We are looking for a Mission Operations Engineer to join our USAF team. We are seeking a Generative AI Chief Engineer Lead to drive innovations in autonomous vehicle technology using deep learning and reinforcement learning. In this dynamic role, you will design state-of-the-art algorithms and systems that enable safe, efficient, and intelligent autonomous capabilities. Today, employing mass quantities of autonomous robots requires heavy human oversight and execution. Anduril is leveraging AI approaches to improve effectiveness of autonomous missions, offload operator burden, and speed up execution via realtime monitoring, recommendations to users, and multi-modal interaction patterns. You will apply proven and un-proven approaches to create prototypes for expanding the capability of autonomous systems.

About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead our Distributed Simulation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for building a new distributed simulation product to enable heterogeneous groups of robots to collaborate together across multiple physical sites. Ideal candidates will be comfortable at all stages of the product life cycle, from initial scoping of user requirements, to the architecture of a solution, to the implementation of that solution.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Armory is a newly formed sales channel built to accelerate the offering process for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products, software, and services.  The Armory portfolio of products includes sensors, autonomous platforms, surveillance systems, hardened edge compute/storage/network devices, and other platform enablers to assist our partners modernize their capabilities with Anduril technology.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In order to facilitate a robust go-to-market (GTM) process with Commercial-of-the-Shelf (COTS) products, software, and services, a comprehensive documentation package must be developed and maintained for all hardware, software, and services offered via the Armory channel.  This role will engage and collaborate with Anduril business lines to ensure the Armory capabilities offered meet our standards for documentation.  Additionally, the Technical Services Director will coordinate with the business lines for demonstrations, technical deep dives, and customer visits.

Anduril’s Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) is a division with two missions: 1) build highly capable autonomous drones, and 2) build solid rocket motors at scale. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Intro To Position

NPR seeks an Audio Engineer to join our Engineering Division. This position will work directly with journalists, producers, camera operators,  and engineers at NPR and throughout the public media system to ensure the production and delivery of high-quality audio and video in a timely and precise manner.

Primary duties include engineering live broadcasts of NPR programming, audio restoration and repair, recording and mixing  audio for video, Master Control operation, troubleshooting technical problems, and collaborating with reporters and producers in a variety of settings.  Our engineers work in broadcast studios, a master control facility, and throughout the networked newsroom to provide technical support and guidance in a fast-paced, deadline driven, 24x7x365 production environment.

This is a union represented role covered under the terms of a collective bargaining agreement with NABET.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and mix complex live broadcasts, streaming content, and  pre-produced elements working with producers and directors in a high-pressure environment
• Promote and maintain NPR’s quality standards by identifying and repairing impaired audio
• Analyze, repair and mix audio on tight deadlines using common tools (equalizers, compressors, noise reduction, etc.)
• QC, mix, and sweeten audio and video podcasts before publication using DAVID Systems MTE and AVID Pro Tools
• Monitor inbound and outbound content streams and associated automated play-out systems. Rectify technical outages and respond to programming schedule changes quickly and accurately
• Schedule, connect, and route media over a variety of IP transmission methods including Comrex, Riverside, Zoom, etc.

Hourly Rate: The U.S. based anticipated hourly rate for this opportunity is $44.04 - $49.67 per hour. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum hourly rate NPR expects to provide for new hires for the position across all US locations.

Purpose

As a Proposal Manager, you will sit at the center of Divergent’s most critical growth efforts and own the development and execution of complex, high-value proposals from initial strategy through final submission. You will serve as the connective tissue across program management, business development, engineering, legal, finance, and executive teams, ensuring all contributors are aligned while juggling multiple proposal responses and ensuring they stay on track for successful delivery. 

You will drive response strategy, shaping how Divergent’s capabilities are positioned against customer requirements and competitive dynamics. This includes highlighting strengths, identifying risks, and working directly with technical subject matter experts to refine solutions and mitigate gaps. You will own proposal planning, generation, execution, and submission end-to-end, including compliance, review cycles, pricing alignment, and final submission.

• Own end-to-end proposal responses, serving as primary author and integrator of cross-functional inputs

Team Overview

The Platform Security Engineering (PSE) team builds security into Anduril's products from architecture through production. We work directly with business lines to design and implement security solutions tailored to their systems — then promote proven patterns into shared, composable platform services that the entire organization can use. Our mission is threefold: build security solutions for business lines, promote those solutions into the platform, and enable teams to build and operate securely on their own. The scope includes cryptographic protocol design, hardware root-of-trust architectures, secure communication for autonomous and robotic systems, operating system hardening, and distributed security infrastructure across embedded, edge, and cloud environments.

We're looking for a principal-level engineer to serve as a technical leader for platform security across Anduril. This role combines deep expertise in cryptography, systems security, and secure architecture with the ability to drive security strategy across business lines and the platform. You'll own the design of Anduril's most critical security systems — cryptographic infrastructure for autonomous platforms, hardware root-of-trust architectures for robotic systems, secure communication protocols for contested environments — and you'll set the technical direction that shapes how security is built into every product. This is a role for someone who has designed and shipped security systems at the intersection of hardware, firmware, and software, and can lead others through complex technical decisions with lasting consequences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and architecture for platform security across Anduril's product ecosystem
• Design cryptographic systems, protocols, and key management architectures for autonomous and robotic platforms operating in contested and disconnected environments

We are working on cutting-edge autonomous airpower systems that need to operate in the most demanding environments. To support our development and deployment tasks, we are building a Model-Based Systems Engineering team to guide Digital Engineering strategy and complement our Modeling and Simulation, Product Engineering, and Business Development teams. The Connected Warfare Software Engineering team builds, deploys, integrates, extends, and scales Anduril's software to deliver mission-critical capabilities to our customers. Anduril’s Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) Division is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team. Anduril’s Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) is a division with two missions: 1) build highly capable autonomous drones, and 2) build solid rocket motors at scale. We transform products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from early concepts into fully operational capabilities by partnering closely with specialist engineering, operations, and production teams. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end technical delivery of our development programs. In this role, you will own technical planning and cross-functional execution to ensure program success. Working closely with the General Manager, Chief Engineer, Functional Engineering teams (Electrical, Mechanical and Systems Engineering) you will drive the development and integration of Anduril products and technologies while managing cost, deliveries, execution risks and schedule to achieve delivery excellence.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Air Dominance & Strike team at Anduril develops aerial and multi-domain robotic systems. The team is responsible for taking products like Fury (unmanned fighter jet) and Barracuda (air-breathing cruise missile) from concept to product. ABOUT THE JOB

AI Engineers on Anduril’s Frontier AI team build edge-compatible, generative AI systems into the Lattice software platform to provide features and products that improve autonomy and reduce cognitive burden on the warfighter. Specific applications include but are not limited to automating mission planning, battle-space understanding, voice-control of assets, and enabling higher-levels of autonomy.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Air Dominance & Strike team at Anduril develops aerial and multi-domain robotic systems. The team is responsible for taking products like Fury (unmanned fighter jet) and Barracuda (air-breathing cruise missile) from concept to product. The team also develops Lattice for Mission Autonomy, Anduril’s premier software platform that enables masses of Fury, Barracuda, and other first and third party robots to collaborate across various missions. We work in close coordination with specialist teams like Perception, Motion Planning, Hardware, and Test Engineering to solve some of the hardest problems facing our customers. We are looking for software engineers and roboticists excited about creating a powerful autonomy software stack that includes computer vision, motion planning, SLAM, controls, estimation, and secure communications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Write and maintain core libraries and services that perform critical functions for collaborative teams of robots - for example, motion deconfliction and contingency management of fast mover air vehicles.
• Own major feature development and rollout of large, complex features for our products - recent examples include developing terminal-phase autonomy for various air vehicles and developing a test plan on live surrogates.
• Work closely with Anduril and 3rd party vehicle hardware teams, as well as operational subject matter experts (fighter pilots, UAV operators, etc.) to align on requirements during product development and iterate towards a final design.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BS in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years experience in one or more of the following: motion planning, perception, localization, mapping, controls, and related system performance metrics.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, set technical direction, and manage full project lifecycles from concept to deployment.
• Deep understanding of integrating various sensor systems and utilizing various techniques for perception and decision-making.
• Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems
• Experience working with and testing electrical and mechanical systems

The Menace Platform group is developing a first of it’s kind Platform built for the tactical edge, where connectivity is contested, latency costs lives, and resilience defines victory. Built on Anduril’s field-proven Menace and Voyager systems, and powered by the company’s Lattice orchestration framework and distributed Fabric and Data Mesh, the Menace Platform allows warfighters, allies, and partners to deploy applications, share data, and make decisions at machine speed—even when disconnected.

As a Software Engineer in the Menace Platform group, you will be responsible for solving novel problems aligned with the goal of creating the next generation distributed data layer and mesh ecosystem for the United States and its allies. You will build the foundation that supports this mission. • Own software spanning Menace Platform: mesh platform, data interfaces, and release management
