We are looking for a seasoned Senior Motion Graphics Designer to own how Manifest Global's brand comes alive in motion — across every digital channel, campaign, and product story we tell. This is a hands-on IC role where you will serve as the primary creative force behind our motion language, setting the standard for quality, consistency, and visual impact.
You will conceptualize and craft motion-led assets that span performance advertising, product explainers, social media, and live event experiences — work that directly reaches millions of students, counselors, educators, and institutions globally. We're looking for someone who brings both technical mastery and a strong creative point of view: someone who can independently take a brief from concept to final delivery, elevate the work of those around them, and evolve Cialfo's motion identity as the brand scales.
- Own the end-to-end creation of high-quality motion graphics and animated assets for digital marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, and events — from concept through to final export.
- Develop and maintain Manifest Global's motion design language, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity across all animated touchpoints.
- Produce animated explainers, promotional videos, performance ads, social-first content, and branded motion systems.
- Translate static brand assets and campaign concepts into compelling motion narratives with strong timing, pacing, and visual rhythm.
- Create animated typography, transitions, visual effects, and kinetic systems that align to — and actively push — brand guidelines.
- Optimize and adapt motion assets for multiple platforms and formats: social, web, email, paid media, and live events.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product design teams to bring campaign ideas to life, contributing creative direction — not just execution.
- Mentor and provide motion-specific creative direction to junior designers or production partners where required.
- Incorporate and synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders into polished, on-time deliverables without compromising creative quality.
- Stay ahead of emerging motion trends, tools, and AI-assisted workflows, bringing new capabilities into the team's creative process.
- Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience
- 8+ years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer in an agency or in-house creative environment.
- A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates senior-level creative ownership — not just technical execution, but concept development, motion language design, and campaign-level. storytelling (mandatory — applications without a showreel or portfolio link will not be reviewed).
- Proven track record of building or stewarding a motion design system or language within a brand.
- Deep experience across the full motion output spectrum: performance marketing creatives, animated explainers, social-first formats, product narratives, and event visuals.
- Demonstrated ability to independently interpret and develop briefs with minimal direction.
- Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams across campaign rollouts.
- Background in advertising agencies strongly preferred.
- Skills & qualities
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; strong working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Exceptional command of motion fundamentals: timing, pacing, easing, visual rhythm, and spatial storytelling.
- Deep expertise in animated typography, kinetic composition, transitions, and visual effects.
- Strong understanding of brand systems and the discipline to maintain consistency across animated formats at scale.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity, consistently delivering high-quality work on deadline.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills — able to present and defend creative decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently as a senior IC while contributing actively in cross-functional team settings.
- Curious, adaptable mindset with a proactive approach to emerging creative and AI-assisted tools.
- Good to have
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar — with a considered, brand-appropriate approach to their use.
- Experience designing for ed-tech, consumer apps, or internationally diverse audiences across Asia and the Middle East.
- Familiarity with basic UX principles and motion design for product interfaces.
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D tools for motion enhancement.

We're looking for someone who brings both craft mastery and strategic brand thinking — someone who can execute independently at a high level, self-direct under ambiguity, and raise the creative bar across the team.
- Lead the design and production of high-quality creatives for digital marketing campaigns, event experiences, interactive activations, and corporate collateral.
- Create and format all visual elements across social, email, print, and out-of-home — with a sharp eye for typography, layout, imagery, iconography, and brand consistency.
- Own Cialfo's brand identity expression across all internal and external-facing design work, serving as the brand guardian for the marketing function.

- Solid working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing, with experience delivering short-form video assets for campaigns.
- A personal portfolio or website showcasing work across multiple media types and campaign styles (required — applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed).
- Experience working in or closely with advertising agencies is strongly preferred.

What you’ll do:
- Explore and conceptualise design solutions. Develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and creative brief.
- As part of our creative team, support Design Directors and fellow Designers to come up with innovative creative solutions that support project goals.
- Evaluate design options, develop and represent design thinking to integrate brand messaging, colour, imagery, type, and composition into deliverables.
- Partner and interact with internal teams and clients to showcase your passion for creative excellence, branding, packaging, and visual communication.
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience with branding and packaging in a similar role within a brand/design agency
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clients.
