ABOUT THE TEAM

The Senior Operational Analyst for the Customer Support team will be responsible for analyzing and improving operational efficiency within the Customer Support department. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, assess performance, and provide insights that drive data-driven decisions to enhance member satisfaction, streamline support processes, and optimize overall team performance.

Some of the things you’ll be doing: 

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor team and service performance.

The opportunity:

Working under their initiative with required guidance and support, a business analyst has 3+ years’ experience. They are part of the Business Analysis team and expected to take the initiative in ensuring the business needs of our client are fully documented, understood and met by the proposed solution.

Automation Quality Analyst specializing in Playwright to join our quality assurance team

The opportunity:

WPP is undergoing an exciting global transformation, and We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Automation Quality Analyst specializing in Playwright to join our quality assurance team. As an Automation QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by executing test plans, identifying defects and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. Your work will help us deliver exceptional user experiences and maintain high standards of product excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyze business requirements.
• Design test cases.
• Perform formal and exploratory testing.
• Automate E2E tests with Playwright + JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Execute automated and manual test cases.
• Review test cases and auto tests.
• Collaborate with developers to identify root cause of issues.
• Work with the DevOps team to ensure test environments are stable.
• Communicate complex issues to both Business and Technical teams.
• Report test results to stakeholders.

What we want from you:

• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
• Experience in testing of complex web applications
• Knowledge of Playwright + JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience in implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks
• Knowledge of CI/CD tooling, such as Gitlab CI
• Knowledge and experience in API testing (Postman or any other similar tool)
• Ability to lead testing activities during Sprint/ Release
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying issues and inconsistencies

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial person to help drive WIN’s next phase of aggressive growth in the U.S. residential services market and support the company’s emerging strategic initiatives in India.

This role is ideal for a top-tier or competitive MBA graduate who combines analytical rigor with creativity and is excited by the opportunity to shape cross-market growth, strengthen partnerships, and help scale technology-led innovation. You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into measurable business outcomes across strategy, operations, and new ventures.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities in U.S. and emerging markets using data-driven insights.

• Develop business cases and go-to-market frameworks for new products, services, and partnerships.

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams to implement strategic initiatives and measure impact.

• Lead pilot projects, assess outcomes, and recommend scale-up strategies.

• Support cross-functional alignment on key growth priorities and report progress to senior leadership.

• Contribute to building scalable models that leverage WIN’s proprietary technology and AI-driven platforms.

Who You Are

• MBA from a top tier or a competitive business school in India.

• Minimum 4 years of total professional experience, including 2–3 years post-MBA in strategy, consulting, growth, or partnerships roles.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.

• Experience with or exposure to U.S. or global markets preferred.

• Adept at working cross-functionally to drive clarity and execution in complex, fast-moving environments.

• Highly collaborative, intellectually curious, and outcome-focused.
