable plans.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in G-Suite (Google Drive, Gmail).
- Experience in Pendo, ChurnZero, and ZenDesk preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and data analytics tools.
- Willing to travel based on customer and business needs.
Additional Information
- Compensation: Base salary range of $110-120K + 8% annual bonus target.
- Location: Preferred location for this position is our Denver office. Candidates located outside of the Denver Metro Area will be reviewed and considered if necessary.
- Work Environment: We are a hybrid friendly company with office hubs in Denver, Atlanta, and Tampa. Preferred location for this position is Denver.
